Miro is a fundamental tool for my work
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, nice graphic, great for teamwork
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all features and tools are developed to their max potential
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to work in teams in remote settings, share ideas and create content for client presentations
Best tool to ideate and collaborate remotely
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite thing about Miro is that it enables teams to collaborate and ideate remotely. I also really like the templates as it helps you sometimes get inspiration about how to frame certain activities.
I've found everyone, no matter how often they use Miro, they get used to it very quickly and find it easy to use so it's ideal for cross disciplinary workshops.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't tried it extensively, but when I have, the AI features don't seem very useful at least for my way of working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me a core problem Miro solves is the remove team collaboration. Before Miro, I didn't really think you could do remote workshops more productively than in person, but with Miro I find it's often the case.
I love the concept! But are companies ready for it?
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is great to show ideas, and have all documents in one place.
Its visually very interesting and dynamic.
Its visually very interesting and dynamic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Copying and pasting sometimes its a challenge, sometimes only the content is copied and the the slide itself doenst go together. Aligning each slide is also a challenge sometimes and the naming can be annoying. Once I created a slide called 2024, and the copy and paste made 2025, 2026... I had to rename them each one individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like having all documents visually in one place. I really think its a nice way and space to have it for my clients. However, having as PDF can also be challenging when they want it to be documented.
Easy to use, wide range of product offering.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very userfriendly and intuitive. It helps engaging all types of stakeholders/ working styles.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in particular I dislike, some things might be shortly frustrating in the moment, but nothing that stuck around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a project manager I use it alot to bring user journeys or business areas for improvement to live, so it is easy understandable for each working style/ stakeholder to understand or or collaborate on.
mature system with everything you need
What do you like best about the product?
- interactive especially hosting online sessions such as design thinking
- rich templates

What do you dislike about the product?
- cannot be used without internet
- exporting a flowchart to ms365 or other platforms are difficult

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it perfectly facilitates the visualisation of minds and thoughts. i'm creative and visual person but not able to draw properly, miro offers a good platform for that. and the interactive feature between users are great for collaboration.
Great and flexible drawing across platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy to use compared to anything else out there, and fun at the same time!
The ability to draw at the pace of thought means you can iterate ideas quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to have the ability to source objects from a defined library external to MIRO, and have a template where those are enforced to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting agreement on ideas or future states that agreed by all stakeholders.
Miro is the best
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and how easily you can teach new people who you want to collaborate with. I use it extensively in workshops where i invite people who have probably not used it before. And I have seen many people falling in love with it .
What do you dislike about the product?
1. One thing that can improve is video calling . It's not always great in terms of quality.
2. The subscription models are a little limiting .

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work remotely and collaboratively on all my projects , so it's one of my go to's. It's easy to use, i can easily copy paste test from anywhere and now it also allows for snapshots of links pasted. It's amazing .
An honest review of Miro
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent Collaboration Features - Miro excels in real-time collaboration, allowing multiple users to work on the same board simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
There needs to be more control from the board owner, I have seen too many instances whereby users accidently delete something and we have to spend so much time asking people to undo the deletion, there should be some feature from the board owner to reverse changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facilitation - Miro's tools for organising information, such as mind maps and flowcharts, provide valuable models for how knowledge can be structured and connected. This helps me improve our own internal knowledge representation and retrieval processes.
Processing Visual Information - Although I primarily work with text, understanding visual tools like Miro helps me bridge the gap between textual and visual information. This is important as I increasingly need to process and understand information from various sources, including images and diagrams.

Miro grows with your needs
What do you like best about the product?
Miro can be as big or as little as you need it to be. The great thing is that it's always evolving and providing tweaks and updates to help you work and plan better. Whether it's a 3rd party plugin or new core features, Miro adapts to how you work and then helps you work better.
It's easy to get team members involved in the board we're working on and has been integrated well in our enterprise environment.

What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, most of the things that bothered me about Miro previously have been fixed. I'd suggest that it may be wary of bloat - but with their customer-focussed approach to product enhancement, I feel Miro will always change for the better.
The only thing which might need improving is the fact that boards can be created too easily and you can end up with a bunch of half-baked files - so hopefully they find a solution to managing hierarchy and priority of boards.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a remote-based team we need a way to share ideas and work together easily. Miro helps us achieve that.
Miro can be used for anything, even projects outside of work
What do you like best about the product?
Miro helps me create visuals of my thoughts and ultimately helps me explain things I wouldn't be able to without it. It's so easy to just sign in and go without having to set anything up. Very intuitive!
Miro is a game changer when it comes to keeping track of workflows I build out in our CRM. The CRM doesn't have great notes within a workflow and Miro allows me to explain complex patterns in a way while also adding sticky notes for any comments I receive.
I also use Miro sometimes to keep track of my work to-do list. I'll use emojis and sticky notes to keep track of where I'm at or help me remember where to pick up in a meeting.
As a fun side note, I find myself using it outside of work, too! For example, I've used it to show my husband how different light fixtures would look in our dining room; same idea of helping visualize my thoughts, but since I know he is a visual person it helped show him what our choices might look like.

What do you dislike about the product?
I was expecting way more out of their AI tools. When they first launched I was excited to be able to tell it a prompt and get an (almost) instant mapping of what I described, but what was created was useless and I ended up having to start from scratch anyway.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me explain complex flows in a way that makes sense to someone that is maybe less technical. In Operations, I work a lot on the "backend" of things and explaining how things work can be difficult without Miro.
