Versatile Visual Collaboration Tool with Minor UX Quirks
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is awesome for working together visually with my team. It's packed with great templates and tools that make brainstorming super easy. I love how quickly new team members can jump in and start using it - it's perfect for mapping out ideas and project timelines. Instead of boring old text documents, we can use all these cool icons and images to organize our thoughts. Plus, it fits right into our daily work without any hassle. It's really become an essential tool for how our team works together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to FigJam, Miro's not as smooth when it comes to connecting sticky notes and drawing arrows between ideas. This can be a bit frustrating when I'm trying to quickly map out my thoughts. The tools work okay, but they could be more user-friendly and faster to use, especially when I'm in the flow of brainstorming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves our biggest team challenges by making remote collaboration feel natural and engaging. It turns our complex ideas into simple visual maps, which beats reading through endless text documents. Whether we're planning projects, brainstorming ideas, or tracking timelines, everyone can see and contribute to the big picture. The templates and tools make it super easy to organize thoughts and connect ideas, while new team members can jump right in without much training. It just fits perfectly into how we work, making our whole team more effective.

The ease of use of the platform is excellent. It’s very simple and user-friendly, making it easy to create even complex and long projects without hassle. Aesthetically, it’s also very appealing—clean, modern, and intuitive, which makes the overall experience enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I we are in exploring phase of the platform, it's been a great tool. Very happy so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly customer journey mapping. Thanks to Miro, we were able to finally map out the entire customer journey and identify all the touchpoints we use to interact with clients. This has greatly improved our understanding of the customer experience and helped streamline our processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I visualize my thinking and help my clients to see things in a whole new way.
I facilitate workshops, create my pitch decks (bye-bye PowerPoint), and design lead magnets in Miro boards.
Miro is simply an essential tool for any consultant or agency out there. I don't know how I would work without it.
It's one of those tools I pay annually which is rare for me.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to onboard new users to Miro who are not as tech-savvy but I believe it's getting better.
I wish that miroboards were even easier to share with less lag.
But I definitely see improvement in the last 3 years.

Miro is a tool that supports everyday remote work
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes remote interactions in meetings easier with features like timers and voting. For flow creation, it’s an excellent tool, providing great support for the work of product designers. As it’s a tool that is easy to implement and integrate, I haven’t needed customer support yet. It’s very easy to use, and we use it daily at the company, where most employees work remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
The icon gallery could have a larger selection of items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you dislike about the product?
The app is n t very functional; it sometimes freezes, and I have to reload it. The linetracking feature with the nodes dosnt automatically align straight and requires manual adjustment until the line is straight. Sometimes it dosnt align unless you zoom in a lot and adjust it again. Also as an administrator I sould be allowed to delete boards created by others for ex in my case the others dont do it even if i ask them to. This prevents me from maintaining a clear order of what we are actually working on versus drafts they started but didnt finih

The organizational structure and workflow mapping with the client help the team visually understand where we are headed and where they currently stand.
A Daily Essential for collaboration and brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love using Miro and rely on it every single day. Recently, I created a project planning calendar using one of the user-created templates and received so much positive feedback—I almost felt like I was cheating! I also use Miro for retrospective sessions and idea brainstorming. It’s fantastic not only for team collaboration but also for sparking ideation and creativity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently, I’ve noticed a glitch where things don’t copy and paste correctly, or I’m unable to create a new sticky, CTA, etc. I assume this might be due to an increase in users, but when it happens during presentation mode or a team meeting where I’m sharing the board, it can be quite embarrassing. Also I used to be able to share the board via URLs with external co-workers seamlessly, but the recent policy change requiring a password has made this process a bit cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me visualise ideas and facilitate meetings more effectively. Without visuals to share, a meeting can sometimes feel directionless, so I always prefer to have something to present and collaborate on. A Miro board with a well-suited template always does the job perfectly for me.
Essential tool for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an excellent tool for collaboration and idea writing. My team and I use it weekly in internal workshops and presentations for the board. The intuitive interface and various template options make the creative process easier. I love how we can interact in real-time, allowing for more dynamic and productive discussions. In addition to the ability to integrate with other tools we already use and export the views, which further facilitates our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Miro is a powerful tool, I had some difficulties with loading speed in heavier projects. Sometimes, navigation can be a bit confusing, especially when we have many elements on the screen. I also miss some customization options for text cards, such as markdown, which could further enhance the user experience. I never needed to use customer support, so I wouldn't be able to give an opinion about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as a Product Owner, so I need to use it a lot to create visions, put "ideas on paper," and share with my squad/team.
