Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Neat visual representation of ideas for collaboration, lots of tools and templates to choose from

I'm designer and sometimes I don't like playing with elements because:
1. it's not easy to connect arrows if I'm using different elements from different libraries.

the best thing that i like about miro is its speed.
the reactions are really nice and increase the collaboration for me.
the story point and t-shirt sizing is really helpful for me to scoping my tasks as a ux researcher.
i have never used the integration feature.
i use it realy easy and till now i never encounter a serios error.

What do you dislike about the product?
i tried to use unsplash but i encountered an error that"unsplash could not be started" which was weired for me.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves problems related to visual collaboration, team alignment, and brainstorming by providing an intuitive digital whiteboard platform. It benefits me by enabling remote and in-person teams to collaborate efficiently, organize ideas visually, and streamline workflows. Its flexible tool for project management make it easy to plan, communicate, and execute tasks effectively. This saves time, increases productivity in a team environment.
Rapid concept architecting, intensely collaborative
What do you like best about the product?
I had to lead an innovation strategy effort within my company, and Miro was the resource my teams used for several of the moderated collaborative explorations and the following presentations.
I was able to pull resources that others on my team had already developed to create the basis for the innovation strategy. These included tables, discussion guidelines, and mind-map workflows. The responses were streamlined using virtual sticky-notes lined up and available in a rainbow of colors representing different categorical contributions.
Collaboration was realtime, and we were able to share voting polls amongst ourselves quickly and easily for different elements of the evolving innovation strategy board. Anyone joining could zoom out to view the very large board, then zoom in further and further to examine progress on various elements of the board. The results of our innovation efforts remain for future reference.

We have not found a better tool for our needs.

The only downside to using Miro is that it relies on internet connectivity, and sometimes that is unstable across users' locations. This cannot be avoided.

Miro is helping our engineering teams manage the product developent process. Miro helps our innovation teams track strategic technology compatibilities with our company.

HOW EASY IS TO USE AND THE PLENTY FETURES OF TMEPLATES AND HOW YOU CAN EASILY INTEGRATE AND IMPLEMENTATE INTO THE MENTAL MAP, I DIND'T USE THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT SO I CAN'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THAT, AND I USE IT DAILY

Best tool to visualize what you want to communicate
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and collaborate with others. I use it daily for work. Never had to contact customer support since it works. It integrates well with other tools that I use. It has good amount of features that do the job and make implementaion of ideas very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the loading can take time, Login via google opens an in-app browser, should be external to auto-login like most other platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing Ideas, sharing those ideas with others to get on the same page, reducing communication time and issues.
Mirò: excellent platform for drawing, design, and management
What do you like best about the product?
Multiplicity of templates, simplicity in making tools work, customer support (often used and very attentive and punctual). The integration with AI is interesting and has great potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
The leveling of permits, useful but a bit complicated. The annual cost for small businesses.

Wonderful Collaborating Platform and Tools
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a fantastic platform for collaboration. The ability for team members to work together on the same board in real time is incredibly useful. The sketching tool is especially powerful for brainstorming and visualizing ideas. Leaving messages or notes for others is straightforward and enhances asynchronous teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, the boards can become heavy and slow down fairly quickly when they get crowded with content. Another drawback is that you can erase others’ sketches unintentionally. It would be great to have a feature that allows users to erase only their own sketches to avoid accidental edits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro bridges the gap between in-office and remote team members, allowing everyone to collaborate in real-time regardless of location. This has been instrumental in keeping the team aligned and productive, even when we’re not all in the same physical space. The platform also makes it easy to see what the team has been working on, with clear updates and an organized history of activities on the board. This transparency improves accountability and helps everyone stay on the same page. In addition, Miro’s tools allow for rapid creation of visual content, which is ideal for quickly sharing ideas or presenting concepts. This has saved time and made communication more effective during meetings or brainstorming sessions. Overall, Miro enhances collaboration, organization, and efficiency, making it a must-have tool for hybrid design teams like ours.
