Business structure and strategic planning

What do you like best about the product?
I recently dedicated over 35 hours to creating an organogram for my company, and I had the pleasure of using Miro—a tool I’ve truly come to love! Its intuitive interface, vibrant customization options, and seamless drag-and-drop functionality made the entire process effortless. There was no learning curve or space limitation, allowing me to jump right into the project.

Implementation was a breeze, and Miro’s integration with tools like Slack, Google Drive, and Microsoft Teams enhanced team collaboration without disrupting my workflow. The platform offers a wide range of features, from flowcharts and mind maps to real-time collaboration, making it my go-to app for organizing ideas and visualizing complex structures—especially in customer support.

Editing is straightforward, and the flexibility to expand and refine my work has been invaluable. On top of that, Miro’s customer support has been consistently responsive and helpful, further solidifying my confidence in using it for both current and future projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I genuinely enjoy using Miro, there are a few areas that could use improvement. One challenge is that larger, more complex boards tend to become slow and laggy, particularly during real-time collaboration with multiple team members. Additionally, the mobile app doesn’t quite match the functionality and smooth experience of the desktop version, which can be a bit limiting when I need to make quick edits on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving several key challenges for me by offering a centralized platform for visual collaboration, brainstorming, and process mapping. It allows me to organize complex ideas and structures—such as company organograms and customer support workflows—into clear, visually engaging diagrams. This clarity greatly improves communication across teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and understands the structure or process being shared.

By consolidating features like flowcharts, mind maps, and sticky notes into a single platform, Miro eliminates the need for multiple tools, boosting productivity and reducing time spent switching between apps. Its real-time collaboration capabilities also make it easy to work with colleagues, even remotely, allowing us to gather feedback and implement changes quickly.

Overall, Miro’s flexibility and seamless integration with other tools streamline my workflow, enabling me to focus more on strategy and execution rather than managing the logistics of collaboration.

Loooong Time Daily User

What do you like best about the product?
Inifinite whiteboard with easy navigation (unlike OneNote etc) and multiple connecting elements. Pre-built templates are a win also.
What do you dislike about the product?
I pay for Miro over a few different emails (not this acc) and love the product, but it's got a lot of problems.

You guys have to sort out the saving ability — the amount of times I've written copy in Kanbans, closed the Kanban, opened it, and the copy is gone… painful. From what I've figured, I think the bug deletes what would be the last ctrl+z, so usually open something else, type X and then keep going. Mostly fixes it, but it's caused me a lot of grief.

Also, needing to pay the $16 USD monthly fee to use the timer?? C'mon. It's a timer. Put it in the free version to stop me setting reminders on my phone or using Google.

You also need to figure out a few more integrations for free — the Excel integration isn't up to par and Miro's table function lags the competitors (I've tried them all).

Talk tracks are buggy also.

Lots more notes I could add if I thought about it (I use Miro all day every day) so hit me up if you need qual feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simply providing infinite whiteboard.
