Miro helps me organise and visualise my thoughts
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Miro for years and I love it for processing my ideas/ thoughts. When I see the ideas laid out in a visual way, I am able to better find connections, gaps. It is very very easy to use, pretty much just jump into it and get going as it is quite intuitive. I use if all the time, everyday, from creating wireframes for our website to planning a strategy for our paid aids.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any negatives to say about Miro. I love using it so I recommend it all the time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a marketer, it has helped me 1) figure out workflows to improve our efficiences and automations 2) map out enhancements to our company website - clearly addressing the customer journey needs 3) establish a new paid ads structure by laying out in detail our customer personas and pain points. Miro helps me think clearer and better.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a bit fiddly to organise and arrange, but it is not really an issue at all

UX research synthesis, visual communication of problems and ideas, sometimes for wireframing solutions
Presentations
What do you like best about the product?
Currently, I'm working on a presentation. I was asked to put it in PowerPoint, but I insisted that I put it in Miro. PowerPoint only has so much room. With Miro, I can go on forever and all I have to do is zoom in and out to show the big picture and to show the details
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything, but sometimes I find it challenging to format text in a text box or on a panel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy for me to visually show stakeholders how a user can go through several different pages. The different paths they can take depending on the button or link they hit. I can show all of this in one board and it will keep going. My pain with PP is that there was a hard cut off and I'd have to go to another slide so it can be a visually jarring experience for viewers. With Miro, I can for example, show one page, then zoom in and show path 1 (and it can go on for several pages), then I can zoom back out to show the full main baseline page again, and zoom in again to show path 2. I think this makes it easier for my audience to visualize the different paths users can take.
Easy to organize and visualize project tasks.
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is the flowchart board.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if I try to type on a sticky note, it will edit the name of the board on accident or default maybe.

Great for Large Teams, But Feature-Heavy
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Miro for its easy and pleasant experience with sticky notes and various objects, which makes starting up quite seamless. The voting feature and little emojis add a nice touch to the simplicity I prefer. Miro effectively solves the problem of when simple meeting notes or Google Docs aren't sufficient, providing a more visual platform to connect and distill ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found understanding the structure of sharing permissions challenging when I first started using Miro. It can become a bit crowded with its many features, as I prefer a more simple, streamlined tool. The performance of Miro could be improved to become more snappy, especially in terms of loading quickly in the browser. Additionally, I wouldn't recommend Miro for smaller teams or startups due to potential cost and learning curve implications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to solve the problem when Google Docs aren't enough, enabling visual ideation and connection of ideas in one space.

I like that the sensitivity is perfect for me when toggling through workflows or talk tracks. I work in customer acquisition and have built tons of personal tools that are easy use and share with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be cool if there were more styles for the flow charts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having unified sales tactics
Keeps all my projects in one place
What do you like best about the product?
As an Email Marketing Manager at a SaaS company, I love how Miro makes it easy to juggle multiple projects at once. The boards let me map out each project in a clear way and stay aligned with teams like Product and Sales. It’s also super handy for building data flow maps for example, mapping how data moves from our warehouse into the CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don’t see any major issues. It’s a pleasure to work with Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me turn the “organized mess” of working across different teams into something clear and manageable. It makes it much easier to handle dependencies and collaborate with Product, Sales, and other teams without things getting lost or misaligned.
