Great team collaborating tool to share ideas
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is super easy to get your (and your teams) hands on and use. It allows for multiple users to create and share at the same time. Creating individual boards and also the ability to sketch on it is especially important. It's also great for team planning given some very useful and aesthetic template. Also allows for a range of exchange format to be imported, making the process integrated very well with local files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you have too many large files imported and large amount of people working on the same board, it can get quite laggy occasionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eases the process of collaborating and sharing thoughts when the team is not all at the same location, and we can always just throw ideas to the board whenever something comes up and refer back to it when we need to.
Easy to use and robust
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and ability to use quickly across devices, outputting presentations - I use it every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
Custom templates would be great, also having an easier way to layer content
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborative design storytelling, both with internal teams and with client and exterior consultant teams
Excellent Multiuse Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy to use free form aspect and the auto create tables and chart template.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI feature has not been very useful for me so far. I don't like the formatting it produces and it takes time to create exactly what you need, faster and better to use templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me organise and connect my ideas visually which makes it faster for me to create and complete my work as my brainstorming process is much more efficient this way. It's also one place to keep all of my projects and tasks.
Fun collaborative platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive and seamless this tool is! It makes it incredibly easy to get ideas down on a page, add links, images, and all sorts of media without any hassle. Sharing is just as simple - you can quickly send it to others so they can jump in and contribute. It’s perfect for brainstorming and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a bit laggy with large files and boards with lots on content. This can slow a team down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration - helps me work more efficiently and towards a better outcome if we can get all the voices heard!
Easy to Use, Customizable, and Highly Recommended
What do you like best about the product?
I find the platform incredibly easy to use, which enhances my productivity significantly. The customizability of Miro allows me to tailor workflows perfectly to my needs and easily share them with colleagues, maintaining a seamless organizational design for our sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the mouse sensitivity to be somewhat problematic, which can be bothersome during use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the product to create customizable workflows and maintain organizational design, easily sharing with my team.
Swiss knife for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Very small learning curve. Very easy to onboard beginners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, actually. Just to be surfing on today's trend, I am looking forward to having a MCP server.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication and collaboration on any kind of topic, but also brainstorming with myself.
Miro has changed my productiviy by providing me one place for all my daily work tasks!
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro to be extremely helpful through its user friendly design, visually appealing notes, ease of integration with Zapier (my AI personal planner), and the easy way I could quickly implemente it into my organization, I use miro every day to plan my work day. I would reccomend this to anyone trying to get organized quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have found is that everytime I sign back in, the software automatically makes me rename the document. I consider this a small price to pay for such a great tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me to organize all my tasks across different apps where my assignments are given.
Miro for flowcharts
What do you like best about the product?
Good for flowcharts as you can create nice looking diagrams easily
What do you dislike about the product?
The alignment on shapes is not always the most intuitive, it doesn't snap to where I would expect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping out flow charts for technical architecture, process flows, and also user story mapping
Simple, easy to use yet powerful and encourages creativity
What do you like best about the product?
How it allows you to represent your ideas in a very well presented and creative way while embedding support tools for your work efficiency as well
What do you dislike about the product?
I could not find two way arrows for diagrams, but that could be me ;) but I did try hard - Its that good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating product boards, and workflows, architecture maps and basically most of my visual charting needs
Versatile platform for all our product needs!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Miro is it's ease of use and collaboration features. I find it particularly useful while designing complex workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well one of the things is the pricing. Free plan features are limited. Being a small team, even the starter $8/mo/member becomes a lot when a few people are working together, more so when our product isn't generating revenue. A less pricier $5/mo/member plan would be ideal in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us a LOT when we are designing complex workflows, especially for AI agents.
