Great experience
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, easy to operate. I use it everyday on my current work.
We operate it with several teams, and several people around the world. Easy to implement on a company day use, since its so simple to understand. Tools are enough for brainstorming and daily discussion.
I would recommend it 100%.

Using miro for architecture work
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collaborate with my team, especially in a remote setting. Good way to explain concepts without having a whiteboard. Also good for having a history of what has been discussed and collaborated on previously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be hard to keep a board tidy over time, especially if the board is used for many different use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to both explain, share and collaborate on technical topics.
Miro: A top-tier collaboration tool with minor issues
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Miro is how easily it is to collaborate with multiple people on one board. As a game producer, Miro is great for team-building, brainstorming or further ideation. Members can easily hop on and start working together, and Miro's templates make that very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using Miro as a documentation tool works, but it does suffer performance issues if a board gets too big, meaning you either have to use other platforms or split on board into multiple. This can make documentation more difficult.
Additionally, the Miro team seems to be implementing features that are nice to have, but not prioritizing current features and their optimization, like frames and such. Why are frames still so buggy to use? Their layering messes up every time I want to use multiple. Additionally, it is a shame that extra formatting options are not available in shapes, like bullet points. Also: Why can we STILL not have different font sizes in one text box?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing my team together easily by smooth collaboration and having a shared documentation hub that otherwise would require a bunch of seperate documents.
A Versatile Digital Whiteboard for Modern Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an excellent online collaboration platform that transforms how teams brainstorm, plan, and visualize ideas. The tool shines with its intuitive interface and extensive template library, making it easy for both beginners and experienced users to create mind maps, flowcharts, user journey maps, and project boards.
Strengths:
Seamless real-time collaboration with multiple cursors visible
Impressive template collection covering everything from agile workflows to design thinking
Smooth integration with popular tools like Slack, Jira, and Figma
Responsive performance even with complex, content-heavy boards
Strong mobile app for on-the-go access
Miro excels in remote and hybrid work environments where visual collaboration is crucial. While it may be overkill for basic note-taking, it's invaluable for workshops, sprint planning, and creative brainstorming sessions. The platform successfully bridges the gap between physical whiteboards and digital efficiency.

Best Workflow Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to create Marketing Workflow and to report analysis form competitor, project and much more. I love the possibility to share in real time the work and how easy it to create new workflow and dashboard
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the graphics get misaligned and are not perfectly accurate when reopening the file, but it’s not a serious or relevant issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to share complex information in a simple way
Great System I use in numerous ways
What do you like best about the product?
I use MindMaps for a bunch of different things. It's a visual way of picturing things like workflow, sales, and projects. I use different color combinations so that at a glance I can instantly get a very good picture of what is going on. I use it every day, multiple times during the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The are two things that I would say need improvement. First some of my mind maps are pretty big, so speed to load and make changes becomes somewhat less than desirable. The other are the nodes where you have a parent child situation. If you change the color of the parent node changes the color of all the child nodes to that parent. It would be nice if it didn't or if you were given the choice to change all or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking customers through their journey. Creating an overall picture of customers and prospects and where they are based on timeline and likelihood of prospects becoming customers. Finally also use it for my weekly activities and projects so I can see activity and progress.
Versatile Tool for Remote Collaboration, Needs Improved Scaling
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro incredibly useful for collaborative and remote work, enhancing our team dynamics whether we're in the office or working from home. I appreciate the new AI features, as they aid in summarizing workshops effectively. The tool is intuitive and easy to use for both designers and project managers, contributing to its seamless integration into daily work tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the scaling issues on Miro boards quite problematic. Different sizes for text and other elements often appear inconsistently, with some showing up too large and others too small. This inconsistency is a mess and disrupts the board's appearance. Additionally, while Miro is generally good, there are rough patches that need improvements to enhance the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the product for team collaboration and remote work, facilitating daily workshops and ideation seamlessly.

What do you dislike about the product?
The massage notification does not get updated once it is being checked on one device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to keep all team records in one place. Minimizing search time for files, notes & references.
Unstructured and visual collaboration at its best
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is so adaptable to so many different situations where unstructured and visual collaboration are so important – whether it's for creating easy prototypes, synthesising customer research, or prototyping new ideas, Miro really stands out for its ease of use, speed and ability to make remote collaboration easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that can be improved is the organisation of each Miro board – they're making big improvements in this area, but it's often challenging to find old boards .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it solves is the ability to collaborate with other people in an easy way remotely.
