I use miro to organize imagery and design content.

the "all-in-one-place-ness" of it. I also love that I can download images off of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes my boards have trouble loading PDFs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
collaborative visualization tool
Great for organizing ideas and working with my team
What do you like best about the product?
It’s really helpful for brainstorming and keeping projects organized with my team. I like how easy it is to share boards and work together in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could use more integrations and built-in tools. Sometimes I have to switch to other apps to get things done, which breaks the flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
having everything visually in one place and for others to come and add or collaborate on tasks is extremely valuable
Great product - use it for everything
What do you like best about the product?
I use it for everything from research, planning and mind maps. Its so easy to work through it and plan everything out.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside that I can think of. It's one of my favorite tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Research for anything
Mind maps for connection processes / systems
Mind maps for connection processes / systems
Pretty good collaborative features, but the business model feels like a money grab.
What do you like best about the product?
The infinite whiteboard and the tools available for creating polished presentations that can evolve as projects progress is pretty nice. It's also pretty intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Collaboration with clients is a pain point. On the basic paid plan, Miro allows you to share boards with edit access to the PUBLIC, or anyone with the link. If you want to share edit access of specific boards to specific people (our clients) without making it public to the world, then you have to upgrade your plan and pay DOUBLE for every user on your team. I'm really not happy about that, and it leaves me open to considering other software solutions. I'm already paying for each of our users, and I shouldn't have to pay double just to control guest access (I don't need the other features on the upgraded plan).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have all information regarding a project, past and present, in one place that both our team and our clients can access and visually see.
Great for Collaborative Design, Needs Better Usability
What do you like best about the product?
I love Miro for its accessibility and ease of use, which make collaborating seamless by sharing a link. I find features like the voting ability, timer, following others, and the notes stack particularly helpful and enjoyable. Additionally, being able to start from templates or a blank canvas during the discovery phase aids in the creative process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find navigating and organizing within Miro challenging, particularly understanding how folders and themes are structured. It can be difficult to find things, and the system lacks clear maps or organizational systems. The interface could be improved to make it more visually appealing and easier to navigate. Sometimes, simple tasks like finding an emoji can be unnecessarily complicated. Additionally, I would appreciate better support for connecting components with arrows without needing to attach them directly, which would enhance workflow in creating diagrams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to keep everyone on the same page, making collaboration simple by sharing a link. It supports retrospectives, design reviews, and workshops, allowing flexibility with templates or a blank canvas.
Mine miro experience
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Miro for a while and honestly it makes collaboration super smooth. The interface is clean, and the infinite canvas is great for brainstorming. Sometimes it feels a bit heavy on slower laptops, but overall it’s reliable. Definitely a solid tool for team projects and planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can feel laggy or slow with large boards or when many people collaborate at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In developing
Great collaborative planning software
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how robust the collaboration side of it is, I can easily see my coworkers on my boards and watch as new updates happen. I also really enjoy using all the different record types, like ERD diagrams, regular documents, tables, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
For ERD diagrams it was a bit surprising that the figures were behind a subscription plan since there were only a handful for ERD, but the additional upgrades include made sense for us to try out a subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping me by providing a unified workspace where we can have all our varying types of documents in one place.
Excellent tool, for process mapping and idea Wireframes
What do you like best about the product?
A brilliant tool for process mapping, initial screenshots and early product design work. I also find it extremely useful for structuring meetings on Teams and running discovery sessions. The ability to collaborate visually with colleagues makes it much easier to share ideas and build on each other’s input in real time. The range of templates is strong and helps me get started quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback for me is the lack of offline functionality on the mobile app. It would be incredibly useful to be able to work on boards while travelling, for example on a plane, where I often want to capture ideas or set up boards for upcoming meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me capture and organise ideas in a structured way, whether that is for process mapping, product design or planning upcoming meetings. It makes collaboration with colleagues far easier because everyone can contribute to the same board in real time. This has reduced the need for long follow up documents and keeps discussions focused and productive. It also helps me prepare more effectively for discovery sessions by turning scattered thoughts into clear visual plans.
Miro is intuitive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration is easy. Easy to tailor to different scenarios and situations. Great for workshops.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can quickly become overwhelming and too much information on a board
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly strategy workshops over Teams
Positive experience using Miro for a variety of use cases

A flexible tool that can be used as a place to brainstorm, collaborate and present
