A researcher more love than hate relationship.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the ease of use and seamless workflow; I can go from chaotic braindump session/workshop/interview to a clean, structured slide presentation all in one spot, which cuts down on tool-switching.

This is specially true for running research or stakeholder workshops, where the facilitation tools like the timer and voting make it really simple to manage large groups. When it's time for synthesis, the AI clustering has gotten surprisingly good for a first pass on qualitative data, saving me time. Plus, the ability to build your own templates for different research projects means I'm using the tool for most of my projects.

It's an essential tool for my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The infinite canvas can lead to infinite caos, creating a massive cognitive load when boards get clutter with research data. You need to be organized an create templates in advance. This is made worse by the performance lag on the large boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the dual problems of remote collaboration and the chaotic journey from raw data to clear insights. For our distributed team it creates a shared space allowing us to run remote workshops, team meetings and collaborative notes on a single board.

It lets me turn a mountain of messy ideas into a polished presentation all in one place significantly reducing the friction in our research process.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is very collaborative, easy to set up, and intuitive to use. I love how flexible it is, you can build almost anything on it, from brainstorming boards to structured workflows, and it scales well for different team needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
When working with templates, the customization options feel limited. It would be great to have more flexibility to adapt templates without running into constraints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All in one tool for workshops, roadmapping, communicating diagrams.

A clear visual tool for mapping out marketing campaigns

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Having a common platform for comments, links, and requests between my team and our contractors.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not very user friendly on mobile, I wish you could click on an area and zoom in on it rather than scrolling around and then zooming in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing multiple employees to view campaigns in a rough draft but clear format without having to navigate through klayvio. It's an organized calendar that keeps everyone on task to help make those marketing strategies live.

Amazing tool but not easy

  • September 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's amazing tool with huge amount of features and ways to be used. I feel like I know and see just a top of the iceberg.
The best thing is that one can learn even just few small features and start using it immediately. So the initial learning curve is easy.
I love the flexibility of visual tools and constant improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's overall complexity is a bit scary. By learning one new thing, I discover there are 10 more that I still don't fully understand.

I am not fan of personal and shared board management, and get usually lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content management in one visual collaboration platform.

Easy to Use and Perfect for Team Collaboration

  • September 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the simplicity of the user interface. It makes it easy to jump straight in without feeling overwhelmed. I’m a big fan of using it for moodboards and mind maps, and the platform is particularly strong for that kind of visual work. I also enjoy how collaborative it feels, it’s great being able to share ideas and build things together in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find the limited choice of colours restrictive, especially when I want to create more variety or highlight certain elements. It would also be helpful to have an easy way to format bullet point lists, as this feels like a basic tool that’s missing. Another small frustration is not being able to quickly set or update the default view for users when they first open a board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro gives me a simple way to lay out large amounts of imagery in one place. It makes it easy for several people to review and discuss visual content together, without the need for endless email threads or scattered files. This has been especially useful for sharing moodboards and design ideas in a clear, accessible way.

What do you like best about the product?
Dont use this platform. Find another alternative
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love if Miro integrated with our project management system Asana, but we've done work around to make it work. We would also like more personalized help when asking to see the full features of what Miro can do for our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows us to directly link our products to where it can be bought from. It's also a quick visual way for our contractors to see the concept of what we're trying to design.

Working collaboratively anywhere anytime to understand users better

  • September 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to work collaboratively on a searchable whiteboard easily with colleagues and with new users with very little training. You can use it to develop dashboards, project management, user data storage, analysis and synthesis. I use it constantly for all sorts of workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few small feature flaws with certain tools that make them not as seamless to use, but these are based on my specific preferences as an avid user. I also think AI functionalities (for clustering for example) have some ways to go. I wish it did have more of a robust and technical feature for data collection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is aiding in product/project management and conducting user research.

Miro perfect tool to - demonstarate and visualize things

  • September 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is how easy it makes collaboration, especially when working with a team that’s spread out in different places. The infinite canvas feels very flexible—you can brainstorm, organize ideas, and map out projects all in one space without feeling limited. I also appreciate how intuitive the interface is, so even new teammates can jump in and contribute quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not find any downside of this application. Since i have very limited usage of this application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us run more effective retros by providing ready-to-use templates that save time and keep the sessions structured. We also use it to create user diagrams that let us visualize our approach before starting development. On top of that, it’s a great space to track product KPIs and to illustrate how different products integrate with each other, which makes collaboration and communication much clearer.
