A useful productive tool for planning and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Visual, highly adaptable and easy to introduce and get people to use. Use in a range of situations, from independent brainstorming, to workshops, to project reflections. Has all the tools needed, and I probably don't use even half of it's capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love it for project planning, though I think this is mostly personal style and preference as it has the templates and tools required.

Online collaboration, creative space, wide selection of tools

A Versatile Tool for Group Collaboration and Visualization
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Miro offers an infinite board layout, which allows me to sketch freely, combining shapes and text to create charts and diagrams effortlessly. The web-based platform's easy accessibility makes it invaluable for group collaboration, enabling everyone to contribute seamlessly, which is especially helpful in visually organizing projects with diagrams and sticky notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Miro could improve by providing more intuitive tools and making interactions with the board simpler. Currently, it seems like Fig Jam, associated with Figma, offers more intuitive and specific tools, which makes it a more welcoming service. Miro's tools appear to be somewhat limited and not as easy to use for different purposes. There's a need for more variety and intuitive flow of tools to make Miro as appealing as other platforms like FigJam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for group collaboration, benefiting from its infinite board for idea generation and visualizing flowcharts with ease, enhancing my project management with accessible tools.
Miro for games development
What do you like best about the product?
It transforms brainstorming into a dynamic canvas where creativity flows and ideas connect naturally
What do you dislike about the product?
The table functionality feels underdeveloped compared to the rest of the platform’s powerful tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the challenge of aligning diverse ideas during the early stages of game development. It gives my team a shared visual space to brainstorm mechanics, map out player journeys, and connect narrative and design elements in real time. Instead of scattered notes or disconnected tools, everything lives in one collaborative canvas. This not only saves time but also helps us spot creative connections faster, keep everyone aligned on vision, and move from abstract ideas to actionable plans more effectively
Miro made our team collaboration easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it easy to collaborate seamlessly across different teams. The boards are very versatile, with features that make it simple to share workflows with both technical and non-technical teammates. We use Miro heavily for our Kanban boards, which has been the most useful feature for us so far. The real-time collaboration and ability to visualize complex processes really help keep everyone aligned.
What do you dislike about the product?
Copy and paste is such an important part of collaboration when people want to quickly share or replicate their work, but in Miro this functionality feels limited and sometimes restricted depending on the board. It would be great if these features were more flexible. Additionally, large boards can occasionally feel a bit slow to load, which interrupts the workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps our team overcome the challenges of remote and cross-functional collaboration. Instead of relying on scattered documents or long meetings, we can bring everything into one shared visual space. This makes it much easier to map out workflows, manage project tasks, and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. By having all of this in one place, we save time, reduce miscommunication, reduce costs and keep projects moving forward more smoothly.
Nice enterprise collaborative tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Well support for most of Software documentation usecase.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support for ERD is not matched yet with other enterprise tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborative documentation platform and related features.
Great for brainstorming and setting up collaborative work environment
What do you like best about the product?
It's flexibility on what you can do with it, it helps keep everything in once place as best as possible specially if you're working with other people. You can also work collaborative with other people in a very intuitive way leading to great sessions with the teams. The presentations, Jira connectivity and features they add are quite powerful overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of it's flexibility it does tend to get messy if you're not organized, I don't like that there are basic features like shapes and other diagrams shapes blocked in a more expensive tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One place where I can have the team document and collaborate on day to day work like standups, retros, roadmaps.

Making presentations and having all of a topic like for example strategy in one place which makes it easy to build a presentation.

Collaborate out in the open
What do you like best about the product?
Miro allows everyone to work out in the open, so everyone can easily see what others are working on and be aligned as well as eliminate the duplication of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit getting used to navigating the endless board concept.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us work in a remote environment where team members are spread out all over the world
Very useful tool for teams building digital products
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro makes it really easy to collaborate in real time, organize ideas visually and keep everyone aligned in one place. As a Product Manager I also observe the developemnt of this tool in line with the current trends
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are issues with accessing the tool. Additionally, I use Miro for both personal and work purpose on the same laptop. Miro sometimes gets confused when I switch between accounts, which causes accessibility problems. A full browser reset helps, and occasionally I even need to restart my laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps solve the problem with communication and lack of alignement in digital product teams. Instead of exchanging endless documents or presentations, we can collaborate in real time on one shared board. It makes brainstorming, planning and structuring ideas much more visual and interactive.
Also for me, the main benefit is efficiency, it speeds up decision-making, reduces misunderstanding and helps keep stakeholder engaged and aligned throughout the product development process.
