Flexible & Collaborative Tool for Product Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has proven to be a go-to platform that our Product Team uses to plan, collaborate, and train Sales & Marketing, Compliance, QA and Partners. The platform is incredibly feature-rich, especially for a real-time visual collaboration and process flow tool. It is user-friendly and has a relatively gentle learning curve, so no matter the stakeholder and fequency of use, team members can be up-to-speed rapidly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to easily generate tasks from sticky notes and other items that can get ingested to Jira, Reclaim, Todoist, etc would be a great integration feature across teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving rapid design and operational flow and UX sequence collaboration needs. It’s a tool that much of the team feels very comfortable using, compared to the more nuanced and specifically UX/UI tool, Figma, which has a steeper learning curve. Miro is well appreciated for easy adoption.
Miro is a great tool for planning and ideating designs, as well as managing tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I like to use Miro to easily write down my tasks on sticky notes and graphically display the work that needs to be completed. I also like the ability to add pictures and annotate for quick notes that are best drawn. I draw in Miro a lot to get my ideas out quickly without having to run large software, so the pens and highlighters make that highly customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The boards can start to move slow once it starts to fill up, making it difficult to navigate. I also want to customize the colors of sticky notes, but there are limited options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows me to open multiple images to draw on and ideate quickly, all in the same place. The speed and large board size allow for fast duplication and quick changes to see if something works without needing to draw it all out.
Miro is a great tool for brainstorming, moodboards, and facilitating collaboration with clients.
What do you like best about the product?
The way Miro handles images has been most helpful to my workflow. I often need to share moldboards/inspiration images with clients, and uploading images to Miro has been a great way to do this without sending massive files back and forth via email. The basic features are very user-friendly, so my clients were able to pick it up quickly. The variety of comment features are great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't explored all the features of Miro that could help my workflow. There are a lot of cool features, and it is somewhat daunting to explore beyond what I already know. I also wish it were a bit more user-friendly to learn how your viewing distance impacts your type/import size. I would like to explore more about how it can facilitate collaboration with clients and the tools we can use for reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro gives us a common space to collaborate with clients who are not local. We are working on gathering content and finding visual inspiration, so this is a great place to compile content without missing anything or creating large files. I like that it is live, so we can post content, and clients have access to it instantly. I do a lot of visual design work, so I know it will be a helpful review tool moving forward.
All business roles should use Miro
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is the most collaborative software I have ever used. It is great to keep teams and stakeholders engaged. Easy to use and ensures we can all build out ideas and plan effectively. Our team uses Miro every day. It is easy to use Miro to integrate and format into emails and slides.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it if it was easier to paste work from one board to another board and keep the same scale without having to create templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our teams to collaborate in a way that we would not effectively be able to do otherwise. The live, interactive nature of the collaboration is key.
Super helpful and very easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
As a person in a creative field, I like that we are able to compile all of our ideas and creations in one place and don't have to rely on outdated ways to share our creations. Miro really is awesome because it is exactly what it is advertised as. I'm a fairly new user and I got used to Miro within a week and I only had one laggy zoom call where someone was explaining it in brief for me. I like that the UI is neat and sleek and
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using Miro for a couple of weeks and so far I don't see any major issues. Although, I would like for an update that allows us to upload and paste more types of files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm working from home so it has been a breeze collaborating with my co-workers and supervisors. And I can compile all my ideas and all our projects in one place

What do you like best about the product?
Miro's infinite canvas and real-time collaboration features make it incredibly helpful for me and team for remote brainstorming, journey mapping, and workshop facilitation. The integration with tools like Jira, Google Drive, and Slack is seamless and boosts productivity across my cross-functional teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the board becomes sluggish when multiple team members are collaborating on complex projects with large assets. Also, the permissions and access settings could be more intuitive—especially when sharing boards externally or across teams with varying access needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us solve the challenge of aligning distributed teams during early-stage planning, design thinking workshops, and cross-functional brainstorming. It eliminates the friction of traditional whiteboards and document versioning by providing a single collaborative space that evolves with the project. This has significantly improved speed-to-alignment, reduced meeting times, and created more clarity in decision-making across teams.
It is an incredible digital tool.
What do you like best about the product?
For 5 years I have used the paid version, and I like that in the quarterly planning of teams that use agile methodologies, team members can connect at the same time and manage to place the post-its with the initiatives and interact to prioritize. Another thing I love is that you can find different templates to use in the various ceremonies of agile frameworks, taking advantage of each functionality for digital dynamics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be more intuitive with the context of using templates through AI.
