What do you like best about the product?
Collaborative nature, making team efforts feel more synchronized. Its visually engaging interface is fairly easy to use. Easy way to help guide and structure workshops.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro's performance with external images or visuals might not be optimal or user friendly, and there's room for enhanced customization in certain aspects, it's just essential and more basic visuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facilitates some collaboration across the team. Good spot to work more a-sync and foster teamwork and idea sharing. It can make the team a bit more productive and innovative.

Best collaboration tool

  • August 08, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Works for multiple users without crashing, has a huge range of possibilities to use it for, such as brainstorming, affinity mapping, propotyping, diagramming. They often make updates and enhancements and are very open to feedback. It's also user friendly and fun!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the boards had more consistent sizing or abilities to organize, because while I like the freedom for collaborating/brainstorming, I want my boards organized at the end of the day. I also wish it had more diagramming features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for collaborative and easy sharing of diagramming and process mapping. Allows us to make easy quick visuals to show a process, build consensus, etc. It also allows for strong remote collaboration.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little bit complicated for non designers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to create user flows and diagrams with ease.

Multifunctional tool for everyone

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a wonderful tool for everyone. It's intuitive features are helping to work live with a large group of people. Miro's visual clarity and large base of templates allows you to create great projects in high quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
From our experience, we don't find anything wrong with Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping us during workshops with large groups of people. In real time we can work with them on the project and use lots of tools and templates helping us work out the solutions. Additionally, we find it cool and important, that we don't have to use paper flipcharts or sticky notes during workshops because participants see everything o the screen. That's so environmental friendly. After workshop we have everything saved in the account and we can continue working without the mess.

Miro is my go-to teaching resource

  • August 07, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The multidimensionality of the tools is fantastic. Everything you could need is built right in. I use it in my classes for online critique and we also use it to keep historical documentation to compare revisions from class to class.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to embed videos. If you could show it as a preview that opens in a lightbox or something that'd be fine, but it would be nice to setup videos and whatnot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we went fully online with our program, Miro allowed us to set up a collaborative critique environment that allows students to look at their work in a manner most similar to how we used to present in person – either by attaching it to the wall or broadcasting it via projector. This allows for a more collaborative experience because the comments can be left in real-time and accessed later on without someone having to take notes or remember the feedback given. Additionally, the other tools such as voting and timer based integrations help keep us on track.

Miro - great for realtime collaboration

  • August 07, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a great visual collaboration platform for virtual teams. My team is based in different cities and countries and this platform ensures that I can engage and collaborate quickly and efficiently.
It is great for brainstorming on new products and when launching new projects.
The interface and functionality is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I experience is the difficulty when trying to save documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is great for creating storyboards ad wireframes. It saves me time and effort as the content and information is captured in real-time.
It has saved the business time and money by being able to use this tool remotely instead of getting the team together in a conference or training room.

Collaboration at scale!

  • August 06, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro's diagramming features are soo easy to use, it helps to quickly build the conceptual thinking and design, more importantly, seeking feedback is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited ability to export the diagrams in an object form to reuse in other applications (Ex: Confluence, MS Word).
Currently, the best option is to copy/export as an image.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is facilitating collaboration and ability to quickly seek and update feedback. Tools ability to help visualize a whole picture views across multiple diagrams, makes it an excellent choice for collaboration with various levels of stakeholders.

I love Miro just to map out my mind

  • August 04, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is great when we want to just dump all our thoughts out somewhere and then bring order to the chaos. I must say that talktrack is such an amazing feature as it saves me having to create a Loom for it and when you are on the recieving end of a talktrack you feel it as opposed to just listen to it, so well done to the whole team on that!
What do you dislike about the product?
The apple app, theres just something about it which always means I go back to browser which is a bit annoying as I have to have a window dedicated just to Miro and then other tabs and before you know it you have another window with another load of tabs!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Async communication - Especially with talktrack now its great for that
Retros - We are fully remote so that means that we can collab on Miro
Process mapping - We can map how our process are and make improvments on that
