Miro - an intrinsic part of my workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an awesome collaboration tool for digital whiteboarding. I love the ease of use and how nicely it intergates with some other tools. I have been using Miro for running all my squad ceremonies. Its intuitive and infinite boards allows real time collaboration with team members. It has got great cusotmer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the ability to unlock all my locked items in one go something which will allow me to multi-select the items by Ctrl clicking on them and then just a button press to unlock them all. It is possible to multi-select and lock several items in one click so the opposite behaviour is the only thing missing now.
When I copy paste an image in to the Miro board, it comes as a very tiny version and then I have to zoom in all the way to stretch out the image, is that something that can be fixed?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has been a super digital collaboration tool to share our ideas with the team members. Love the infinite canvas, various drawing tools, voting, timer, private mode etc. It also offers a library of templates to choose from for your specific purpose. We are using it for our PI planning sessions and for other Scrum ceremonies like planning, retro, review etc.
A great tool for brainstorming

We used it for brainstorming, project planning, and simply to inspire each other. The possibilities are vast: you can draw, add notes, pictures, documents, and even embedded videos! It's easy to use and gives you the feeling of being in the same room with your team, even if you're on opposite sides of the world.

In Miro, there may be a lack of more flexible text editing tools and more advanced features for working with data, such as integrations with other applications.

Miro focusing on multiple integrations, but I would like to see more fundamental enhancements. I would forgo a tool integration for additonal fonts, colors, folder structures, ruler guides on the boards etc. Increase table and table data functionality. Potential to add grid data to white board integrations.

Intuitive virtual whiteboard
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is easy to use, keeps all boards in one central place, and there is no question about "will this board expire at some time after the meeting".
Compared with "free cause we have a 365 subscription anyway" alternatives (MS Whiteboard, or collaborative simultaneous editing of Powerpoint slides or OneNote pages) it provides clear benefits.
That it doesn't require installing an application is also great, in a pinch I can use a private laptop or even a phone if I don't feel like taking my company laptop with me on a weekend trip.

What do you dislike about the product?
With ~10+ users active on a board at the same time and "show cursors" enabled, it can be a bit of a performance hog. Switching off this usually not required option (I've kept it disabled for almost as long as I use Miro) solves the issue for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being in a room with peers and a whiteboard was one of the downsides of working from home. Miro providing the same canvas has hugely benefited hybrid and online meetings - a picture says more than a thousand words.
Miro stands out as a flawless collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent aid for marketing campaigns. It's simple to generate and present various models, so it's great for teaching concepts to colleagues and clients. Also, I like the way Miro makes every step of a campaign simple and safe, getting all components on the same page. Finally, the built-in calendar feature within the app makes it simple to plan events and keep track of deadlines. Overall, I advise people who want to shorten their marketing procedure. One of the great things about Miro is that it blends easily into the Azure Cloud, this has helped us collaborate and manage the projects we have. In addition to being connected through Azure, it likewise offers other ways to be connected, such as Excel and Confluence. That has made it possible to incorporate smoothly into current work streams and has made it simple to share information and concepts across various tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the biggest problems is that off-line support is scarce, so it is difficult to develop work without an Internet connection. Also, I think the tool table could use some refinement. It can be overwhelming to move around, and it is not always clear where to place particular features or tools. Despite these difficulties, Miro continues to be a good alternative for marketers who wanted to collaborate and shorten their work cycles. One of the main disadvantages of Miro is that at the moment it does not offer a link to AWS and Redshift, this can be a big issue for clusters that rely on these two platforms to develop their work. Another drawback of Miro is the limited variety of models it has. The platform itself offers a variety of designs useful for different kinds of projects. Despite the aforementioned restrictions, I continue to consider Miro to be a fundamental area for our group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, Miro is a powerful tool for marketers who want to generate, manage and coordinate strategies. While the web-based support is precarious, the tool's ease of use and collaboration features make it a valuable resource for groups. it's a great help for a much lower price. The mix it has with Azure, the variety of ways to integrate, and its economical price make it an essential tool for any workgroup looking to shorten work deadlines and increase capacity.
Easiest virtual collaboration and brainstorming tool
What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration capabilitites that Miro provides are impressive in a remote first organization. The simple and user friendly interface allows our team to utilize Miro for any and all brainstorming needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major dislikes, Miro rolls out new features time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest problem being solved is virtual collboration and brainstorming. The learning curve to get accomodated to Miro's features is not at all steep. It also helps with the day to day tasks of planning and strategizing. Being able to use Miro as a presentation tool and creating a talk track has been impressive and has enabled the team to utilize a single tool for multiple actions.
