What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and collaboration capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the optimal tool for working with architecture blueprints due to limitations such as a lack of scalability. Though this is not a use case that Miro is probably seeking out, it would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramping up is easy even with inexperienced users. I've been able to quickly ramp up project partners into efficiently collaborating in my projects.
Insights on Miro: A User Experience Survey
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Miro's intuitive interface and the ease with which it allows for real-time collaboration. The ability to simultaneously work with team members on a shared canvas, regardless of our physical locations, is incredibly valuable. Additionally, the vast array of templates saves a lot of time, especially for brainstorming and project planning sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect that can be frustrating is the learning curve for new users, particularly those not familiar with digital whiteboard tools. While Miro is feature-rich, it can initially be overwhelming. Also, in situations with poor internet connectivity, the platform can become sluggish, which hampers the real-time collaboration experience.

A Must-Have Tool for My Daily Work
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is my trusty sidekick when it comes to brainstorming and project planning. It's become an essential part of my work routine. I find its mind-mapping capabilities particularly fantastic. Whenever I kickstart a new project or need to organize a workshop, Miro is my go-to tool for visual thinking.
One standout feature is its seamless real-time collaboration with my team members. It's like we're all working on the same whiteboard even if we're miles apart. The collection of templates offered is also a lifesaver, especially when I'm staring at a blank canvas. Lately, I've been relying heavily on these templates for workshops and synthesizing data from product research.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Miro's basic tools are user-friendly, things can get a tad tricky when working on more complex projects. For instance, I recently had a struggle with locking/unlocking layers. It seems like Miro is constantly adding new features, which is great, but sometimes it feels overwhelming. I wish it was easier to discover and learn about these new features.
Another gripe I have is with board security. When I hide a board, I'd prefer it to be password-protected instead of anyone being able to unlock it. There are situations where I collaborate with teammates but want to keep a board for my eyes only, and creating a separate project just for myself feels like an unnecessary workaround.
Lastly, importing images or screenshots into Miro can be a bit sluggish. I understand that large images might be the culprit, but it would be awesome if there was a smoother process for this. It can be a minor frustration when I'm trying to work efficiently.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro's capacity to promote effortless collaboration, serve as a hub for visual note-taking and strategic planning, offer a diverse template library, and assist in data synthesis has made a substantial positive impact on both my team and me. It simplifies our work routines, fosters creativity and communication, and, most importantly, boosts our overall productivity and goal attainment.
Miro is the ultimate white board for creatives and planners alike
What do you like best about the product?
Overall Miro's platform is great. The ability of multiple team members working on the same Miro board simultaneously creates a shared work space that is not only more collaborative, but more efficient. These capabilities are faster and are more streamlined ways of communicating, making updates, and coming up with ideas without the need of being in the same location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the user experience is a bit slow or not as easy as I would like. A lot of designers who lean on miro for creative space want some features to be more intuitive, however some glitches occur or functions aren't as easily found which can make specific boards more time consuming to create
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro for us is solving the need for a white board space where cross functinal team members can see creative boards with designs, colorways, and give other memebers like production, tech design, and merchandizers and idea of what the entire Collection will look like without having to be in the same location. this was a huge unlock when we started using miro as we used to share this information in a non editable pdf format and collaborating and getting feedback was difficult and ate up a lot more time.

Miro has revolutionised how I work
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a fantastic virtual whiteboarding tool. In addition to this, it has become my go to tool for building presentations, capturing data, building process maps and many other day to day tasks that previosuly would have been spread across many different tools. I use it multiple times a day.
It is packed with features for those of us who often facilitate virtual workshops and meetings, and new users tend to pick it up easily due to its intuitive nature. The Miro team also produce really helpful learning material and its easy to contact them for support with any issues.

There are some features that I would like to see improved - mainly how you organise boards and grant acess to certain teams or projects etc. I would also love to see it more closly integrated with the micrsoft suite of tools in the future.

Solves the need for us to travel internationally to hold team offsites and workshops. We can do these just as well virtually using Miro now. It also allows us to update aertefacts and share feedback a-sync, cutting down on the amount of meetings we had to have at less than ideal times across a globally distributed team.
