Miro saved us and our marketing projects during the Covid pandemic.
What do you like best about the product?
Great project colaboration, easy to use, intuitive features. It's easy to brainstorm and collect and dsplay a lot of ideas visually.
Whe splitting up in groups, it's easy to have them work in different areas on the board and later share the results.

What do you dislike about the product?
With different accounts and boards, it's sometimes confusing between the different ones. Also, some of the editing could be nicer, or rather integration of certain MS-Formats could make life eaiser. Some new users get lost when the canvas is large and they have not yet figured out zooming in and out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are conducting marketing workshops like strategy formulation, market segmentation, brand identity, etc. on Miro. In combination with breakout sessions in Microsoft Teams it's been really great.

It is easy to use, intuitive and the output looks professional.
It is being used mostly by IT Feature eams, but after using it on some business sessions, the business reach out to get a license

We use it to facilitate most of our Agile ceremonies, training, business discussions

Boost your online collaboration with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
The pandemic shut down our company's in-person training events. Zoom can help with instruction but falls short of genuine interaction and dynamic content facilitation. Enter Miro: with its online collaboration tools, we could recreate many of the classroom experiences with Miro rapidly. Our workshop participants collaborated outside of the assigned 'classroom' time to boost interactions and learn on their time. Miro makes it easy for learning leaders to set up boards, manage participant interactions and drive learning engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Infrequent or first-time workshop participants found the navigation difficult - especially those using non-mac computers. Miro users would benefit from a tutorial on navigating boards for the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Online workshop facilitation: with Miro, our participants are engaged, learn through practice, and have more excellent retention than instruction alone.
Best platform for workflow and creativity
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the oppertunity to work with other people direktly on a sheet. And gether our thouth in time.

I can write down any of my thoughts ride a way and connect them with special topics. So everything is sorted
An amazing tool, not just a collaborative canvas
What do you like best about the product?
Its versatility. I use it for Design Thinking, Design Sprint, Retros, Planning, as my personal creative canvas, as a moodboard, as a project documentation and sometimes for some schematics desing that leads de wireframing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being 100% online brought me some problems. I live in Argentina and its not that impossible not having internet connection. This is the major pain point. As a designer, i would love to have some design features as dropshadows, more fonts, etc...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That i can have everything in one place. I can have moodboards, flowcharts, desings, Google Docs, external links... everything! And... also you can make collaborative session upon the canvas. Its really powerfull

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use and explain to first-time users, most controls work as easy as we know them from other applications for creating slides or documents. The Miroverse is a phenomenal resource to get brilliant templates and inspiration for your own work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a shame that some corporations don't give permission to access Miro
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I started using Miro to enhance my virtual training sessions for managers and leaders, creating much more interactive moments and collaborative exploration of topics and tools than ever before. It has now become my go-to tool when designing learning sessions and workshops.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need an easy-to-use platform to create genuinely collaborative and fun virtual interactions, you must give Miro a Go. It is so easy to use and share with others, and their free webinars are brilliant too.

There is nothing I dislike at this time.

Explained to myself and others through visualisation
What do you like best about the product?
I started using miro when completing a test assignment for a new product. It was difficult for me to grasp the whole idea of the product, so I created a cjm with miro's help and it helped me significantly in understaning everytying I needed. Plus it looked impressive too.

What do you dislike about the product?
After joining a new company, hard to find the team I was to join and the various boards. Plus loging out of a team also took a while to find. None of the templates actually helped me so it was easier to stat out from scrath in each of the boards that I created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understadning a product flow, a communicaton flow and visualizing it all in one place. After seeing it all in one place, it is easy to understand what clashes and needs improvement. Moreover, it's a great took to contastly return to when checking the user flow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it for process visualization and seeign how the work of different teams actually united into one.

What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive, people get a buzz from seeing what other people are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
If people don't get tech, you really have to walk them through some basic features. I wish I found this easier and I wish more people were intuitive at getting miro (zoom, tech in general).
