Streamlined Design Process with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for designing outbound campaigns and it really helps make the bigger picture come clear. I like the quick, predictable actions and the clean design. The colors and forms are also something I appreciate. The initial setup was pretty straightforward, which is great. I even rate it a 9 because although I never give a 10, Miro is nearly perfect.

Nothing so far

Effortless Thought Organization and Exciting Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way I can arrange my thoughts. with every passing day i am exploring new features and I am excited to do things in mind. It is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain features that I believe would make my work easier. I haven't fully explored the application yet, so it's possible that my difficulties are simply due to not having discovered all its options. For instance, I would like to fit a mind map to a specific page size, such as A4 or A3, but I haven't found a way to do this. As a result, I end up enlarging the exported file or diagram, which then becomes blurry even when set to high quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can literally put out plethora of documents in a single diagram. Makes my life easy as an auditor.

Brings Ideas to Life with Seamless Design
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro's easy-to-use layout and templates because they help me get started quickly. Templates shared by other users make my life easier since I can use them from the Miro template library and customize them to my needs, creating a meaningful and valuable board for me and my clients. I find Miro valuable for bringing my vision to life and showcasing high-worth value to my ideal client profiles in a neatly presented format. The whiteboard feature is amazing, allowing me to bring anything in my mind to life. Miro's visuals, graphics, and clear presentation are great for holding my clients' attention while making things look crystal clear for everyone involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some tutorials for building something complex can be given to new users, based on what role they have in their organization. This will decrease the software learning curve, in my opinion. I would appreciate, say, a complex sales presentation idea executed in real time from scratch. This will showcase how to use every feature in Miro, rather than the normal tutorials present for a small simple function. Practical examples beat theory, in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me bring my imagination to life, connect the dots, brainstorm, and make presentations clear with top-notch visuals. It simplifies outreach and showcases high-value information to clients.
Effortless Brainstorming and Visual Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Miro makes visual collaboration. The infinite canvas and templates help turn ideas into clear diagrams quickly, and real-time collaboration keeps everyone aligned. The infinite canvas lets me explore ideas freely without worrying about space, while templates provide quick structure so I can start working immediately. The initial setup was very easy, and we were able to create boards, invite team members, and start collaborating almost immediately without much onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
As boards grow they can feel cluttered and harder to navigate. Improvement in performance and easier ways to organize or search content would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of scattered ideas and inefficient collaboration, especially in remote discussions. It helps me map out ideas, create flowcharts, and organize thoughts easily, making complex flows and designs simpler to explain and collaborate on.
Effortless Diagrams with Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro's interface incredibly easy to use with its drag-and-drop functionality. Creating process flow diagrams and SOPs feels like a buttery smooth experience compared to the boring activity of using other tools like MS Word. The diagrams look great and are very informative. Also, the initial setup was very easy for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that when using AI, it should properly understand the requirement and give a detailed diagram, which is missing currently.

I find using Miro for creating process flow diagrams is a buttery smooth experience compared to the boring activity of formatting in other tools like MS Word.
Versatile and Intuitive with a bit of Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Miro offers a couple of templates right when I create a new board. It's great to have ready templates for team structures or projects, especially when I'm facilitating gatherings or need an ice-breaking exercise. It's also nice that the community contributes to these templates, providing inspiration. Sometimes, starting with an empty board is tough, so having templates I can adjust is really helpful. Also, the initial setup was quite easy because Miro is a very intuitive product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of different features in Miro, which makes it a bit overwhelming. It takes some time to get familiar with it or play around with it. Sometimes, if I don't use it a lot, I forget some stuff because there are so many new features available. Also, the tables available are very simple, and there aren't many things you can do with them. I mentioned that it would be handy if there was a connection with Google Sheets, but maybe I just didn't check it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for visualizing team structures and scenarios, aiding decision-making and collaboration, especially in remote setups.
Visualizes Complex Processes with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro helps me visualize complex processes in a simple way. It's easy to use and allows for self-serve operation. The initial setup was also easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish AI in Miro could help me align the lines and boxes I make. I'd like to select what I want Miro to clean up, like centering boxes, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to visualize complex processes simply. It's easy to use and self-serve, making my workflow efficient.
Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to brainstorm with my team and document all kinds of ideas, workflows, and processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Miro offered more AI tools, such as audio transcription and image recognition. It would be great to be able to show it screenshots or images and have it document the content directly onto a board. Sometimes, it feels overwhelming to have to write everything down manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, I struggled to find a comprehensive tool to document my APIs, my code, and to organize my ideas. Now, with Miro, I can do all of that in one place. It's like having an endless number of boards in your room where you can jot down and arrange all your thoughts.
Flexible To-Do Management with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Miro's free version allows me to intake more information at once with its flexible views and extensive filtering options when checking my to-do list items. I like that it feels like you could do a lot of kinds of things with it, even with just the free plan. The templates, especially the Roadmap Planning template, are pretty good. Additionally, I like that there are three views—kanban, table, and gantt chart—with lots of grouping options, to which you can add your own. I find it useful that you can make and save sorting and filtering modes, and the filtering especially is flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are 4 areas which I think Miro could improve in: 1. Miro's laptop controls are hard to figure out/get used to. 2. Miro on the laptop can get laggy, and when coupled with hard to use controls, it leads to frustrating situations like literally getting lost in canvas mode, so as not being able to find where you're working. There should be some kind of reset view button. 3. Far fewer features on the (android) mobile app. I also keep getting logged out on mobile. 4. I would like to know how to modify and/or create a template, but I can't figure out how.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro's free version to efficiently intake more information with its flexible views and extensive filtering options for managing to-do list items.
