I started using Miro for work, and now I can't imagine working in any other way
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can jump into meetings and have an immediate place to take notes to clear my thoughts and document decision making. My team uses Miro every day, so it builds a common structure for us and shared language for how we communicate ideas. The informality of it encourages me to jump in and start building / making stuff, without worrying about the initial quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because I use Miro so much, whenever there is a minor change, it can be hard to adapt. I think this is natural with software updates in any case. While it is initially bothersome, I realize it only takes a day or two to adjust fully. I have seen it can be difficult for some new users to pick up Miro, because it is so unfamiliar to how they work, but once they have spent some time in it, most people love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is wonderful at solving virtual collaboration problems. Making thinking visual is extremely important in remote/virtual collaboration. I have not seen a tool that does this better.

Creating a new step or updating a visual can take a bit of time - perhaps because I need further tutorial. Lending to a strength, it's intuitive in many ways, so I just figure my way through processes.

Creates an easily understandable/readable mindmap and process outline to share and discuss with colleagues and stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
The only tool that helps you organize projects and processes without killing creativity.
I recommend Miro to most people I know and every single one of them feels more organized and creative with Miro. It’s so easy to use, it’s easy to get good at.
I’ve used it for a variety of different things, like developing maintenance plans (I’m a mechanical engineer), mapping out the go-to-market strategy for my online course, analyzing the entire tire supply chain to reduce costs, creating logistics dashboards for middle and last mile deliveries, and planning two birthday parties, all while collaborating with other Miro users.
Give it a try, it’s worth it.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a colorblind mode, sometimes people who collaborate use colored panels and I get a bit confused.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Innovation seemed chaotic before I met Miro. Now my team and I can simply create, learn from customer feedback, and continue to add value in an organized way without killing creativity.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro has completely revolutionized how our team collaborates remotely.
What truly sets Miro apart is the versatility - we use it for everything from project planning and user journey mapping to retrospectives and strategic planning sessions. The template library saves hours of setup time, and the integration with our other tools creates a seamless workflow.

Miro helps us get a clear overview of any new project, making it easy to share ideas with other collaborators.
It allows us to track initiatives step by step and spot potential gaps or opportunities.
It’s like putting all your ideas on paper—once everything is laid out visually, it becomes easier to see what needs to be done and what might be missing.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Just a minor thing: a bit hard to work when the very large boards - some performance issues start to show up.
- When I was using for personal purposes, it was very much limited, I could only have 2-3 boards at a time.
- Somehow the designs doesn't feel very modern - not sure why.
- Also, emojis are very much limited - I like the ones in the lost, but not many of them; also search is not elastic for them.

What do you dislike about the product?
Currently getting used to navigating our shared screen because of the zoom in/out and up/down to see and find everything. It appears easier to move around using my work laptop touchscreen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clearing up confusion on who/what is being worked on (possibly share info or avoid double work). Great place to use the post it tabs to share weekly and personal happens that help teammates with team building by better understanding each others styles and life outside of work. :-)
