Effortless Collaboration with Miro, Needs AI Enhancements
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro for its ease of use, which significantly facilitates collaboration and documentation. The canvas feature is highly useful for creating summaries and analyses. Miro also makes it super simple to create notes, and it excels at solving documentation and providing a clear overview. Additionally, I appreciate how easy it is to collaborate on this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup of Miro to be messy and cluttered, mainly because there were tons of old boards that made it difficult to navigate and find specific things. Additionally, I think the AI features in Miro could be improved, which is something I would like to see enhanced for a better experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro solves documentation and overview issues, aids in mind mapping and research, and facilitates easy collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Miro is its user-friendly interface, which makes collaboration incredibly easy and fast. I use it daily for my thesis, work projects, and personal planning, and I find it very quick to set up each time. The seamless collaboration experience is something I truly enjoy.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I wish Miro would improve is the addition of more shortcuts and hotkeys, as this would make navigation much smoother. The limitation of only three boards for free accounts feels quite restrictive, and the session time is also rather short. I also find it inconvenient to have to log in again from time to time. Overall, I think Miro is an amazing product, but I would appreciate a few small tweaks to make the experience more seamless, such as better support for iPad. Additionally, the integration with Google Docs could be enhanced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, the main advantage is that I need a large digital whiteboard that is easy to access, and this is exactly what Miro provides. It works without limitations or unnecessary extra steps.
Best tool for Product Management
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is easy to use and offers a wide variety of templates for running dynamic activities. Its interface is visually appealing and intuitive. I use Miro weekly, and when I taught someone else how to use it, the experience was smooth and positive. I've never needed to contact customer support. I’ve also used Miro integrated with Jira, and the experience for the development team was better than working directly in Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am experiencing issues when trying to open Miro on Microsoft Edge. The boards are not loading, and today I was only able to access them through the app. Additionally, I think Miro should add more music options to the cronometer feature. For large, dynamic activities, having only six music tracks is not enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is a platform that allows me to collaborate with various stakeholders and bring all product requirements together in one place.

Miro has empowered my remote team to collaborate effectively and turn our ideas into reality. Whether we are working together in real time or asynchronously, the level of collaboration Miro provides is outstanding.

I have no complaints; it fulfills all our needs and even exceeds our expectations.

I appreciate the visuals, the templates, and how easily I can display a workflow in a visual format. This tool allows us to present and illustrate our processes clearly, without the need for lengthy, wordy documents.

I appreciate Miro's efficiency and professionalism in displaying concepts to clients, making our mood boards and strategies look much more structured and technical than using a Word document. I find the flowchart option particularly useful for tasks relevant to my career.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the templates in Miro somewhat unclear, as it's not immediately obvious what they're intended for. It would be beneficial if they were updated to be more relevant to current user needs. Additionally, I find it confusing to understand how to invite people to access either the account or just a specific board. I don't quite grasp the difference between these actions.

I find Miro solves the problem of displaying concepts efficiently and cleanly, benefiting us by making our mood boards and strategies for campaigns look more professional and structured compared to using a Word document.
Intuitive Design, Yet Setup Challenges Remain
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Miro for its flexibility and visually appealing, intuitive design. The integration with Jira is beneficial for connection to existing kanbans, especially of IT-development. Besides, it helps in structuring information and facilitating collaboration, especially during brainstorming sessions. It effectively supports hosting meetings, gathering group information, and designing visual products like information charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the setup experience somewhat difficult, particularly with the transition between the cursor and hand tool, as well as managing the side panel where tools and layers are present. Granting access to the board and organizing accounts for others also poses challenges. Additionally, the functionality for backing up boards, copying boards, and undoing actions feels inconsistent. Finding solutions to certain problems often requires searching on forums.

Miro helps me visualize and design products, host and gather information from meetings efficiently without revalidation, and make collaboration visual, enhancing teamwork.
Essential Tool for Seamless Collaboration and Decision-Making
What do you like best about the product?
I love the infinite canvas space Miro offers, which allows for unrestricted growth. The templates and community are fantastic, enhancing the tool's usefulness. Its modern, well-designed interface and the straightforward setup with helpful tooltips also stand out. The tool significantly saves time by streamlining stakeholder alignments, decision-making, and visual collaboration across countries. I find its timer, sections, post-its voting, and template community especially useful. I highly value the customization options, making the tool fit seamlessly into my company's brand requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the links between different boards in Miro lacking. Currently, it's not efficient when I click on another board that I've linked. For instance, if I have a customer journey map and a related customer journey map on another product, I want it to be more visually available for everyone without having to click and expand. I also wish there were a better way to embed other Miro boards within this board.

I use Miro to save time on stakeholder alignment, decision-making, and visual thinking across multiple countries. Its templates, which I can easily customize, streamline collaboration and allow for both synchronous and asynchronous work.

It is easy to use and has all the functionality you need create wonderful flowcharts.

Would have been great if the collaboration feature could be improved. Currently it is sort of a hassle to collaborate.

I also love that I can collaborate in real time with my team even when we’re all working remotely, it feels like we’re in the same room. The templates are helpful when I don’t know where to start, and I appreciate how simple it is to get started without needing a tutorial. Overall, it just makes teamwork feel smoother and less stressful.

Miro solves the problem of messy, hard-to-follow collaboration. Before using it, brainstorming or planning projects with the team often meant long email threads, lost notes, or confusion about what everyone was working on. With Miro, we can put all ideas, plans, and workflows in one visual space. It makes discussions faster, keeps everyone on the same page, and saves a lot of time. I can see progress in real time, give feedback instantly, and organize everything clearly which makes teamwork way less stressful and more productive.
