What do you like best about the product?
I really like how flexible Miro is I can brainstorm, map out projects, and organize ideas all in one place. It’s super visual, so I can see everything clearly, and the drag-and-drop interface makes moving things around really easy. I also love that I can collaborate in real time with my team even when we’re all working remotely, it feels like we’re in the same room. A Great Tool for Remote Teamwork (with a Few Gaps)
What do you like best about the product?
Perfect for Remote Collaboration
Miro is excellent for distributed teams. Everyone can jump onto the same board, move things around, write notes, or draw connections at the same time. Even if people are in different time zones, it’s easy to pick up where others left off. It keeps teamwork flowing smoothly and helps ideas evolve naturally.
Simple and Intuitive
It’s easy to use — you don’t need a manual to get started. The interface feels familiar, like a mix between a whiteboard and a design tool. You can quickly add sticky notes, shapes, text, or images. It also connects nicely with tools like Slack or Google Drive, which keeps everything in one place.
Lots of Templates and Flexibility
There’s a good range of ready-made templates for things like mind maps, retrospectives, Kanban boards, and project planning. They save time and help keep meetings or workshops organized.
Great for Real-Time Feedback
Features like comments, voting, and reactions make collaboration feel interactive. It’s easy to get input from everyone without losing track of the discussion — something that’s often hard to do in long video calls.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not Ideal for Technical Work
One area where Miro could really improve is in technical diagramming. It’s fine for general brainstorming, but when it comes to creating sequence diagrams, UMLs, or system architecture flows, the options are quite limited. The templates and shapes are too basic, and there’s no easy way to integrate with specialized tools like PlantUML or draw.io. This makes technical sessions feel a bit clunky.
Performance with Big Boards
As boards get bigger and more crowded, Miro can start to lag. Zooming, panning, or loading can feel slow, especially when many people are working on the same board at once.
Pricing Limitations
The free version is good for small tasks, but you quickly run into limitations if you want to use advanced features or create multiple active boards. For teams with limited budgets, that can be frustrating.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of collaborating effectively across different locations and time zones. It gives our team a shared visual space where we can brainstorm, plan, and organize ideas together, whether we’re online at the same time or not. This has made communication smoother, meetings more productive, and teamwork easier despite being remote.
A must-have for productivity and collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes collaboration effortless and genuinely enjoyable. I love how visual and flexible it is, you can map out complex ideas, design workflows, or run workshops all in one place. The real-time collaboration feels smooth and natural, even with large remote teams. Templates, sticky notes, and integrations with tools like Jira and Slack make it easy to stay organized and productive without losing creativity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s honestly not much to dislike, but sometimes large boards can get a bit heavy and slow to load, especially when many people are collaborating at once. Also, managing permissions and organizing multiple boards could be more intuitive for bigger teams. Aside from that, it’s an amazing tool that keeps getting better with every update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps bring structure and clarity to complex ideas. It allows my team to collaborate visually on strategy, workflows, and product concepts no matter where we are. Instead of scattered notes and endless meetings, we can align quickly on one shared board. It’s been a huge boost for productivity, creativity, and cross-team communication, saving time while improving the quality of our planning and brainstorming sessions.
A Useful and Creative Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro every day, i love how creative and freeing it is to use, you work without the constraints. Its also so easy to share with clients and other users of miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes as much as I love how freeing it is to use, it can sometimes be restrictive when trying to align designs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting many people in the same space and looking at the same visual asset without facilitating an in person session
A seamless, creative space that brings teams closer
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has completely changed the way our team collaborates. Even when we’re spread across different locations, it gives us a shared space that feels as if we’re brainstorming in the same room. I love how intuitive it is—whether we’re sketching a quick flowchart, mapping out ideas, or dropping sticky notes, everything just flows smoothly. The real-time updates and interactive tools make every session dynamic and fun. It’s amazing how productive our meetings have become since using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
When many people are contributing at once, the board can sometimes feel overcrowded, and locating older ideas or visuals becomes tricky. A stronger system for organizing or filtering content would be a big help. Also, the performance dips a bit with a weaker internet connection, which can be a little frustrating during fast-paced discussions. Other than that, it’s an excellent platform overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has become our go-to space for teamwork and creativity, especially while working remotely. It’s the perfect solution to avoid scattered thoughts and endless message threads—everything we need now lives on one shared board. The visual layout makes it so much easier to structure ideas, plan projects, and see everyone’s input in real time. Earlier, aligning team perspectives used to take multiple meetings, but with Miro, we can brainstorm, prioritize, and move forward much faster. It’s boosted our efficiency, strengthened collaboration, and made our sessions more interactive and inspiring.
Visually Organized, Perfect for Resource Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro allows me to view multiple resources for various topics on a single board, which is organized by subject and course. It helps me focus on the resources for the class I teach, visually breaking them down by unit or topic. This organization is incredibly helpful. I've enjoyed using Miro for sharing educational resources, lesson plans, and activities effectively, and the visual presentation is not overwhelming. Additionally, I appreciate how Miro can potentially integrate with our student management system, Canvas, to facilitate interactive discussions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about Miro is that I didn't know anything about it prior to using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the product allows me to easily access and organize educational resources, lesson plans, and specific activities visually, helping me focus on teaching material effectively.
Using Miro for many different streams of work
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can combine lots of different types of work into one space. I work across different companies and disciplines, each with their own preferences for working, so Miro helps to compile everything into one easy space. I like that it's colourful and straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that work done in Miro can be difficult to share or easily transfer into other software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A problem I have is working with people from different organisations, Miro fixes the problem of different formats by allowing one space for everything to be shared easily. It is great that everything is visible in one space, to reduce the need for working with too many tabs open.
Daily collaborator
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a very strong foundation for individual and group creation, innovation, communication of ideas, and their transformation into actual products in everyday practice. I particularly appreciate the extensive methodological background and the integrations, which make it a truly effective and integral part of daily operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keeping up with the constant UI changes results in a loss of time for me. I work with multiple clients, and the absence of multi-domain (independent logins) management is highly problematic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business architect, I can use it both in organizational and process development, as well as in software requirements specification — from conceptual design and facilitating workshops to overseeing concrete development activities.
