Easy, Intuitive Collaboration for Brainstorming, Workshops, and Wireframing

  • February 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy and intuitive for collaboration. It makes brainstorming, workshops, and visual planning feel natural, even with remote teams. The real-time editing and ready-to-use templates help ideas flow quickly. It’s so simple to use that anyone can jump in without much of a learning curve. I’ve used it quite a few times to create wireframes for multiple projects, and it helps a lot during meetings with clients to visualize and refine on the go. It's easy to implement across multiple devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance sometimes slows down on large boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve the challenge of visual collaboration when teams are remote or distributed. It offers a shared space for brainstorming, planning, and running workshops, which makes it easy to capture ideas and keep them organized in real time.

Effortless Collaboration, Needs Text Tool Improvement

  • February 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for planning, illustrations, workshops, mindmapping, co-creating, and training. It's easy for people to collaborate and create sticky notes quickly. Collaboration is something I really like about it. My team can create their notes very easily, making lean coffee sessions impactful. The product is easy to use, and I appreciate that it doesn't require me to train people. I just need to call out what needs to be done, and it's straightforward for the team members to work with the tool. The initial setup was very easy for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Text option is something that I don't like. It doesn't fixate on the size of the toolbox. Text wrapping in the Text Tool could make it more efficient. Wrapping the text just as it is in the MS Excel or MS Word can make this wonderful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes it easy for people to collaborate, create notes quickly, and share viewpoints. It's user-friendly, so I don't need to train my team, and it helps us stay focused on problems for effective co-creation.

Flexible Drag-and-Drop Boosts Collaboration

  • February 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro for being flexible with drag and drop features, and it doesn't lock me into a fixed space or format for putting down details, especially when using frames. The tools are listed in the side panel, making them easy to use, and keyboard shortcuts make life easier. I can create a frame for specific topics on my board, and everything within the frame can be moved, grouped, or exported with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know one thing, it would be make my life easier to have Miro supporting markdown format where I can copy and paste content in markdown to Miro especially md files become more and more important in AI space nowadays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for brainstorming, note recording, and team collaboration, which simplifies planning and workflow design.

  • February 01, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is built on a collaborative and visual platform that spawns team collaboration and collecting feedback from the participants. It is a great tool for brainstorming and
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the way the zoom in and out works, there should be a default point where one can begin the work in at the correct zoom level and then allow for the visual to shrink or expand. In addition, we should standardize the tools to be more windows/mac best practice in terms of location on the form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem is the way it helps with PI Planning and the way it allows for collaboration against all of the team members.

  • February 01, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro mostly for project planning and brainstorming. It makes project planning easier with its visual boards and allows virtual collaboration. I love the project management tools like ROAM boards, sprint planning boards, and tools for marking dependencies, creating swimlanes, and project templates. I appreciate the engineering boards that help create complex flow diagrams and link items. Miro is easily accessible and sharable, offering a great platform for virtual collaboration. The initial setup was very easy—just sign in, create groups, and share across to be used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel change tracking is less effective compared to other solutions like Atlassian Confluence, which have strong change tracking systems that show various versions of older modifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes project planning easier with visual boards and facilitates virtual collaboration. It provides various boards for agile methodologies, helps with brainstorming using cool tools, tracks progress, and allows tagging for clarifications.

Accessible and Easy, But Ecosystem Gap

  • February 01, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro is easy for other teams to access and it's web-based. Setting it up was easy too, which is always a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Miro is not integrated with the ecosystem I use, which makes it feel like an additional tool outside of my usual workflow. As a designer, I could just use FigJam easily, but Miro is more commonly used by other teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for brainstorming, alignment, and viewing overall flow. It's easy for other teams to access since it's web-based.
