An essential collaboration hub for product and design teams
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes cross-team collaboration effortless. I use it daily to plan product roadmaps, map user journeys, and align stakeholders. The templates, real-time editing, and integrations with tools like Slack and Jira make workshops and brainstorming sessions highly efficient. It’s also intuitive enough that anyone—from designers to marketers—can contribute without training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Large boards can get heavy and slow to load, especially with complex visuals. Also, permission settings can sometimes be confusing when sharing across different departments. A simpler, clearer sharing model would make collaboration even smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps our product and design teams collaborate seamlessly in a hybrid environment. It centralizes brainstorming, journey mapping, and strategy sessions in one place, replacing multiple disconnected tools. This saves time, keeps all stakeholders aligned, and helps visualize complex ideas clearly during planning and execution.
The greatest creative platform I've ever used for driving business forward
What do you like best about the product?
what i like the most about the platform is my ability to conceptualize information. Miro has become my daily driver when giving demo's to potential and current clients as it allows for me to show them the 30k foot overview and then dive into the specifics. and then they see that information in context to everything going on around it and it gives a very professional impression. i really enjoy the infinite whiteboard nature of the platform -- it is such a cool way to look at and see your ideas/thoughts and their progression across time. This is not a replacement to a CRM by any means... but I would say that it is more valuable in the sense that it allows for you to see and think thru your business and your prospects business in a way that you would have never done before. i just love it man -- such a great platform. also, unbelievably intuitive to use. if steve jobs was still designing software I think he would have designed a platform just like this. and b/c he didn't I think he would be all the more impressed with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
no downsides that i have come across. maybe i would like for the platform to make connections for me across the input information?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) helping me think thru my business more effectively -- i can visually lay out my thoughts. which then allows for me to build and refine these thoughts and ideas. and this actually leads me to new conclusions that I would not have been able to make.
2) helping me think thru my clients business more effectively -- i can visually lay out my thoughts about my clients business and run the same process as above
3) mind mapping -- i had no clue how helpful it would be for me to see all of my work in one place and see it in context to everything happening around it. i think it is so cool.
4) it is helping me prioritize -- which is helping me make way more money. i never thought i would 5-10x my earnings from using this platform... but that is quite literally what has happened. and of course the platform plays a big role in that, but ultimately as someone running a business it forces me to slow down a bit and just think thru the challenges and solutions that my customers face in ways that i might not of if i just left it all in my head. so it has made me much better at my job.

Been a Game changer for our team's brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
The option of visualising all the thoughts in various forms is amazing. Sharing the same board with multiple team members saves a ton of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Might require more integrations and AI features flexibility on the phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming, Visualisation and Team Collaboration has improved a lot and keeps getting better with our team scaling.
Facilitates Remote Team Collaboration Brilliantly
What do you like best about the product?
I love Miro for its simplicity and how it streamlines brainstorming sessions and personal mind maps. The ease of use for team collaborations, like gathering ideas and voting on them asynchronously, saves us significant time, especially with remote work. The tool's functionality for retrospectives and personal mind mapping is invaluable, and its user-friendly nature makes team planning effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, it was not clear how to use Miro. I recall starting with a blank canvas and not knowing where to start or what to do. Back then when I started using it there wasn't an obvious onboarding process, which made the initial use confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the product facilitates team brainstorming and retrospectives, enhancing collaboration and saving time. It allows remote team members to contribute ideas asynchronously and vote efficiently, minimizing the need for meetings.
Miro has genuinely become the central hub for our remote team's planning and brainstorming sessions.
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has genuinely become the central hub for our remote team's planning and brainstorming sessions. Before Miro, we were juggling a bunch of different tools for wireframing, running retros, and mapping out user journeys, but now everything lives on one infinite canvas.
The biggest game-changer is the real-time collaboration—it feels incredibly fluid, almost like being in the same room with a giant whiteboard. We rely heavily on the templates for our Agile ceremonies (like sprint retrospectives and planning poker), and the seamless Jira integration is a huge time-saver for turning ideas into actual dev tickets.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside is when our boards get absolutely massive with tons of high-res images or PDFs; the load time can sometimes get a little laggy. But honestly, that’s a minor issue considering how much clarity and efficiency it brings to our workflow. Highly recommend for any product or design team.

Best & Reliable for Collaborative Product Planning, Needs Next-Level AI Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I have introduced Miro to several projects and companies. Miro is exceptionally useful for collaborative planning, enabling us to share ideas, architecture diagrams, and the vision of what we're building. The usage of frames for grouping and linking diagrams and objects is incredibly efficient. Setting up Miro as an admin is straightforward, allowing easy management of permissions and spaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the current lack of AI capabilities in Miro a significant drawback. The inability to automatically generate and modify diagrams using AI or to interact with the canvas through voice commands makes the experience less efficient. Additionally, sharing Miro boards could be more streamlined. There are challenges with enabling ease of sharing between guests and teams, as well as tracking access and facilitating live collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for collaborative planning, sharing ideas, and architecture diagrams, enhancing team understanding and ensuring effective whiteboarding workshops and agile planning activities.

What do you dislike about the product?
The team and project setup to organize boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing processes and ideas or solutions.
Turning ideas into workflows effortlessly
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use and Intuitive use; Miro was and still is central to our research and development process. What is once an idea is given life through our Miro boards, and the collaboration feature really helps. I have personally used Miro for multiple businesses, and any time I've had a question or issue the matter has been resolved within a reasonable amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The billing process and pricing can sometimes be a bit confusing. I have been told by my employees that pricing can be steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides a centralised and secure platform that allows us to collaborate and ideate together without having our work staggered across different apps. It's collaboration feature is honestly amazing and probably it's best feature, although the range of tools available are also impressive.
Excellent collaborative whiteboard for hybrid teams
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an incredibly intuitive and flexible tool for visual collaboration. It’s perfect for brainstorming, workshops, process mapping, and agile ceremonies — especially in remote or hybrid teams.
The infinite canvas, sticky notes, and templates make it easy to turn abstract ideas into structured plans. The real-time collaboration is smooth, and integrations with tools like Jira, Slack, and Microsoft Teams make it part of our daily workflow.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Miro is powerful, large boards can become a bit heavy and slow to load when many users collaborate simultaneously.
Managing permissions and version control can also be tricky in big organizations, and sometimes it’s hard to keep boards clean or structured over time.
Some advanced features (like private mode or integrations) are only available in higher-tier plans.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps our teams collaborate effectively across locations and time zones. Before adopting Miro, brainstorming sessions, design workshops, and project planning required multiple tools and constant screen sharing. Now, everything happens in one shared visual space where everyone can contribute in real time.
It has significantly improved engagement during remote meetings and made it easier to align cross-functional teams on ideas, priorities, and workflows. Miro also serves as a single source for project documentation, reducing confusion and communication gaps.
By visualizing processes, customer journeys, and product roadmaps, we’ve shortened feedback cycles, accelerated decision-making, and fostered a stronger culture of collaboration and innovation.

My Miro Wireframe experience
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom in and zoom out feature like figma is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall user experience needs to be simplified. Currently it is good but there are platforms like mockflow which helps me to upload hand made wireframe into editable wireframe.
