Essential Tool for Workflow Visualization
What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Miro for visualizing workflows, which helps us make processes more efficient. Miro is great for creating a visual of the workflow, allowing my team to quickly get up to speed and effectively collaborate through changes. I do more freeform work, leveraging the variety of shapes available. It's easy to add text and other visual elements. Occasionally, I use templates, which are great for cutting down on design time. The shapes help in properly representing different workflow components, making it easy for my team to understand the workflow at a more in-depth level. The initial setup of Miro is very easy, and as a long-time fan and user, I can always quickly get started. Each new job I start, this is one of the first software applications I request and start to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if there was an easy way to pull up the hot keys available on Mac. I often use these, but find myself needing to search the internet for these, when it would be better if you could pull up a menu and quickly see them in the application.

Delightful UI, Great for Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro to be a delightful UI experience, especially for sprint ceremonies. The design is something I like most. I also enjoy how Miro allows the team to be on the same page, where everyone can edit, run, and execute suggestions. The sticky adds and the feature to hide user text look good. During our ceremonies, the anonymous switch feature is quite valuable as it lets us provide genuine feedback without revealing who is suggesting ideas. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro works greatly but when multiple people are using we can improve the latency just a suggestion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro offers a delightful UI, centralizes team collaboration on one page, allows for anonymous feedback in sprint ceremonies, and features designs like sticky adds and hiding user text.
Effortless Brainstorming and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro for brainstorming and remote collaboration. Its large area allows for a high volume of thoughts and the ability to drag, affinity map, and use stickers or votes to narrow things down. I like the timers that help fit all agenda items and the feature that shows who left what comment or idea, making it feel like a real whiteboard replacement. I appreciate the ease of use and intuitiveness, which removes any digital friction and makes it unnecessary to learn a new tool, so I can get right to brainstorming. Also, the initial setup was really easy, just needing to log in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly can't think of anything!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides a large area for capturing a high volume of thoughts, supports drag-and-drop affinity mapping, and allows using stickers, votes, and timers. It effectively replaces a physical whiteboard and makes it easy to see who contributed each comment or idea.

What do you like best about the product?
The premade templates that I can use and adapt and the fact that it's easy to use. I use it regularly to help visualise ideas and concepts for clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using premade templates, you sometimes have to remove a lot of extras that you don't need for your project. It's also not the easiest to have everything adapt to your branding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to help clients visualise complex topics and abstract ideas such as sitemaps. It also helps to show how content ideas link together
Makes Remote Collaboration Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to build my workflow diagrams with Miro, and all of us can work together on the same artifacts for solutioning. I like that all of the artifacts are in one location, which makes virtual meetings much easier since we all work from home. The tools that help create workflows, like the shapes for processes and process flows, are useful. We have used the Post-its and building journeys, which are helpful for a lot of things. I really like using Miro for all of my pursuits and solutioning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transferring the work from Miro into a PowerPoint deck isn't easy. I wish it was somehow easier to do.

Agility and Ease of Use with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I like the speed of Miro and its visual interface, which makes it easy to get things done. You can edit the flow that the guide provides or you can create it from scratch. It is very intuitive with the arrows and boxes, and it has user-friendly usability. Additionally, the free credits they offer from the guide are a great help, especially if you don't have a tool like this and need to graph or manage your process flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, I haven't had any problems with Miro, since, in what I use it for, I haven't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to quickly chart business processes. Miro allows me to create charts that used to take 10 minutes in less than a minute, saving me time and providing an easy understanding when I need to review processes later.
Effortless Setup, Robust Features
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Miro is to get started with, and it's even easier to use in the long term. The platform is simple and concise, making it perfect for any team looking to get organized or to convey information. Miro allows us to create real-time updates for our org chart, which is exactly what we needed. The built-in features like shapes, lines, colors, and transparencies are essential for keeping our org chart clean and easy to understand. These features help us direct attention to the most important information and ensure consistency in our presentations. The platform just makes it simple to make seemingly complex changes quickly. The real-time updates via embedded links are super handy for our intranet use. I can't think of anything else to improve; we love the platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
When using multiple lines, sometimes they are offset when I prefer them to overlap. This is often the case when we are building our org chart. I would love a feature that allowed lines to 'snap' together, so that I didn't have to zoom in and meticulously overlap the lines manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to create and share our company org chart, and it solves the problem of needing updates in real time. It simplifies complex visual changes quickly and makes our data clean and easy to understand.
