great for architectural design collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Miro with my team of eight colleagues from different parts of the world to exchange ideas for an architecture competition, and it's been a game-changer. I love that everything happens in real time—we can see each other's cursors, leave comments, move things around, and design together as if we were sitting at the same table. It’s been super helpful for conceiving and presenting our ideas in a clear and collaborative way. A great tool for remote teamwork!

Miro - a MIRacle tool for everyOne
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an amazing tool. It can be used for prototyping, sharing, collaborating, creating designs, architectures, flowcharts, roadmaps and what not. What I like most about Miro is the user experience, embedded intelligence, smartness, infinitely large canvas, tools available for formatting, Performance, Responsiveness, the list goes on and on and on.. I don't know how has the Miro team able to keep the tool so intuitive despite providing tonnes of features. I have been using Miro tool from past 3 years and seriously in love with it. I was really waiting for an avenue to convey my thanks and wishes to the Miro team and got this opportunity. You never stop, you keep delivering something new, something interesting frequently without taking way the ease of use making the tool robust, enriched with tools with every upgrade.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything I dislike about Miro. Trying to find negatives in Miro is like trying to find a needle in the large haystack. You are doing great Miro team. Keep rocking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a product manager when I get the requirement it will be at very high level and with less details. Miro helps me in capturing the details and keep enriching it every time I collaborate, analyse, learn more about the feature and helps me collaborate with different stakeholders making it easy to explain, enrich, excel.
Great tool to share ideas, reference and brainstorming. Probably too powerful to use it at it's best
What do you like best about the product?
The very open and free way to use it, to drop and add any kind of content. the way it actually read and optimise any kind of source is incredible
What do you dislike about the product?
maybe is sometimes too full of features to become confusing.
of course needs to find to each one the own way to use it

What do you like best about the product?
With Miro, we can run workshops with multiple users, map workflows, and diagram ideas. The templates are also extremely helpful when you don't know where to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating the page can be frustrating at times. You have to click the mouse/hand key before moving around the page otherwise, it's easy to make mistakes or delete parts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows our team to collaborate all in one place while working remotely. Everyone can easily navigate, manage, and whiteboard together in one place without having to be in the same physical location.
Miro Unveiled: A Deep Dive into the Ultimate Collaboration Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love Miro’s infinite canvas and real-time collaboration the most. The ability to have an endless digital whiteboard where ideas can sprawl without limits is a game-changer—it’s like having a giant brainstorm wall that never runs out of space. Whether I’m mapping out a project plan, sketching workflows, or just throwing sticky notes around with a team, it keeps everything fluid and organized in one place. The real-time aspect is seamless: multiple people can jump in, edit, comment, or vote on ideas instantly, no matter where they are. It’s perfect for my scattered thoughts or when I’m working with others across time zones—like how I imagine syncing up with a teammate in Texas while I’m elsewhere. Plus, the intuitive drag-and-drop interface and templates make it quick to start, so I’m not bogged down by setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike most about Miro is its performance lag with large boards and the learning curve for new users. When I’m deep into a complex project—say, a massive flowchart or a board packed with images and links—it can get sluggish. The infinite canvas is awesome until it’s overloaded, and then zooming, panning, or adding elements feels like it’s dragging, especially on a less powerful device. It’s frustrating when I just want to keep the ideas flowing but have to wait for the screen to catch up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro benefits me by saving time, boosting clarity, and keeping collaboration fun. It’s like having a digital garage where I can tinker with ideas until they work, then share them effortlessly.
Easy and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I recently switched from using Visio to Miro, and I find it so much easier to use. I can very quickly and easily put together effective flowcharts with minimal frustration. Where I previously dreaded using Visio, I now look for ways to incorporate Miro in ways that can better visualize the various processes we use on a regular basis to share with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't run into any downsides to speak of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to use Miro to map out existing processes to open up discussions and identify areas where we run into problems and come up with potential solutions (A3 problem solving)
Very convenient tool for learning
What do you like best about the product?
I like its wide variations of tools and user friendly digest.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I didn't notice what really bothers me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Common space for education
Using Miro is part of my everyday job
What do you like best about the product?
For me as a service designer, it's important to be able to create things fast and easy. We often have new people, who are practicing using the board and they can usually get the hang of it quite fast. Also, I often write down or visualize what others are talking and there isn't time for creating art. With few post-it's we're able to move forward fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've seen what Miro could do with AI and I'm impatiently waiting for more AI tools and solutions. I would appreciate generating good images, presentations and wireframes. Also, I've noticed that sometimes there is some confusion with logging in from my work account and personal account. And then sometimes I open a link to a board and I'm a visitor. For example when I get a mail in my work email, that there has been changes in the board, I click the link on the email, and I end up as a visitor in the board. This could be fixed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aligning people and information to the same place. Being able to create visuals for people who don't have visual skills. With this I mean, that people talk a lot and pretend they understand, but once we start visualizing, we can actually see the problems there.
Best board platform ever!
What do you like best about the product?
The fexibility and the user experience. Everything is intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the free version has limited number of board creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual dynamics that are more difficult nowadays with videocalls
