The flexibility of templates and the ability to co-create in real time make planning and ideation much faster and more interactive.

The initial setup was quick and easy, only took a few minutes.

Essential for Visual Collaboration, but AI Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Miro's flexibility in using features to easily create and manage multiple boards. I love its ability to collaborate in real-time with peers, allowing us to work on boards simultaneously. Also, the features like auto-connecting notes or boxes are really handy and save me a lot of time. The collaboration features, comments, and board management tools are valuable. I like how I can present frames, and the comments are especially useful for async work, letting me tag teammates for specific feedback, which helps to keep details organized and prevents them from getting lost. Setting up Miro was extremely easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tried the AI generation features but they still miss a lot of context, still not something that I would use daily, helpful as a starting point but not in later stages.

Collaborative Planning Made Easy with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I love that multiple people can work on a board at the same time, which makes collaboration easier. I also enjoy the drag and drop features and being able to place different segments in various areas on the board. Additionally, I appreciate the flexibility that the different boards offer us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do find some of the templated boards a little hard to use, and extending the back of the flow charts sometimes a little hard. Some of the digital campaign planning templates are very hard to personalize and mold to what we need. For example, the Digital Campaign Planning one, I find a little confusing where to start and what I'm meant to be doing with all the different boards.

Great for Visualization, Needs Better Board Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for creating business process flow diagrams, mind maps, and engaging in organizational brainstorming sessions or workshops. I find it incredibly beneficial for collaborating with people across different time zones. One of the key aspects I appreciate is being able to represent ideas visually. The visualization features are fantastic for mapping and creating large-scale processes, making Miro a valuable tool for these tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it very difficult to find my boards. There's no sort of hierarchical organizational structure to place my boards into, like, folders. Also opening a miro link always takes me to the web browser to log in then doesn't always open in the app afterwards. This can be improved for a more seamless user experience.

Miro helps me collaborate with people in different time zones, supports synchronous and asynchronous work on common processes, and allows me to visually map processes and create large-scale projects.
