I love this product, very intuitive and great for product researches and adding visual context

Its easiness.

What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot copy images and move them outside of Miro (need to download and then upload)
Presenting mode is not that convenient, and the cursor is very sensitive, so sometimes it can be embarrassing to present while the cursor gets crazy :)

Powerful team dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has a wide variety of features that helps in bringing ideas to paper. It is essential in an ideation process to share all possible solutions with the team and Miro is perfect on this!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can´t say, anything that is worth mentioning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working on a very complex process review and this is the first time we are using Miro to guide us to the solution! It´s incredible how easy this is going on!
A Needed Overhaul for Classroom Imaginations!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro energizes my teaching practice everyday, and it permits students to create, build, and practice imagination and intentional innovation. No more Zoom whiteboard work-arounds!
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for Miro is not steep, but it does take a bit of finesse. Lots of us believe we are visual learners, so Miro helps to challenge that assumption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Students are building a design thinking project on behalf of a community-based client. Through templates and infinite space to map the layers of our thinking, we shift perspectives.

Really well organised and structured. The mindmap options are well built.
What do you dislike about the product?
Copy-paste from Miro to another software is not possible. Also, my team and I would like to change the background color of the main canva.

I'm not solving any problems, but it helps figure out a problem.

I like most the ability to invite participants to seminars or lectures with a click and join shapes using arrows without clicking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only recently, I find an instability with some browsers, e.g. in Opera, occasionally the tab or page closes alone opens or another (but I don't know if it is the browser)

Drawing causal maps quickly (object connected by tagged arrows)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro allows you to actively involve every single participant in your sessions, allowing them to interact with any digital content produced by others in a hybrid way (synchronous and asynchronous), it also allows you to create causal maps (causal loop diagram) in a few clicks.
Superb collaborative experience-A must have tool for consulting
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to do anything and just about everything a consultant would do in an in-person meeting. When using Miro, collaboration is so much easier as everyone is very aligned to what is being depicted

No offline mode- This would essentially assist countries where electricity issues may arise. We may face rolling blackouts and still need to contribute to work. We may face no Wifi for 3 hours however we can still work on computers

Modern-day tech issues. At the team level I resolve communication issues by using Miro- We align teams and idea's by championing digital and in-person collaboration

Get rid of Excel and PowerPoint- This is the way to go

I am a big fan of the Miro solution as it provides me with all of the tools and features I was looking for.

What do you dislike about the product?
I am convinced that the solution is good as it is. However, I would like to link tasks with google calendar. I, moreover, would like to be able to get updates when jobs are moved using kanban boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved include collaboration between multiple teams, the visualization of ideas, the visualization of concepts, and business workflows. Miro offers all of these and more.

I lost a new board and it took a while to find it.

The ase at which you are able to mock up a design. The templates help a bunch.

Nothing at present. So far it suits my needs.

As a product manager, I need to mock up a solution or user journey. I used to use PowerPoint lol.

Intuitively easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I find the simplicity of the tool a key strength. Almost anyone could just pick it up and intuitively know what to do on a whiteboard. I've tried some other whiteboard cloud apps but have found Miro most intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Miro is good for whiteboarding of almost any kind, when it comes to specialist needs such as journey mapping, there are tools out there that do a stellar job in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has been very useful in all sorts of meetings and workshops, from brainstorming to discussions to flow diagrams. Due to the intuitive nature of the application, it saved us time in having to train people to use it, and just get on with things.
