What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate it how easy Miro makes it for users to collaborate. Whether its collaborating with colleagues or clients, it really makes the design process more seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there was a full course on tips and tricks or how to get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving the problem of waiting. No longer having to communicate back and forth with clients through email or wait for them to mark up a presentation. It is helpful to see in real time client feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
My students can see in realtime how their peers are approaching a specific problem. It promotes a sense of community.

It is very easy to draw, create shapes, and duplicate images.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not know if it is only available in the US.

I have a student that is overseas and they were not able to access to our board.

Please promote and improve Miro with Teachers as your potential users.
I can see colleagues using this platform in their courses as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is increasing engagement in the classroom.

As professors, we ofter struggle to keep students engage. We can use this platform as a virtual whiteboard where not just one student can participate, but everyone and at the same time.

Miro is excellent for small to moderately large classrooms (10 to 40 studetns).

I think for large courses though it may become overwhelming to control 100+ users.

What do you dislike about the product?
Getting starting was a little tricky. Took some time (trial and error) to get it down!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping out expected processes to visually present to the team - allows everyone to be on the same page with understanding the flow and order in which steps will/should be taken

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use when doing meetings online. Nowadays we don't use the whiteboard in the office, but Miro even on site events. I would say that's the main goal of Miro, having tracability of meetings even if they're on site.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be tricky to edit stuff on the board, but overall is user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being at home and having video calls with partners in the company

Experience using Miro

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very diverse and in a way intuitive to use. The features are direct and help in building visual ideas. From working in IT consultancies, is a tool that helps for us to build flows, customer journeys, new project enhancements, all with easy communication, understanding and effortless team work.
Is highly collaborative. From my experience we used the platform in PI Plannings with over 50 participants and we had great engagement and no issues with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have difficulties when trying to share the boards with my colleagues. I wished their profiles would be displayed automatically in the list view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a tool that is easy to share, independent of the amount of collaboration/people you want on it.
Being able to build visual flows and work on the same time with your team mates facilitates process engagement and understanding.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Miro is to use. The interface is straightforward, making it simple for my team to collaborate in real time. The tools and templates available really help us stay creative and productive during our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes get slow when I'm working on really large or complex boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has really helped my team work together remotely. We can brainstorm, plan, and visualize our ideas all in one place, and doing it in real time has made us more productive and creative.

Very helpful for group sessions and ideation

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to collaborate, it's very easy to use for workshops and ideating with other team members. Sticky notes are great and allow for easier collaboration with bigger groups. Can get creative and is a less restricting platform than for example a note taker or a google doc. I enjoy the ease of use which allows more room to be creative and think.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the way things are organised on the dashboard, it's very easy to lose miro boards. A better way to organise and view things would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates a space for ideation and brainstorming within small and bigger groups. The way we can do post notes and other features are great for workshops and leads to better outcomes all round.

Best collaboration tool available

What do you like best about the product?
I love all that Miro has to offer. It makes virtual meetings seamless. The Miroverse has every single template that one could seek. I use Miro when I am teaching certification courses as it allows me to map out my presentation, including slides and interactive modules. The integrations and updates continue to grow to enhance the platform. I cannot think of any other tool that has the flexibility that Miro provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Miro is incredible, and they keep improving it in ways I didn't even know I wanted, but once I see updates, I can't imagine not having them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of "How do I put onto paper what I am thinking?" I am able to more clearly outline problems and solutions by digging in deeper through all of the tools Miro provides. For example, I can use a fishbone diagram or a Design Thinking template. I can truly find a multitude of ways to capture processes and share for stakeholder reviews, or keep it as an internal whiteboarding tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
The main risk with miro is the siloing of information

Miro is my swiss army knife. Need a new roadmap? Miro. On to another round of user research? Miro for notes, data col lection and anaylsis. Sprint planning? Miro.

Miro is a perfect collaboration platform

What do you like best about the product?
I like that multiple users can be on it at the same time. In class we can all see our progress as the semester goes on. I also like that the photos aren't link-embedded which makes it easier to upload images. Otherwise, it's easy to use. I've never had to use the customer support since I've never had issues. We use it frequently in my masters program and I like that you can see who is on the board and where their cursor is. It was easy to implement and integrate in my daily student life.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to insert videos. We needed to post animations for one of my classes and we had to make a youtube account and post videos via youtube through Miro. Also, sometimes it can be really slow but I feel like that's just an issue of how many people are on it and how much data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see the progress of everyone in my class. We're able to get ideas from eachother, comment on eachothers work, see whats working and whats not working design-wise.
