The mind map options, and that the free plan is much flexible more than other platform

In touch devices, controlling the shapes and elements is not easy like the keyboard. Elements move from place and disorganize over different devices.

Great for System Mapping but Needs Better Board Navigation
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy Miro's features are to use. Whether you're a beginner or someone with experience in digital skills, Miro's accessible mapping makes it straightforward for anyone. It's very easy for me to build connections between different pieces and create system maps as a whole, even when it seems like a hard and strenuous task. Miro makes it all manageable. Also, the initial setup was quite easy for me. Setting up our own group, adding people, and sending invites was seamless and very helpful. My team didn't struggle with it at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the way that the boards are designed can be kind of difficult because if you're in one team, you have to switch to another team to access the boards on that team. I find that's what employees most get confused about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro simplifies creating system maps and is easily usable by employees of various skill levels, preventing time waste and enhancing understanding across our team.
Real-Time Collaboration and Simple Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro because it is intuitive and easy to use. Real-time collaboration with multiple people is one of the features I appreciate the most, in addition to making my work more organized and optimizing my time. The initial setup was simple and easy, allowing us to create a shared environment with all the collaborators on our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use many icons on Miro and always have to download from Flat Icon. If there were a direct integration or a generative AI that created the icons for me, it would be fantastic.

Great Visuals and Usability, But Too Many Ads
What do you like best about the product?
I like the visual aspect of it. Very easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The advertising. I'm not sure if you can cancel it, but getting the mail spam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of workers, their seating areas and the seating areas of newcomers.
Flexible Storytelling with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that arrows can be customized in Miro, making the story representation aesthetically better, and that the whole board is movable. It's great that I can make multiple frames within the same board, allowing me to represent different aspects of the same problem, like causes, stakeholders, and outcomes. The initial setup looked simple enough, which is a strength of Miro. I appreciate its simplicity and approachability.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's kind of confusing to change the shape of sticky notes/boxes. Also, sometimes, when somebody comments on something, it covers the content and makes it hard to make edits and move the original work around. There seems to be many other features that I don't know about or people can't easily discover. The tutorial in the beginning didn't help me understand these. The same for creating the frame. Though it's a great feature, I myself don't know how to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps visually represent the story of our problem without needing detailed labels and allows us to illustrate different problem aspects within the same board.
Collaborative Canvas Makes Sharing and Creativity Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
working on one large canvas. being able to share with others, being able to take copies as images
What do you dislike about the product?
finding where you left stuff, particularly when you create large documents and leave them for a period.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great to be able to have multiple diagrams and documents in the one canvas. I'm really only starting to use it more regularly again, after using it extensively in previous roles.
Intuitive Diagrams, Needs Better Templates
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro incredibly useful for creating architecture diagrams and team collaboration. It has really helped with explainability by allowing me to turn ideas into visual representations rather than lengthy documents that don't capture as much attention. It's easy to make diagrams and do agile planning with my team. The flow diagrams with different colors and sticky notes are particularly helpful. Miro definitely has better shapes and color combinations compared to Lucidchart, and the initial setup was as easy as with other software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many graphical images and better images are not there. Only basic shapes are available and not a collection that allows for a better, colorful diagram. Also, it needs more templates that align with different industries and for migrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I explain architecture better with Miro, turning ideas into visuals instead of lengthy documents. It's easy for making diagrams and agile planning with the team.
