Miro is an efficient collaboration tool for bringing ideas together
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro is easy to use - both designers and non-designers alike can easily use the tool. Minimal setup time is required. Miro also allows a user to effectly cross collaborate by using one common space. Miro is great for brainstorming and generating ideas - it allows for a fully remote team to work together with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to disadvantages of Miro I would remark on the fact that there's no way to save out custom templates if your team is interested in doing that. Miro serves as a sort of 'dumping ground' for ideas and isn't necessarily used to finalize a product or design. At times there is also issues with how often a document is saved - sometimes a session will expire and then you are left with unsaved work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is allowing our fully remote team to be able to brainstorm and work all under one platform.

My brief review on Miro based on my use case
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is fast and available on multiple platform making brainstorming with clients easy
What do you dislike about the product?
My basic gripe with miro especially when exporting a frame as an image to embed into a MsWord, there is an artificat of the border that is annoying and something that vproduct management can easily fix. Secondly, for someone that uses swimlane with multiple lanes, moving multiple objects in different lanes automatically group all the objects into one lane, not nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to brainstorm with a collective group easily
Great Plataform

What do you dislike about the product?
Few options in the free version.
Many colors. There could be a black and white or dark version.

First Workshop - Immediate Success
What do you like best about the product?
The workshop session I had prepared for the group was a true success - MIRO as tool to facilitat virtual and in-presence workshops allows a lot of exciting interaction. MIRO was intuitive to use and it was a lot of fun to use the numerous features. Throughout the week we used MIRO on daily workshop sessions. The integration in our overall project documentation was seamless, as well as it's implementation. Customer support is already great through the extended online documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything to dislike and therefore cannot share anything in this section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We develop strategic concepts, involving ideation, defining workshops.
Miro is my favorite whiteboarding tool
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is my favorite whiteboarding tool because it is flexible, easy to collaborate in and has low barriers to entry for new users. I find Miro helpful for brainstorming, leading workshops and facilitating discussions. I have used it extensively as both a scrum master and as a user experience researcher and have found it very helpful in both roles. Some of my favorite features are the post-it notes, voting feature, the ability to embed PDFs.
What do you dislike about the product?
My team has had issues with Miro lagging when boards get really large (we typically break the board into two boards manually to help with this issue). It can be high-effort to make spaces in Miro aesthetically pleasing, so sometimes I spend a lot of time making things align etc., but I do appreciate the flexibility of Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps to facilitate notetaking, collaboration and brainstorming. It allows enables the creation of UX artifacts, agile artifacts and product management artifacts.
Easy, creative & collaborative tool
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the customisability and how it easy it is to create deisgns from scratch. I also enjoy how easy it is to move items in groups as in my work I use the same board most days to add in new findings and insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
From a deisgn perspective I would enjoy the ability to write text along the line of a shape. E.g. If I have a circle icon, being able to automatically curve the text around that circle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It privdes the ability to share an ongoing piece of work with colleuges which is easy to use, customisable and have the flexibility to present the content in any way you like. It means that info doesn't need to be shared via a slide deck and hours are not spent in other softwares trying to make diagrams that line up correctly and make them visually pleasing.
Miro: powerful and flexible, with just a few missing pieces
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has quickly become my go-to tool for creating flows, diagrams, and charts, and it’s also become a staple in our sprint retrospectives. We almost use it daily. Compared to other tools I’ve tried, Miro just gives me the feeling that I have more control over every detail, making it easy to edit, adjust, and build exactly what I envision.
Adding images, removing backgrounds with AI, and embedding videos are all smooth and intuitive, which really streamlines the process. Text editing feels effortless, and the built-in tools provide plenty of creative freedom. Plus, with the marketplace adding even more options, Miro feels endlessly customizable to suit any project.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although I really enjoy using Miro, there are a few things that could be improved. For example, in our sprint retrospectives we often use templates to streamline the process. However, sometimes we encounter issues where certain notes become uneditable, which might be caused by an object and it's layer.
Another feature that would be super useful is a “table of contents” or a way to link specific sections on the board to a central navigation panel. When working on large boards, finding specific sections can be time-consuming, and having a quick-change option would make the experience much more efficient.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving a couple of problems for us:
1. Miro makes it easy for us to create flows, diagrams, and charts with a flexible, intuitive tool.
2. Miro streamlines our sprint retrospectives with templates that standardize the process and save us time.
