What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Miro is its versatility. It offers a wide range of features that can be used for brainstorming, creating mind maps, and collaborative work. The tool provides a smooth, intuitive interface and is accessible from anywhere with an internet connection, making it perfect for remote teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro's real-time collaboration feature can sometimes be slow or laggy, especially when multiple users are simultaneously working on the same document. It can be frustrating and slow down the overall workflow, mainly when working on tight deadlines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps with messy collaboration. I love using it to keep my thoughts and ideas organized and share them with my team. It makes it easy to go from brainstorming to project planning and has made working remotely much smoother. I highly recommend Miro to anyone who wants to improve their collaboration and communication.

Miro is an absolute mastermind and powerful team visual collaboration tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The most outstanding thing about Miro is that it gives the team members a very easy to access platform where they can come together, connect and work together more conveniently and effectively in order to achieve better results from their work projects. It has a very flexible product architecture which allows it to be compatible and integrate with other third party products like Google Docs, Zoom and others in your working environment meaning you don't have to change your working environment after deployment. It provides very advanced features which allows you to visualize even the most complex architecture using diagrams. Also it helps turn your creativity into actions by unleashing the creative ideas and building on them into actual things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. Miro offers very reliable services when ut comes to visualization of collaboration. It's features works incredibly well and the overall customer support is amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides me together with my teammates a very fruitful experience when it comes to visualization of our collaboration by giving us a easily accessible platform for diagramming, mind mapping, and collaborative whiteboard.

Diverse ability and use of the platform and it has lots of tools to make tasks easier.

It can be difficult to move around the board if it's a large board/take a long time to load

It's efficient, easy to use, creative, visual and really helpful to put thoughts onto a board!
Perfect for endless brainstorming, but needs to be a little more flexible
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I love most about Miro is that the boundaries are limitless. I am used to working on Powerpoint slides and it is liberating not to worry about how to cram everything in to a slide template. Miro is really excellent for letting creativity flow. I particularly like the inbuilt tools like icons and emojis. I am also a big fan of the extensive range of templates which really help inspire me with a place to get started
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Miro to be a little bit inflexible when it comes to things like formatting shapes, text and colours. These are all things which are far easier to do on powerpoint, such as formatting the alignment of different sections of text within the same shape. The 'back button' is also quite buggy. It goes 'back' on somethings and not others, and I don't think Miro has a ctrl Y function inbuilt which makes things challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is fantasting for creative splurges where you just need to rapidly get ideas from yourself or a team on to a page. It's really a lot better than powerpoint for this because of the limitless boundaries. I like the ability to use post-it notes for ideas, which can be grouped together and then made concrete. All in all, it's great for brainstorming and mapping out ideas

What do you like best about the product?
Miro promotes effective client interaction which fully enhances great collaborative strategies. It becomes easier to share system and process details with fellow workmates. I successfully organise project management with Miro. I love how the platform has supported fulfillment of our projects works. Collaboration of the employees in the entire organisation has fully increased. Also using Miro is more simple and easy.

Miro has provided all that is needed for our projects manipulation and completion. No cons for the platform.

So far there is clear visibility of all processes hence creating a streamlined workflows. Am so proud.

The whiteboard helps to brainstorm for creative ideas with teams while remote working.
A lot prebuilt templates are available which gives multiple options to select as per the exact requirement be it for scrum discussions or changepoint management.

What do you dislike about the product?
Can't really find a fault. I would say there are just too many options for the user to select from hence a simplification in the overall layout , buttons can bring about a intuitive feel to first time users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We basically use the whiteboard the most during scrum calls for collaboration.
Also we use it for noting minutes of meeting after discussion are complete since it is stored online we can get to any discussion easily by going to the saved boards options.

Easy to use, A lot of features in free mode like adding text, images, shapes, and icons and premium is not costly as compared to the competition.

Wide whiteboard to work with, Frames with different sizes, and custom sizes too which is a plus point.

In the free version downloaded frame looks really low in the resolution you can't zoom and see clearly.
Right-click navigation feels annoying sometimes.
If you have more than one wireframe you have to hide other to save single wireframe. No option to select wireframe to download.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating website wireframes in adobe photoshop is hard and time-consuming and in miro, can create different wireframes on a single board. A new user can learn within a day because of the simple, neat, and clean interface. After becoming a paid user it becomes easier to create.
