Very creative and useful app
What do you like best about the product?
I think the creativity that this app explores. and the collaborative aspect it has.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lay out of the features at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using, AWW app, business wise, i have been able to collaborate with team members on projects and tasks.

Extremely flexible software
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the software, its variety of templates and options for the user to create just about anything from a design to a strategy, not to mention the ability to link your teams in and comment in, well, 'realtime'...it is an amazing piece of software. The best I have come across in a long time and I have been using this for a year now, creating everything from birthday cards for 4 year olds to high-level strategy documents for corporations and industries.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no cons that I have yet to come across. I have to put in 100 characters for this review.............(!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strategic insight, process mapping flows, design led methodology, and creative design layout for publishing.
A tool that does what is supposed to do
What do you like best about the product?
It's very to use from the beginning and the basic elements are looking really great comparing to other tools. Definitely the shortcuts are the main things I love and the applications that are integrated within the platform. Extremely easy sharing abilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not exactly a dislike thing but I think it would improve the look and feel of my boards if I could draw straight lines (vertically and horizontally at least) with the Pen. Maybe holding Shift key or something like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am UI/UX designer. The tool helps me to create quick wireframes and documentations/explanations for my customers before jumping into the high quality wireframes. All of my customers were always surprised of the quality of my mockups (nice basic elements + easily customisable as well) and they were able to use it easily without further explanations (most of my clients are not "technical people"). Working remotely with my clients, the tool gives the prefect environment for collaborating on a project because of the commenting, real time editing etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Realtime Board managed to combine the usefulness and amazing UX into the product. I love the hotkeys and handling with the canvas that is standardized with all the other most used programs.
Copying makes sense, zooming in and out makes sense and the collaboration is super easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a better expanding freemium model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly use Realtime Board for mapping out customer journeys that I letter implement in the marketing/sales stack.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out. You'd love how is it to use to from the get-go. There's almost no learning curve to it.

Easy to use, diagramming for any use-case from Business Strategy to Agile Development

Not much to dislike, hoping they improve their "Beta" Camera feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication and Collaboration between departments and teams

What do you like best about the product?
It allows whole team to work on projects while sharing audio-video communication and working on smart whiteboard at the same time. It allows predefined formatting for charts which are shared with team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Audio-video quality is good enough but there is room for improvement. There is no priority (probably as they use TCP, not UDP), and some other communication tools work much better for audio-video only part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team of 4 is now working on it like we are in the same office, we can chat and discuss things while seeing each other and having a whiteboard in front of us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check predefined sheets/charts, you will something you could use. Check if audio-video quality of conference is good enough for your requirements.
Incredibly powerful tool with only 1 tiny problem
What do you like best about the product?
You can do so many things with it, it's an incredible tool for roadmapping, brainstorming, evaluating, pretty much anything 1 or more people might do with pen or paper (even sometimes with just typing) it's so fast and reliable and makes working together fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
Shift + drag really frustrates me - sometimes it selects multiple items, sometimes it moves items along straight lines. Very confusing double-functionality which constantly means I'm moving background objects when I'm trying to select multiple items
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incredible collaboration tool - business plan, brainstorm, video call, retrospective, mockups/ wireframes, evaluations, roadmaps.. it's very powerful and creative
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hassle them about Shift + drag! It's so silly to merge the selecting & moving functionality with the same modifier key
Excellent Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to move sticky notes around, connect them with lines, the flexibility is pretty amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
When editing a sticky note there is a "toolbar" that hovers over the sticky note and it gets in the way of seeing other notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with remote workers / distributed teams within the Agile process.
Great online whiteboard tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like great and simple, clean UX, various handy tools inside of app. Option to install android and desktop app. Android app is well prepared and very easy tu use. Killer feature is also ability to capture and digitalize physical post-its to the app. I appreciate also bulk mode or import from other application

What do you dislike about the product?
Loading of the boards could be faster (but it may depends on internet connectivity). Maybe working in offline mode could be added in future. But so far I didn´t found any major issues or mission feature.

It provided me canvas for modelling and visualizing problems and areas that need to be solved. Realtime board is for me place, where I can prepare Business canvas and various other models without physical post its.

From various online boards software is RealtimeBoard simply the best for me. Product team do good job with moving this product forward, adding new features but still keep product easy to use.
Best whiteboard software out there!
What do you like best about the product?
The RealtimeBoard whiteboard web app is an awesome collaboration tool. I use it for all of my ideations with my development team, the design of our customer-facing marketing material, and the development of our sales presentations. I recently began integrating Google Docs into the dashboards as a team collaboration tool for creating content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using the tool for approximately 6 months and have no complaints so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have team members sprinkled across the globe, and RealtimeBoard allows us to form quick meetups to discuss content and workflows. We save thousands of hours over sending documents via email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you like using traditional whiteboards to sketch ideas, give RealtimeBoard a try. What is most impressive is the zoom feature with an infinite canvas!
