Miro is a collaborative online whiteboard platform that can be used for the expansion of functions
What do you like best about the product?
Miro provides customers with a blank canvas and a variety of tools for developing diagrams, flowcharts, and different visual representations. It is designed to be flexible and may be used in an expansion of approaches, relying on the person's needs and goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike because Overall, Miro's combination of templates, collaboration features, and customization options make it a great tool for creating reusable patterns, and reusable patterns are very beneficial for any organization to simplify the implementation of common processes and to standardize the way work is completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is very useful for creating a flowchart for an algorithm so that we not only define the purpose of the algorithm but also break the algorithm down into smaller steps.
Miro's boards can be used to map out user stories and create a visual representation of the exceptional scenarios so in this way we clarify how the algorithm will react in unexpected or abnormal situations.
Miro not only allows teams to share notes, comments, and feedback on a project in real-time but also allows them to identify, engage and manage stakeholders, by creating diagrams and flowcharts, which can help to improve communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
Miro is designed to be user-friendly and intuitive so simply by dragging and dropping shapes and connectors onto the board, we create stunning visual diagrams. so in short if you have some understanding of flowcharting and visual communication you will be a master of this tool soon.

What do you dislike about the product?
Exiting/closing comments mode:
whenever I press "C" on the keyboard, post comment by clicking "enter" and then intuitevly I want to click "V" ot "C" again to exit comment mode and keep working on the board. However by clicking "V" now doesn't allow me to exit but keeps cursor inside comment text area and types "v".
I would like to switch betwees Wireframes and icons without existing one ot another, or have it in 1 window as most of the time I need both to sketch ideas .

Miro: Da Bomb! Perfect for organizing tasks, projects and ideas in an intuitive and accessible way.
What do you like best about the product?
Miro provides an intuitive and powerful workspace which helps us to brainstorm and plan projects. Its virtual whiteboard is a great way to easily visualize ideas and keep everyone on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite being a great tool, one downside of Miro is that it's not always easy to find the specific feature you're looking for. Additionally, it doesn't offer the same level of customisation as some of its competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us solve various problems, including remotely hosting meetings, brainstorming sessions, and retrospectives. It also enables us to collaborate on projects from anywhere in the world, allowing us to brainstorm and create together in real time. Additionally, Miro makes it easier to manage tasks and track project progress, allowing us to stay on top of deadlines and better manage our workload.
Seamless project management solutions
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way Miro facilitates productive group conversations and meetings. It allows users to track time, vote with dots and upload photos to sticky notes, making it super convenient for coordinating events or activities remotely. This application also comes pre-loaded with a variety of templates that encourage unique thought processes; helping individuals explore new areas together as a team. Furthermore, the frequent updates make me feel confident that my colleagues are always in sync - this is why I find the platform so excellent for any task that requires deep reading or critical thinking!
What do you dislike about the product?
It bothers me the fact whenever I log in to Miro there is a new alert waiting for me. It can be quite irritating and difficult to keep up with all the notifications. In addition, the lack of categorisation means that there's no real way to organise and find information on the board when it's busy - this makes finding specific material more difficult than necessary, in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I struggled to find a way to express my thoughts and ideas clearly. Now, with Miro's whiteboards and other visual tools such as diagrams, I have the freedom to brainstorm freely without worrying about having it all planned - which has helped me communicate more effectively.
Great tool for managing and organizing projects

What do you dislike about the product?
The tips for using the more complex add-ins at Miro are not very helpful.
Also, it isn't easy to format many elements simultaneously, which causes unnecessary manual work.

Miro is helping my team on mapping the processes and services that we offer today, making it easier to visualize the macro and micro processes and identify gaps and improvement needs,
One solution for workshops, architectural and organisational diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
Drawing out architectural concepts at different granularity levels and mapping out team structures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is the only tool I use that cannot be integrated with git workflows. I get it, but I wish there were a way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apart from my own drawing needs I always enjoy participating in well moderated work-shops with something that is much more than just a digital copy of a physical white-board.
In a world where everyone is promising the greatest tech tool, Miro actually delivers!!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it fun to report on and keep track of my work again! It's incredibly flexible in design and intuitive to use. They have a comprehensive training video library that's easy to navigate and straightforward. After watching only two five-minute videos, I was on my way to creating my first board. This tool helps me keep my to-do notes and work items in an easy-to-manage format. There is so much more functionality that I look forward to learning about via their video training. Thanks to making this great tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it if I could set the time after which point of inactivity I was logged out. I use Miro 3-4 times throughout the day, and every time I go back to make an update or add an item, I'm logged out. So I lose time having to relog in. It's likely our company's setting due to security but still....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is almost entirely remote now, so I no longer have a lot of desk space. I used to write myself hardcopy notes and sticky's but it's not feasible anymore. Miro gives me an easy online work space to keep all of my work items and sticky "notes" organized.
