I simply love Miro :)
What do you like best about the product?
I used to use Microsoft Whiteboard and it was simply trash. That is when I sought out a whiteboard that actually allowed for meaningful brainstorming and visualizing to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any complaints. The only EXTERNAL dislike is my IT group not integrating across Microsoft teams. Otherwise, I always love using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security clearance and integration from my IT group is an annoyance.
Many benefits, such as being able to easily bring my team together at the same time to work on a brainstorming event, troubleshoot problems and visualize ideas.

I love Miro, and would love it more with a pencil tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro in my design studio class to exhibit students' work, which works perfectly for me. My students can upload their work quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike but would love two things. One, a pencil tool is a must for designers. Second, color text in sticky notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to move to online design studio classes, Miro solved the exhibition of student's work for commenting on them.
Super useful and intuitive collaborative platform for working
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the number of things that can be done
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the interactions with the laptop trackpad
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborative work when doing brainstorming, research, preliminary designs, sketches, strategies, planning...
Best collaboration suite ever!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to get started for everything, brainstorm, templates, screen sharing etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Video call is limited to one board instead of switching between boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was using multiple apps, one app for brainstorming and another for project tasks and tracking. Miro has everything all in one.
Great for Software Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I have been trying out Miro with a couple of software projects that I have been managing recently. And having my team and I work remotely from home, being able to share the boards with them have been super helpful. The developer was able to update the board quickly, whenever, and wherever. The rest of the team gets notified when changes are made. This helps me keep on top of things. We update the board as we discuss the changes, using stickies, etc. Being able to embed documents and images is super helpful, too. All in, my team and I love using Miro!
What do you dislike about the product?
Being limited to 3 boards but then again, we are using the free version, so we can't complain. Will definitely consider going for the paid version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project managment. Find that it's now much easier and faster to keep track of project status - especially when I can add notes for the developers to act and laying out the project scope
CREATIVE and SPONTANEOUS
What do you like best about the product?
Working in different locations, during lock down, Miro has been a valuable tool to bring all our spontaneous creativity and ideas together.
The flowing together and growth in short amounts of time is very exciting!
Thank you Miro

Invaluable working remote
What do you like best about the product?
As we shifted to a fully remote team tools like MIro became invaluable for whiteboarding/ process mapping/ kaizens and brainstorming.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a simple learning curve - yet still a learning curve so people don't inadvertently move or delete items not within their full view. (The plus is - the board size is unlimited!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer Experience Journey mapping has been a large focus for us and the Miro board made it easy.
Comprehensive Collaboration With Room to Improve Certain Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to collaborate. Live editing and comments make it easy to connect with my team while we're remote. The functionality of Miro is fantastic because it does a lot. You can build anything you need- charts, wireframes, diagrams, etc. the versatility makes it the go-to tool. Other platforms only do some of it or leave an important part out, but Miro is essentially seamless. The PDF tool is beneficial, and the ability to extract specific pages is a feature I haven't seen on any other platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm missing some basic functionality like snap to grid while holding shift. The pen tool could be handy, but I'm terrible at using my computer mouse and would benefit from holding shift to help me draw a straight line. The arrow tool is also a little finicky and gives me some trouble, it attaches when I don't want it to and doesn't attach when I want it to, but it could just be user error. Other than that it's a great platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my team stay connected and organized in real-time, avoiding delays. The fact that it saves automatically has been a lifesaver for me. One of the most beneficial elements has been that it's helped me streamline my workflow and avoid having to use 10 different applications.
Is the work tool I use the most
What do you like best about the product?
It is a tool that allows you to keep work in progress in a collaborative way. I think it is compelling because it will enable you to organize ideas, transform them, it allows you to have guided conversations, especially in remote work times, it works as a common ground.
I really like the Apps integrations
I really like the Apps integrations
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that sometimes you can get lost in so much information. It is easy to put all the information on a board and it becomes too heavy to load.
Sometimes you do not understand the size of what you are creating and when exporting it it may be too big or too small, it creates huge pdf files

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am building service journey maps, analyzing information from qualitative research, building presentations, a creative sessions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to use the templates and the apss integrations
Makes team work SO much fun
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Miro is many users can interact with the platform at the same time, in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is so great they only thing I can think of to dislike is the color scheme.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual team work, project planning, brain storming sessions
