Miro is a universe of digital creation
What do you like best about the product?
Hundreds of prebuilt templates from different categories, inbuilt real-time communication options to choose from, such as text, chat, and video calls, are the significant feature of Miro that sets it apart from other existing visual collaboration tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing plan offered by Miro is quite skeptical and costly as they charge per user per month/year; instead, they should think about a bulk package for the entire team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This freehand whiteboarding application has quickly become a favorite among our team members since it enables our whole team to communicate visually whenever and wherever we want, without interruption.

Flexibility and ease of use within the boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing board access & visibility can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Miro, we can achieve easier global collaboration and more effectively brainstorm virtually. When everyone actively engages in miro sessions, it helps to align several stakeholders on priorities and processes. Meetings tend to be more engaging, and attendees feel more bought into the outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy enough to use that first-time users can participate with minimal instruction. This is important to me as we use miro often for workshops with people who have never used the tool before. There's no feature that I wish was there, it has it all!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm unsure how accessible it is, but I know it's hard to make these tools fully accessible. Otherwise, very little; I'm nitpicking here to be helpful. This challenge may be solved with an upgrade, I'm pretty sure (working on it!), but when inviting workshop attendees to the board, they have to join your team. Then, if you forget to remove them after (which I always do!), they can create new boards and do all sorts of things. There are no administrator privileges to delete their boards, so you have to contact the rogue participant and walk them through how to delete boards and create their own team. It would be nice if there were a way to prompt everyone to remember these things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working from home has made collaboration challenging for me as a public servant. The public service is also more behind when it comes to adopting tools like this. So Miro helps to facilitate research and collaboration in a way that most folks can participate with ease. The benefit has been that with the exposure, more teams are not only using more digital tools, but they are also collaborating more and better!
New Power house for Whiteboard and Ideation
What do you like best about the product?
Miro was a pleasant surprise when it came to tools to collate Ideas from everyone. We had Mindmap, Quick flows, Idea generation. The tool is straightforward to use. Even the free version has a lot of value!
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited number of users, Use of image, The pricing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collate a lot of ideas from different stake holders in real time. Mindmapping is pleasant!

Switch to Miro from your current Whiteboard
Miro is one of the most intuitive and creative apps I've ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use, I started using Miro a few months ago and because it's so intuitive I already feel like a pro. I have encouraged a few of my colleagues to move on from pencil and paper to using Miro too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The paid account system is slightly complicated. We need some people in the organization to have full editing access and some people to be able to view the boards for presentation/review purposes but it's not clear how this is possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Miro for creating flow diagrams and user journeys and it's amazing for this. We have multiple users collaborating on these processes and it makes life so much easier
Recommendations to others considering the product:
you can use Miro for free to start with. I'm sure you'll be hooked and the paid features make it so much more effective. Definitely worth trying it out

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy and self-intuitive it is to use this app and all the solutions it offers to work collaboratively. As a visual person, I particularly enjoy creating mind-maps to make sense of my ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can think of that I dislike - once you learn all the commands, it becomes easy to navigate through the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miró is helping me creating visual tools that facilitate organizing my ideas, in addition to allow me to share information with colleagues easily.
The interface is great to have everything in one place and run sessions that can show journey.
What do you like best about the product?
The open interface where we can create our own flow and that guests have limited access, if I want. I can control the interaction completely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too many templates yet to select from. The ones available are too structured. Would love to see some more "Play" or "Fun" features that we can integrate into the platform (maze, puzzle etc)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We got a team of 100 people to share their thoughts in the same place. It was a great way for them to own their work and collaborate with each other in real time.

It is not connected to Teams, that makes it even more integrated.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro's outstanding features include the ability to conduct collaborative brainstorming sessions, process mapping (to detect bottlenecks), and virtual meetings and breakout sessions through its built-in communication function.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Miro has a commenting function that allows users to post text comments, quickly recording and uploading voice remarks would be a time-saving and straightforward procedure, which Miro presently lacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has now become a multifunctional digital whiteboard that our entire enjoys using and collaborating on. We draw and brainstorm and draft ideas and processes that connect to our company's overall strategy, which is impossible to do with a conventional whiteboard.

I love the number of tools available to show what you are envisioning visually and being able to communicate this with team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really are no cons for me when using Miro. The only negative is that my co-workers don't completely understand how it functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration and visually drawing marketing activities are a lot easier virtually. This would be even a tool I would use back in the office to plan for campaigns and customer journeys more effectively.

Consider the gap that you have in your workplace. Do you want to explain a concept without a whiteboard better? Are you in a virtual setting? Even if you are not a creative/executor, how do you communicate better with your team?
Very useful tool especially for collaborative work

Collaborative page that can be udpated during a conf call. efficient cut& paste from several other tools. Very useful with a tablet pen

probably nothing for the moment. I found everything I need and there is much more to explore
