  • January 19, 2023

What do you like best about the product?
As a Product Manager, Miroverse has become a great tool to discover new frameworks and ways to visualize and solve problems. Also I love how fast the tool is when I need to format objects and text
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Miro should provide a more realistic price range to countries like Brazil. I would love to have a premium subscription but it turns too expensive after converting from Dolar to Real.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping our remote teams work together in a more productive way. Also it is being used as a repository to our meetings and ideas. Our performance has increased significantly

Best collaborative tool for designers

  • January 19, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
There are many things that can be said about the software, but the most useful thing is undoubtedly the ease with which it can be used. Even someone with no prior experience in design can quickly get to grips with the basics and produce something that looks good. The software is also very versatile, so if you need to create something more complex, there are plenty of options available to you. Overall, Invision Freehand is a great piece of software that is easy to use and produces great results.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that can be considered bad about InVision Freehand. First, it is not available for Windows or Linux. This can be a problem for users who do not use macOS. Second, the software has a lot to explore and learn for a user. It can be difficult to learn how to use all of the features. Finally, the free version of the software is limited in terms of features and functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest challenges in business building is collaboration. Invision Freehand is a great way to get your ideas down quickly and easily. It allows you to sketch out your ideas on your computer without having to worry about the quality of your drawings. This can be a great way to save time and energy when you're working on a project. Additionally, Invision Freehand can be a great way to share your ideas with others. If you're working on a project with a team, you can use Invision Freehand to quickly share your ideas with them. This can help the team to move forward more quickly and efficiently.

It is very easy to plan a project, explain a task or catch up on things. I use it as my digital kanban board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the Miro app to be much better. For example to manage my kanban board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a lot of projects with several deliverables and stakeholders to work with. It becomes very difficult to manage this but using a Miro Kanban board helps me to organize.

Increased productivity, fast flowing meetings!!

  • January 19, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Great for quick and easy collaboration, especially during meetings to increase productivity. I really love that I can use my tablet to write ideas during remote meetings! Gives that whiteboard experience in the meeting room feeling I miss from in office work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's simplicity is it's strong point and keeps meetings easy to chart out. However, a little bit more functionality would be nice. For instance, it would be great to use in Invision Studio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote work communication, I believe it's the most important issue for me that Invision has solved. There are many whiteboards out there, yes. But this one is designed for Ux/Ui remote work.

So close to being great!

What do you like best about the product?
Virtual whiteboard to gather, visualize, and present for team alignment and discussion.
Collaborative sharing that allows others to edit or view.
Ability for others to follow your cursor when presenting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are tool precision issues that make it difficult to use
- Cannot rotate objects and text boxes
- Line thickness, text size, arrowhead size are not visible at different scales. And options for line thickness is limited.
- Connector arrows cannot be adjusted depending on object positions so it creates visually awkward mindmaps/diagrams/wireframes.
- Precision is off when moving objects and boards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual whiteboard for designing, collaboration, and presentations. Sandbox for ideation and brainstorming individually and as a team. A virtual space to come together remotely.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Quick loading times, large board capacity, sharing options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Prototype view and functionality is not as good as other whiteboarding/wireframing tools — add more color options, shapes, and layer control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing processes for leadership and management — it gives form to live notetaking and makes the ordeal more interactive

Freehand has become an extension of my mind

  • January 19, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Freehand is extremely simple and intuitive to use. It's easy to express my thoughts, create product wireframes then bring people to share and refine rough concepts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't used Freehand to its full potential. Currently using it as a thinking and collaboration tool. Haven't utilized it as a hub for my org.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me communicate early thinking, as basis for refinement. Alternatives feel too formal or too cumbersome to use.

Miro is a great working tool

  • January 19, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everyone can work in it at the same time. Its a live document and you do not have to wait for someone to save and sign out before you can go in and see live updates
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a bit of time to load up. Also I find multiple post it notes confusing and easy to miss a note.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, it is acting as a catalog for all design history to be found in the same place. It is a one stop shop for all of my coworkers and I to view the same information with live updates that everyone can see at all times

Miro: The oxygen of life

  • January 19, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
When I found myself exhausted from using Mural and Jamboard, I chose to give Miro a try. The ease of use was immediately evident with the clear labels on its tool menu and an array of options at hand. In addition to being simple in terms of navigation, another aspect that attracts me is how fast it runs – this helps keep remote meetings smooth without any performance hiccups slowing down my work progress or growth rate. When looking for something reliable yet user-friendly in organizing virtual workshops or brainstorming sessions within teams -Miro's intuitive interface has been invaluable!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am frustrated by the inefficiency of Miro's PC application update, which has blocked me from my message boards and homepage (using Single Sign-On). Rather than providing access to these features, it switches to intoscreensharing mode that does not load my intended content. I understand needing an updated version occasionally on occasion, but it is inconvenient compared to other platforms, such as mobile devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently utilizing MIRO to its fullest potential by using it for meetings. With this platform, I can easily collaborate with other members virtually to draft meeting minutes and document any user research that may take place during the session while also allowing me more creative freedom, such as writing stories or further refining presentations.
