What do you like best about the product?
Tools are easily displayed. Also, it's eye-catching, easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
While visiting the share option from a Board, I was a little bit confused because of sharing settings. I think this is an option for improving UI design. And required more easily display sharing settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the time I'm using miro to solve pre-defined end-user problems. Team collaboration helps me to reach my absolute solution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For a new user, it can show a guideline or tooltip on how to use the miro board when the user creates his/her first board.

I wish there were more ways to visually customise Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data sorting, whiteboarding, collaboration.

Not just a collaboration its a visual collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
The breadth of functionalities that Miro has is the most prominent thing about it. We greatly enjoy its inbuilt chatting, video calling, and real-time visual collaboration features that aids to the overall productivity of each of our team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
As Miro consists of many features and functionalities, getting started can be cumbersome for first-time users with little or zero knowledge about how this tool works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The whole experience with Miro has been outstanding. We mainly started using it during the pandemic for better productivity even while working online, and it is undoubtedly a tremendous visual collaboration tool. We certainly feel that Miro is the most effective tool for visual creativity, project planning, and strategic vision.

Great working space & clients platform

What do you like best about the product?
The Consultant mode to work together with clients and partners on projects, timelines, wallpapers, etc pp. Perfect for visual reports or project stati.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mind Maps could work better, here Mind Meister works better for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working together during the pandemic with partners and clients. Stakeholders and clients understand what we do during the project or during video calls. I like also the integrations to Zoom and Whereby.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it internally and with clients and partners, not only alone.

Best collaborative platform out there

What do you like best about the product?
It's best for collaboration, no where else has the ease of use and practical tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be slow, and struggle to load boards with lots of material on them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro often takes the place of real world collaboration as we cannot be in person in the current moment, and while nothing can replace the organicness of in person communication, Miro does a great job at replacing physical paper and space. It might even have an edge on the real world because it's perfect for saving collaborative work, sharing work you've done individually before a meeting and organising these outputs...all of which are impossible IRL.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Stay organised, a Miro Board can get filled quickly and can become messy!

It boosts creativity & productivity among remote teams

What do you like best about the product?
The most beautiful feature of Miro is the ability to collaborate in real-time while we work virtually through using its live chats and audio calls features. Besides, what's more, powerful is that we can do many operations through Miro, such as concept maps, creativity, and program workflow modeling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro would be much better if it had a note-taking capability. Instead of having to open an additional note-taking app every time, I'd want to have a place where I can write down notes on items that don't appear while I'm sharing my screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To summarize, our team has significantly benefitted from the use of Miro, which has resulted in improved cooperation and increased productivity, particularly in the area of business process management.

PERFECT FOR COLLABORATION AND PLANNING

  • September 06, 2021

What do you like best about the product?
Great way to collaborate on a large board, reducing the usage of papers and whiteboards.
Using it for Agile planning, we can easily plan a whole semester in it with detail in every sprint
The huge workspace with multiple users interacting at the same time is a must-have in this tool.
Being able to duplicate a board for the next planning iteration eases things immensely
Being able to extract the board to Jira or CSV file is terrific for flexibility
Having the ability to share screen from within the app and chat with others is a very nice addition
Also, have a voting system that eases the story point vote
Basically a life savior especially for work from home planning.
Most of the navigation and zooming are similar to photoshop making it super easy to pick up and start using
Using the app in web browser or downloaded tool have a very similar experience so it is very easy to pick up and start using.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since editing requires a license per user, it is not the best tool to use it as a scrum board; we usually extract the plan to Jira and use it from there.
Other than that, I found nothing to dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAFe PI planning
Sprint board planning

Just Miro it! Miro helped us change meeting format forever

  • September 04, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro provides enough tools (even with a free plan) to facilitate online meetings and keep all relevant information in front of you the whole time. Visualization helps my Team to be engaged and solve complex problems together. It's crucial today as we work remotely nowadays.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to specify how to move elements on a board or avoid ruing all your templates for a meeting for new users. So, Miro might be confusing firstly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro several times helped to conduct kick-off meetings and set expectations within teams. Visualization of ideas, processes, expectations in combination with proper facilitation technic guarantees a great result. Also, it's a vital tool for a Scrum Team to have cool retrospectives and planning sessions.

What do you like best about the product?
This is an excellent tool for online collaboration. It's super, super easy to use, and super versatile with all the available shapes and templates. We use it in every stage of the design thinking process. I also use it individually to organize my ideas and thoughts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't think of anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping me solve UX design issues and taking better product decisions by bringing the whole team (UX, product, it) to the party

Fantastic collaboration tool for whiteboarding and virtual meetings

  • September 03, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is the best online collaboration tool I have used so far and the team are really appreciating its power especially given that we are all working virtually. It has been easy to collaborate and drive team discussions, whiteboard concepts, run retro sessions. The simplicity of the UI shows how well thought through the product is for its users and even with the diversity in my team on technical tools skillsets, I have not seen any issues
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the pricing could be charged by the types of features relevant to the team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration, white boarding ideas, discussions, retros
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommended tool for virtual collaboration
