Very handy drawing and whiteboarding app
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive interface, frictionless construction of flow diagrams, mind maps and other diagrams
What do you dislike about the product?
Very minor improvement - it could integrate into other apps like Google sheets etc, offer live updating of linked files
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facilitated team ceremonies, user- friendly process flow diagrams
Miro is a GREAT Agile Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly it is and how easy it was to explain to users how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want more post-it note colors in the presenting stack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Retrospectives on a bi-weekly basis (for scrums) and yearly (for the overall Agile Transformation status). Also for how to improve my class that I teach at George Mason University.
A fantastic tool for cross functional team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
To me, I find the different templates of MIRO to be very valuable because, depending on the context of my discussions with my team members, I can select the desired template and drive my conversation. For example, it has been beneficial to work on a feature prioritization exercise where I have used the feature map template. Another example is to create a product backlog, and a user story map where MIRO boards have been very productive to use in the meetings and obtain feedback immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if we had more customer journey map templates to select as the ones currently available do not have a lot of swimlanes focusing on technology considerations, opportunities for improvements which are great to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MIRO has helped identify gaps when analyzing the current state and future state for product requirements and the gap analysis brainstorming done using MIRO has been very insightful to the business and technical teams in deciding business improvement areas, technical roadblocks, and both product and process efficiency.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your looking to collaborate and engage every team member in the most effective and productive way, MIRO is the place to get started!

Miro is amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
I like everything best. Miro has allowed us to share and work together on many projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a little more figuring out of Frames so that I can move stuff the way I want but that is just more playing around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is just a great place to collaborate and allow ideas to flow.
Great tool to facilitate team work
What do you like best about the product?
I'm an independent consultant, and I have used Miro to facilitate workshops and meetings with the teams that I work with. It has made collaboration much easier by allowing us all to work together in real time, and have a record to come back to in order to better track our learning and progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be challenging to get team members up to speed quickly who haven't used Miro before and might be less technologically savvy. However, I find that once they get it, it becomes relatively easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been a helpful way to collaborate in our current virtual environment. Although it doesn't replace in-person workshops and meetings, it seems to be the next-best thing. So grateful for this tool!

I am a visual learner and Miro is a great way to store information and brainstorm and be able to see your ideas in a very visual way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see Miro continue to be integrated with other Software programs.

I use Miro as a brainstorming, idea capture tool. I was so excited to discover the Miroverse and all the many amazing tools out there.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the templates and Miroverse. I'm also glad you have shortcuts. Finally, just the quality of content you put out is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could set a default font. But to be honest, I really can't think of any dislikes yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a product manager, so it's been extremely helpful for meetings, user journeys, and brainstorming ideas. Miro is my new notebook. All our ideas, begin here.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've enjoyed the collaboration and presentation tools, ease of use, and integration with Confluence. If you're doing product management, you need to be using Miro.

With miro, I can express my thoughts intuitively and creatively, t works very well for group dynamics. It made it possible for me to present my projects in an organized and schematic way
Great virtual whiteboard collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Allows my team to easily collaborate virtually as if it's a whiteboard. We can add in stickies, easily follow a flow diagram (create these flow diagrams).
What do you dislike about the product?
There's some learning curve associated with the app.

What do you like best about the product?
The templates that Miro provides go beyond anything we have seen and received from other tools of this kind so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
The handling, as with other tools, needs a bit of practice at first. Then (after a few videos and tutorials) it works very smoothly and quickly.
