Doing great things together and remotely
What do you like best about the product?
Besides build around collaboration, Miro has excellent templates that help you get up to speed and jump into what matters.
I've done a couple of workshops, and I also think using Miro is better than using real post-its.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I miss more tools to illustrate, as other kind of software has.
For mindmaps, I'd love to have more tools like Mindomo has (to create more complex mindmaps and structure ideas)
For mindmaps, I'd love to have more tools like Mindomo has (to create more complex mindmaps and structure ideas)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm doing workshops. You can organize and categorize the information better and faster than with real post-its while addressing one of the most significant pain points at workshops: documentation.
I'm also creating UX artifacts, like user flows and journeys.
One of the biggest problems we're solving is having all the project documentation in the same place. Like having a big wall with everything: journeys, references, key research insights, etc

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro is a great platform for teams, with great and very valuable templates that can help you get up to speed and focus on what matters
Amazing I love Miro
What do you like best about the product?
The Miro templates let me build amazing Scrum Retros and when I have to do my Backlog refinement, I've got all the tools with miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still can't find it. For now, all that Miro gives me is what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building products with Miro, we put the Scrum Framework to solve our challenges.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Experiment with all your want with Miro. And If you're doing Agile Projects, welcome.
Best tool for remote collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I'm impressed with the constant updates and new features to explore that enhance our teams' ability to collaborate remotely. The wireframing tool has been beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
The organization of boards and projects can become a bit messy. It could benefit from some sort of tagging system or visual hierarchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote collaboration was a big challenge at the start of the pandemic. Luckily, we had already been leveraging this tool, so there were no big hurdles to overcome when working from home became a necessity.
Great Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Miro is obviously listening to their user feedback and introducing new features regularly that make collaboration easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue for me is the time-out duration for company SSO is too short. I get logged out constantly if I'm not actively working on a board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a remote work environment, Miro has been critical to building shared understanding across teams and stakeholder groups. I'd say the number one thing our team has used it for is building service blueprints when the SMEs involved are not all on the same team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a hard time building a shared understanding of processes across remote workspaces, Miro is a great choice.
Review for Miro application
What do you like best about the product?
It is convenient to use the tool; very colloborative with more number of people in virutal engagement
What do you dislike about the product?
Offline is not available in this tool; some features are need workareoud, table inside the object are not lockable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to engage with people and create more hand free things
An opportunity to share ideas and solutions together
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the Templates and the collaborative way of working together with fellow service members
What do you dislike about the product?
The image integration is not working, it would be good to have the option to drag the image and paste in the frame again
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was important in Scrum events of Transparency inspection of adaptation
Recommendations to others considering the product:
And a great collaboration tool, in today's reality and for the future, where remote teams will be increasingly present in society, Miro is fundamental for the work.
Great collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's great for remote teams, collaboration sessions, workshops and showcasing work in meetings. As a project manager, it works great with providing a hub for teams to dump their work in progress, get feedback and knowledge sharing especially when onboarding new team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not keen on the scaling feature; it's of course very useful as you can continue to add to your board however the sizing of objects becomes quite inconsistent and you will find the need to scroll in or out a lot to be able to read things clearly which can also lag in loading. I'd also like to see more grid options similar to PowerPoint. We often use Miro quite informally and in a 'rough and ready' fashion but it's an excellent tool for kick-off meetings and presentations where you want things to look just that little bit clean and slick for clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There have been difficulties in knowledge sharing and onboarding primarily in remote times which we've been able to improve. We've been able to do this by using Miro as a one-stop-shop for all things project related to make things easier for the whole team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend that others using for the first time, check out their Miro Academy. They have lots of easy-to-digest courses to get you started and become familiar with the functions and navigation. I would then also suggest checking out the templates and community areas - lots of use cases and ideas to get you started!
Handy tool for creatively portraying ideas and concepts
What do you like best about the product?
With Miro, you can literally draw your thoughts and share them with your entire team and stakeholders and even collaborate with them in real-time. It is also possible to chat and conduct team video calls within the app itself. So, Miro is mind-blowing, especially for bringing thoughts into visuals and working together with a team to plan and coordinate various projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because I work in a creative department, I appreciate Miro's excellent visual collaboration capabilities. A daily task management system, in addition to visual real-time collaboration capabilities, would be a great value above what is presently not available on Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to the Miro for becoming an incredible visualization and real-time collaboration tool. Now, I can efficently draw and communicate my ideas, concepts, and vision to my manager and team members, which helps me remain creative and productive at my work.
Great tool to collaborate online
What do you like best about the product?
I like the real time collaboration and the ability to capture input from everyone, which does not happens in regular online meetings, when you have larger teams
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps who is in the meeting at a given time could be more visible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing input effectivelly from my clients when they are in larger teams (>4)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just try it; even people who are not tech-savvy can use it easily
Work at home sticky note whiteboard
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the platform. It lets you get on with creating and ideation without having to worry about the tools you use. Works with your thoughts not against it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not have automated mindmapping feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming, design thinking sprints, product planning. project defining phases and just getting a distributed team to work the idea and problem at the same time
