Flexible but difficult to integrate
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has several templates and features that make it unique. This diversity supports different uses, and I can both manage projects and gather feedback through other assets
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks integration with other services (e.g. Notion), and it also lacks screen reading capabilities for (visual) accessibility. The lack of accessibility is the one thing keeping my organization from using it more widespread.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is easy to use, and has key features that assist in my diagramming. The template I use counts the number of items within a 'cell', and this helps me identify when I'm assigning too many tasks to a given week.
An excellent tool for collaboration, whiteboarding, brainstorming, and more
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Miro on and off for roughly 3 years now, and I always find myself gravitating to it. Whether internal meetings or external meetings with clients, the tool is valuable for conducting whiteboarding sessions, brainstorming ideas, and overall collaborating with larger teams. I have also used it for project retrospectives, creating timelines, and wireframing dashboards. It is user-friendly and has every connection/capability I can think of!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything. The connections are great, the interface is sleek, and the application as a whole is very user-friendly. Maybe optimizing mouse scrolls for easier navigation within a board? But even that is very smooth as-is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration, brainstorming, idea consolidation, timeline and roadmap creation, documentation of ideation and feedback, easy collaboration with internal and external parties.
Freehand is a great asset for product managers to get by without a designer and full spec wireframes
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use. The UI is fantastic for quick learning. The ability to copy and paste from past designs is very beneficial. It is an excellent alternative to complete designer platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no issues with Freehand. This feature mat exists but the option to store design components for quick adds would be beneficial. There are not any immediate problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a product manager, I need to wireframe the work to better brainstorm with development and design. This makes our brainstorm phase much more productive and helps designers move ahead on full-spec work faster. In addition, I have been using this as our interim designer and development loves it.
Difficult to use for collaborative wire framing
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy Freehand's collaborative features. I regularly lead UX teams in complex application design projects where we need to work together to solve big problems. My team is also distributed across multiple time zones so tools like Freehand help us successfully work together.
What do you dislike about the product?
It tends to be tricky to use. It is hard to keep wireframes consistent on large projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freehand enables collaborative wireframing across both Mac and PC systems.
One of the best white boarding tools
What do you like best about the product?
From the start, Freehand is's user-friendly UI is very impressive. The navigation is intuitive, making it simpel for designers, p.o, and devs to brainstorm. Some other notable mentions are how easy Freehand is able to intergrate with Jira, Asana, as well as the Sketch, Figma and XD.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish Freehand was a little more "fun."
I really like the celebration emojis that Mural has, and while I know this doesn't improve efficiency or productivity. It does improve moral and it makes the experience more "fun." I feel that's missing from Freehand.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we work in a hybrid and remote setting, Freehand allows us to easily work together across different locations and time zones.
It also, allows to review prototypes, wireframe and brainstorm on all in one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to share mockups links with the dev and PO teams. I like the zoom functionality when sharing a link
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find it hard to navigate
The shortcuts with the keyboard are not in numerical order
The groupment functionality only has 1 level (I cannot stack groups)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used the platform for a few years now. Teams are used to work with it. We can easily add comment to specific areas to keep tracks of the discussions between the teams
Great collaboration / white boarding tool
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to get a box on a page and then start collaborating with other people
What do you dislike about the product?
The infinite resizing of boxes and texts means it's really hard to determine what size to initially create my boxes, and also it makes it really hard to copy boxes across boards since they're all sized differently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great virtual whiteboard. We use it a lot to just start putting down ideas in meetings.
We also use it for all our storymapping of early product ideas which helps us define problems better upfront

Great for discovery
What do you like best about the product?
I lose the freedom and flexibility of the board. The timer and music makes it super easy to do silent critting!
What do you dislike about the product?
When working within a team, I find it very difficult to see boards of other members. I think you could do a better job of telling me what projects are mine
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me document user research insights, it's great how flexible the tool is and particularly like the timer function to help with workshop timing
An innovative platform for project collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro can be used for multiple purposes, from organizing ideas and displaying photos to hosting presentations and online workshops. Its shared whiteboard makes collaboration easy no matter where in the world I am working from! The timer feature also helps ensure that reviews/action items are completed on time, which is especially helpful when meetings run longer than expected. My favorite feature has to be the Notes tab - it keeps my meeting notes, agendas, and even my personal to-do list organized so I don't get distracted or forget anything important during a session with teammates or colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that Miro's sharing features have yet to be simplified and made more user-friendly. To reduce the risk of confusion, there should be only one way to get a "link". Streamlining could also help prevent ambiguity in this area. While it is true that third-party plugins can sometimes cause problems, improved documentation and developer support can make resolving these issues much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me stay organized and productive when working on group projects. It allows us to create mind maps to brainstorm potential solutions, visualize those ideas, and collaborate from anywhere in the world at the same time.
Alwais use for prototyping and brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
Please add more features for creating game prototypes, like repeatable grid button states ....
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Everything is ok so far! I am very happy to use this product!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me create schemes and mind maps!
