Robustly-functional team collaboration platform with visually appealing templates

  • January 09, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The most important aspect of this tool is how it enables remote teams to view what teammembers are working on in real-time which facilitates easy collaboration. This tool has lots of plug-ins and integrations with other tools that we use which include zoom, google drive, asana among others which is remarkable. I love the pre-build templates for creating custom boards which you can tailor to suit your organizational needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the drawbacks that I realized with this tool was that the lower pricing subscriptions are not well supported to get the most out of this tool unlike those with enterprise plans. We have also come across various glitches with this tool especially when dealing with large groups for example you may leave a note on a template that you are working on and miss it when you come back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We implemented miro in our company about one and a half years ago and it has been remarkable especially for the groups working remotely in different locations. It enables teams to work simultaneously in real time on a cloud based whiteboard which supports collaboration. Collaboration from this tool has enabled our teams to work together more effectively and bring solutions to issues faster.

Improving business relations with Miro

  • January 09, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro has multiple functions that facilitate applying agile methodologies and managing our software development projects. The dashboards are intuitive, and the diagrams are easy to make while we are meeting.
In addition, I can use the platform in conjunction with other applications we use daily in the company, such as Zoom and Trello.
Its learning curve is almost zero, so it is perfect for working with beginner programmers and developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company has employees from different countries. While most have a good level of English or Spanish, some still need to speak the five languages Miro is currently available in. It would be nice if they could incorporate more options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to organize the different scrum ceremonies remotely and to optimize the workflow through dashboars. The organization of information and optimization of processes has helped us increase our productivity.
Some customers have notices and improvement in our attention and performance and know our relationships are better.

Miro is a must for marketing

  • January 09, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Mir is one of the best tools for creating a marketing project from scratch.
The whiteboard is perfect for visualizing team ideas and collaborating remotely. I like that the team organizes each member's tasks better. This way, we focus on the project details.
It makes it easier for us to follow up on the project with new features when we update the boards. We use it a lot because it is a versatile and efficient tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is expensive for freelancer or people who want to start a business.
Its functions are limited, although they are sufficiente. I had to subscribe to a paid plan to access all the integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Miro, I have been able to work efficiently with a team. I learned how to dynamically and remotely make flowcharts, maps, and diagrams to manage marketing projects. The features are ideal for begineers and marketing experts, which has helped me advance as a professional.
It is an experience I have not been able to repeat on other platforms similar to Miro.

MIRO: Reliable, secure & supersonic!

  • January 06, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Miro's outstanding services, such as its Academy, blogs, and community. The educational resources are helpful when I need assistance with my projects on the platform; Furthermore, using it independently or in conjunction with Microsoft Teams and Zoom is a great benefit while running virtual workshops. On top of that, all data security concerns have been addressed well, making this one of the most secure platforms out there!
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite being an experienced user of Miro, including features such as wireframing, agile, and kanban in the default mode would be beneficial for less experienced users as they are currently tucked away within a submenu which can quickly go unnoticed at first glance (the " additional " double chevron pointing sideways).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We encountered a problem during our company-wide online seminars: the specific tools needed to be more adequate, and the outcomes required to have been more committed. Upon switching to using Miro as a platform for these sessions, involvement in activities increased substantially, along with improved data capture.

Miro has been a great tool for ideation, diagram creation, feedback recopilation and even for fun

  • January 06, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward and intuitive to use,
integration with other tools,
the collaboration you can have with your teammates
All the templates and instructions they have to use them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have another kind of function for presentations to build interactive displays inside Miro.
Another functionality that would be very useful is the ability to download notes; sometimes, they have valuable information that could be processed or analyzed outside Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly to have more meaningful teamwork in virtual workshops, and help us to build alignment. It is also helpful when you want to have the big picture of the topic and dig into it
