Miro is highly versatile for different needs with a low learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is versatile enough to be used for a presentation, a meeting agenda, a dynamic facilitation tool, a process mapping tool, or a product wireframe.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are used to doing process mapping with tools like visio, it will frustrate you that there is not an effective auto-arrange feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy, low learning curve collaboration tool for brainstorming without needing to teach users much. You can just jump in and it intuitively makes sense.

It would be ideal to have a plugin with Microsoft ppt

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Miro provides an excellent collaborative space for teams to share ideas and insights visually. The platform's versatility allows me to create and share visually compelling data models, diagrams, and charts with my colleagues effortlessly. I find it a handy tool for brainstorming and organizing complex data-driven workflows such as machine learning pipelines and data governance frameworks. We've also utilized Miro for conducting virtual workshops and training sessions and it is an excellent tool for keeping attendees engaged by allowing them to participate and interact with the content in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
My organization and I haven't encountered any significant issues with Miro so far. Maybe the only minor inconvenience could be the learning curve for new users who are not familiar with such platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped us avoid the hassle of face-to-face meetings and brainstorming sessions, especially amidst the COVID-19 pandemic while still maintaining the benefits associated with in-person interactions. Miro has also enhanced our ability to collaborate and share ideas as a team, which has improved the overall productivity and efficiency of data-driven projects.

It gave me a better way to organize and structure my team. Meetings are more effective and communication has been improved thanks to it.

Sometimes the files in freehands take a bit to load.

What do you like best about the product?
This product is intuitive and has the right features on its dashboard that helps to express your thoughts and easily corroborate with your team and customers respectively. The features are very easy and simple to use which has helped a lot to make it the only Tool in our organisation for remote interaction and sharing of ideologies in a more convenient more. Miro conveys an ease of use fully,including the varieties of of tools that allows the system to be operated in an adequate manner. This makes the application being the only based communication through video and as a multifunctional. It's easy to bring structure to a really complex problem by visualizing the parts of the problem and guides you on the starting point. The application can be used on important presentations such as legal matters because it provides a great way to delineate data through time.

I don't dislike anything in particular unless in the near future if anything comes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When gathering requirements for application development,it's very easy and simple as it works well even with unexperienced person.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the different templates you can use in Miro. I think this platform is easy for users to learn and operate. I also like how customizable the workspace is when responding to and designing the space.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly like that I could not share my virtual workspace with people outside my organization. I also thought it was interesting. I also noticed that it could be a learning curve to navigate coming from Jamboard or Padlet so more tutorials would be nice for struggling users. I also do not think Miro is a good platform for younger users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using a virtual collaborative space where our team can share in design thinking while solving wicked problems. Miro has also be helpful in finding solutions with mind mapping.
Miro for impactful flowcharts and diagrams

The precreated templates and user created templates at miroverse

The whiteboard tools and experience on wireframing can be improved to cover multiple use cases.

Miro helps me create quick and easy diagrams, charts and visuals.
Very nice and easy to use website
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very collaborative experience where you can experiment with all sorts of people and have a lot of different tools to enhance your business. Its unlike anything I've ever seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the website can be a bit slow; this may be due to the number of visitors using the site and thus prohibits a good experience. But most of the time, everything runs smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I go on InVision to brainstorm ideas and think about new ways to solve problems that I myself may be having in my studies or job. I also think its a great tool to graph and design.

What do you like best about the product?
After trying several tools offering virtual meetings, Miro proved to beat them all. It allows remote working, ensuring no team member is left out due to connectivity issues. Also, it encourages real-time visuals when dealing with a team, making conversations regarding complex topics easy to plan and discuss.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is an excellent tool for remote discussions on more complex and sensitive topics. Such remote talks can be easily documented on Miro. It was also easy to adapt to meet one's needs, which helped every team member.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helped reduce the time spent moving from one venue to another to attend meetings. It also allowed working remotely, ensuring that work did not pause due to an individual's location. Lastly, Miro offers a wide range of functions to choose from that help visualize and track a project's progress.
