Really easy to use and useful
What do you like best about the product?
Miro's learning curve is not high. For me, it's one of the best visualisation solutions out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The selection lasso is not intuitive. To select an element that stands on top of other elements you have to do an overall selection and then deselect undesired things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows visualising complex topics instead of writing them down in a chat, which makes it easier to understand.
Amazing software for communicating ideas
What do you like best about the product?
Mind and conceptual mapping. Infinite sized canvas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation is not that intuitive. Had to spend some time how to get around and find tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works better than powerpoint and is easier to use than MS Project.
Visual tool for ideas
What do you like best about the product?
We use miro for creating flow charts, process maps, stakeholder maps, user stories, whiteboards and many other things. Miro is easy to use and document information in real time while we are on a virtual team call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro does require a bit of time to learn and get use to, especially if it's your first time and you are not familiar with a similar mapping tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro aids the project team with planning and organizing projects. We easily create "as Is" and "to be" process maps for project requirements gathering stages. We can capture all our processes for each user story. W e also use it to create project life cycle charts, stakeholder maps and personas. A great tool to use as a whiteboard for brainstorming sessions with the team.
Easy to use with many opportunities to learn as you go
What do you like best about the product?
Aesthetic and simple to use. I love the templates and how just exploring them can help me structure my project plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
Content can fill up quite easily if a large group is modifying the document. It can become overwhelming.

Collaboration on the next level!
What do you like best about the product?
Collaborating with my teams and colleagues both in real time and asynchronously using Miro has taken our planning and brainstorming to the next level. Better than any other whiteboard ING tools out there and constantly getting useful updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love the ability to customise how scrolling and zooming actions worked
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Both real time and asynchronously collaborating with colleagues brings so much time saving to our process and really helps make us productive
Miro: keeping control and insight on all kind of data
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to collect and arrange all kinds of data in a visual way makes it easy to keep control and insight. Also makes it easier tot share data with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes very slow in showing the grid or reacting on activity. That makes it less predictable when used in meetings. That frustrates me sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives oversight in data and it is easy to rearrange data. Also its easy to make diagrams/flows, that can be turned into an image copied in another document.
Best in class, great for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Amazingly intuitive. So user friendly. Everything works like it is supposed to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes boards are either way too zoomed in or way too zoomed out. It's hard to keep track of everything. Or some frames are tiny, while others are huge. Sometimes can be hard to manage multiple frames.
Also over time as more items are added to the board, it becomes much slower to load and to use
Occassionally hard to find boards I am looking for. I belong to multiple different teams and I seem to have to search through different search bars in different teams to find what I'm looking for, it's a pain

We use for everything - initial backlogs, ideation sessions, building roadmaps, collaborating, arch diagrams, etc.
Miro is great for collaboration and documentation of business processes, working sessions, and more!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and shareable in a remote setting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't always find the template I am looking for and exporting into a presentable format is a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We map out our current and future state for all teams to understand and work together in a shared space.
Miro has become an indispensable collaboration tool in both my business and personal life
What do you like best about the product?
During the pandemic, Miro became an indispensable collaboration tool for teams in my organization, though our use and love started in the Before Times. Miro has almost totally replaced physical whiteboards and in many cases has replaced PowerPoint for presentations. Even when we returned to work we all agreed we would keep using Miro. Gone are the days of taking photos of whiteboards after meetings and workshops and then spending time digitizing them and trying to read bad handwriting! Many of the professional communities of practice I am a member of have started using Miro and sharing board templates. Beyond the daily business uses, I have started to use Miro in my personal life when planning travel and playing complex games with friends.
What do you dislike about the product?
The enterprise account my company uses auto logs people out very aggressively, which creates a minor annoyance and impediment throughout the day. Like with any tool there is a slight ramp-up period for new users, and irregular users will be re-learning Miro every time they use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides us with a robust tool for managing workshops and creating process models. Since its not constrained like a PowerPoint slide it gives us space to see inputs, ideas and decisions all in connection with each other which makes collaboration faster and more effective. It's a game changer for Retrospectives since it's much more engaging than text-based tools. I've started to use it as a personal Kanban board as well as Kanban boards with my direct reports which is a vast improvement over text-based tools.
Very useful for planning with bigger teams and for knowledge exchange in company

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the board just disappears when getting to big (refresh helps)
Would like to have more templates for IT developing
The board should be more responsive (maybe issue in our company)
