What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Miro's comprehensive set of features that allow for seamless, real-time collaboration between team members. Features such as customizable boards, dynamic sticky notes, and in-app chat are perfect for helping teams brainstorm, plan and organize virtually.
Miro also offers powerful integrations with other popular tools like Jira, Trello and Slack for further convenience.
Additionally, the intuitive user interface provides an easy learning curve for even the least tech-savvy members of the team.

What do you dislike about the product?
Miro has limited file storage, which may cause problems for larger projects. And the software's search features can sometimes be inaccurate, making it difficult to find specific items in a hurry.
Finally, the mobile app is still lacking in features compared to the desktop version, which could be an issue for teams working from multiple devices.

Miro is an invaluable tool for our company for remote collaboration. With its powerful features, I can communicate efficiently with members and clients.
Tools such as brainstorming are perfect to resume information and explain it to anyone.

What do you like best about the product?
The premise of Miro (for me) is an infinite whiteboard, and that is definitely one of the best things about it. You don't have to worry about space and can build and build as you continue to work. It's easy to tidy up later and copy/paste things around or between boards as you need. It's got loads of great templates and is a joy to work with - it's super simple and intuitive. Oh and the seamless collaboration that is fully online is AMAZING. It's so useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the templates are bit limited and can be difficult to work with
The auto-switch between trackpad and mouse isn't always very smooth
Searching for a board when you're a member of multiple spaces is a bit rubbish - you need to search in the right place
Not having a full enterprise licence is annoying...

It makes collaboration on Product Management and design tasks so much easier by being 'live', with everyone working together closely and making it so easy to visualise everything.

Certain features are not natively available on Miro and may require integration with a third-party tool.

What do you like best about the product?
It's clear why I love Miro the most: it has evolved significantly since my last use and now provides fantastic features, simplicity of usage, dependability, and compatibility with existing processes. With its powerful functionality complimented by the ease of use that even non-tech savvy people can understand - it is revolutionizing what a collaboration workspace should be capable of! Its ability to customize our process quickly was one of the main reasons we chose this platform over others, such as Lucid or Collaboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like that the free edition of Miro does not support high-quality PDF export, which means it cannot be used to create documents or other information for hard copies and printing. A high Internet speed is essential for successful operation since large files from multiple locations cause problems when uploaded by various users at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem with Miro is that it can take time to navigate the many features to make the most of its advantages. While it has been beneficial for organizing and sharing thoughts during online seminars, users must spend a considerable amount of time learning how to use all of Miro's tools properly so they may take full advantage both as an individual and when working together with a group.

Connection problem, error when accessing a link to a new board and still redirecting to an old board. Could have more stability to load files and videos, as well as video calls. Maybe have more resources to create wireframes, update the existing library.

Miro helps me solve the problem of showing the process and asking for collaboration from the colleagues involved. I become more productive by being able to use Miro's resources, as it helps me organize the mental clutter of work and create large boards of everything.
