Miro - The best tool to collaborate digitally
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful about Miro is that the entire team can collaborate simultanoeusly and live as if they were in a meeting room and sharing thoughts on a whiteboard. And the upside is that it is all digital; hence, everything on the Miro board gets saved digitally for use later.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, after a lot of stuff had been written on the Miro Board, finding things on the Miro board was a bit difficult. We would have to zoom in and out to locate the things. But later, when we used it more and more, we could organize and use it efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the biggest problem of collaborating simultaneously when people are sitting remotely. It replaces the need for physical whiteboards and physical presence. Not only that, all the content is digitally saved for later, which solves the purpose of taking pictures of the whiteboard after a meeting or discussion. Miro has benefitted my team and me in having healthy and fruitful design discussions while we were working from home during COVID-19. And have ever since been using it for everything.
Miro is a revolutionary tool for boosting team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is versatile and easy to use. From creating boards and collaborating with teams to creating mind maps and Gantt charts, everything can be done quickly, intuitively and with the assurance that the most accurate and up-to-date information is accessible to any user.
I like how easy it is to share links and documents with the team, and creating polls and surveys is very useful.
Miro is also an excellent resource for video conferencing, allowing users to join and control a meeting from anywhere.

What do you dislike about the product?
I may not appreciate the lack of customization regarding the visual layout of boards and diagrams. While the design is easy to use and navigate, there's limited ability to adjust the look and feel of the space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has many uses that help boost team collaborations and efficiency. The software enables our teams to work together seamlessly.
Additionally, I use it for video conferencing and sharing links and documents for better communication.

I cannot add video and sometimes I miss it, especially when I am presenting insights related to UX research. Audio and video are compelling tools and I wish I could include them,.

Top-tier whiteboarding platform with powerful collaboration tools
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about miro is the emphasis they have put on the powerful and dynamic tools for collaboration. Miro supports a number of integrations with our existing systems which makes it scalable. Miro is intuitive and it has an understable user interface which is feature rich. The deployment and set up of this tool was as easy as they come despite the fact that it has lots of tools and functionalities which is a testament of how well it has been designed.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can not access all the features of this platform while offline. I think its offline capabilities should be improved. New users may find miro to be overwhelming at first but once they are past the initial stages it becomes easier. Moving boards can be challenging at times. Apart from that everything works fine for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is an all inclusive platform with tools that support visual collaboration, meetings and other essential workflows. It connects company members and applications to one place to streamline operations. It has pushed our productivity levels forward by improving creativity significantly. Miro's whiteboarding is unique compared to similar tools.
Excellent for different educational dynamics
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to be limited only by your creativity, you can do an excellent job just by being creative, helps to make other types of assessments outside the norm.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tools are not very intuitive and you have to spend quite a bit of time guessing what they do. I would like a tool that allows you to cut freely and not just geometrically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was a platform for my final evaluation in a university course, to give it a more graphical use and outside of the traditional evaluations, we had to make a board from scratch to explain a topic.
Very Friendly User Interface
What do you like best about the product?
It is very helpful for team collaboration!
What do you dislike about the product?
It did take longer than we thought to onboard for basic functionality, but once that was established it felt like we were able to get a grasp quickly.

Highly recommend, good aesthetics for diagrams and great features for real time collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is very easy to use for beginners and well suited in real time collaboration. Many features make collaboration /visualisation work very smoothly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the default features are quite basic:
> Tables in particular are very basic and a little clunky to use or add data too.
> There are few functions to manage/organize pages. You can add pages to a folder ('project'), but some additional features such as tags or subfolders would help.

I always recommend Miro as a go-to whiteboard
What do you like best about the product?
It is so intuitive and easy to pick up. I've had many people not use Miro before and come to use it for one of my workshops or sessions and pick up how to use it very quickly. I personally like diagramming and wireframing for my job as it's quick and easy to apply quick digital sketches of user journeys and flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the removal of the web capture feature with no real explanation for why. I was directed to an article but it didn't outline any reason for the removal. There was speculation that perhaps it wasn't used enough, that it was buggy etc. But I really used it a lot in my work. Of course there are system workarounds, but I now feel like it's not worth my time and I might as well use other programs such as Figma or Figjam to host web clippings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to house my brain dumps and still make sense of it. I am able to walk people through my thinking behind a topic and I'm able to draw out flows and journeys a lot easier than other apps or programs. It makes it easy to share my work without having to adjust permissions all the time and is one of the easiest share settings around.
Amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
So useful and easy to acces. We shared one pin for all my team and it was limited quality and satisfaction
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the features are less accessibleIf you do not have a premiuum account

You can share a likited space with all your team mates or with your colleagues. It helps you to be more creative with the colors and different tables or graphics
