Effortless Collaboration, Intuitive Design
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for creating mind maps, corporation maps like employee trees, and blueprinting, and I find it easy to access and read. The entire team can work on the same map in real time, which makes it easy to stay on the same page. I like the easiness and how content is customer-friendly. It's very fast, and I appreciate that I don't need to wait for updates or refresh the website. I really value the sticky notes feature, as it helps me stay focused. The initial setup was very easy, aligning with how Miro is generally easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is easy to access and read; it lets my entire team collaborate on the same map in real-time, keeping everyone on the same page. It's fast and doesn't require refreshes. Its ease and customer-friendly content make it enjoyable to use.
Perfect for Project Presentations and Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Miro for its image processing capabilities and the ability to add informative elements to presentation slides. This makes it easier for me to create more engaging and informative presentations to show everyone. By adding these features, I'm able to address complex problems more quickly, allowing others to see and benefit from the solutions. It's helpful for collaboration with backend users, frontend engineers, and API developers in one place. I also find the initial setup of Miro very easy since we just need to create a dashboard and share the URL with our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Miro is working very well, but adding a voice processing feature would be helpful. It would allow people to save their voice about any problem, especially since sometimes people can't write all the text in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me make an attractive pitch in one place, allowing back-end users, front-end engineers, and API developers to work together efficiently. It also enables us to address complex problems quickly, providing a platform where others can see and rectify issues.
Practical and Infinite, Miro for a Smooth Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using Miro for the commercial structuring of my clients. I am very pleased with the infinite aspect of Miro, as there is no limit to adding as many documents as I want, which is really convenient. I also appreciate the fact that I can invite as many collaborators as I want, which greatly facilitates client follow-up. I am also very satisfied with Lucie Chart's transition to Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that platforms on phones may not be the most optimized. Phones and tablets. I think it can be much more optimized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that Miro makes it much easier for me to track and work, especially with multiple platforms and clients. It's convenient for structuring my clients' business.
Exceptional Collaboration Features Make Teamwork Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion, the most valuable aspect of Miro is its collaboration capabilities with team members. I especially appreciate being able to share boards with different teams while controlling their access levels. That feature is something I truly enjoy. I love one more thing about Miro, that is there customer support. Amazing Customer Support.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a designer, I also use Figma, but I prefer to choose different tools depending on the specific task at hand. When it comes to Miro, I can't say that I dislike anything about it, since my needs are quite particular.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has been instrumental in helping me manage and adjust the flow of business operations. Whenever I need to modify the process, I simply update the flow chart, and then I can easily share the revised version with my team. This makes it much more efficient to communicate changes and keep everyone on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
As a marketing strategy consultant, I find it easy to use this tool daily to visually represent marketing flows, customer journeys, or to map out various campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue with the online version is that it sometimes takes a while to load before you can make any changes.

By allowing me to turn my ideas into concrete mapping examples, this tool helps me design campaigns more effectively. It also saves time, as having all the visuals in one place makes it easy to present the mind mapping to my team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can see everything on one board with Miro. There are many formats, shapes, and tools available that help make my board make sense and look visual. The different formats help make more sense of different types of info or ideas. Plus, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a guided process to help me answer the right questions to plan out my product board more effectively.

I use Miro to map things out and see ideas clearly as a product manager. It helps me group ideas effectively to decide execution steps, offering formats and tools to visualize my plans.
Great for Engineering Diagrams, Needs Node Customization

I like everything about Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating nodes for fluxograms is a bit troublesome. I wish there was the ability to change the size and font of any node at will.

I use Miro for creating fluxograms, which helps with engineering work, but creating nodes is a bit troublesome.

Effortless Visualization with User-Friendly UI
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro to visualize information on a topic or plan, which is very helpful because it's difficult to visualize without it. I like Miro's UI/UX because it's very friendly, and the collaboration feature is also something I appreciate. Setting it up was super easy—just click and click!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the format text like MS Word.

Endless Flexibility and Templates for Business Process Mapping
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me the freedom to map out my business process. I have so many options to choose from, there are also templates that I could readily use. Although I mostly prefer having a blank screen to use as a canvas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inviting users to participate with oneself is not the smoothest you could imagine. I need to get the other person to create an account, only then can they start contributing. I wish Miro had a guest login kind of thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a project I was required to map out my business process, had I used the traditional paper and pen, I would have struggled. But fortunately I had miro boards. It allowed me the ease of mapping out the entire process end to end and then even invite my manager and colleagues to chip in.
