What do you like best about the product?
- Real-time Collaboration: Working with colleagues on a shared board feels seamless, whether we're planning sprints, brainstorming ideas, or mapping workflows.
- Intuitive UI: The drag-and-drop functionality, sticky notes, and templates make it easy to structure our planning sessions.
- Integration with Development Tools: I'm usually syncing with Jira, makes the transition from planning to execution smooth.
- Flexible and Scalable: It works well for both small teams and large-scale software projects.
- Easy to implementation: Since it's a web based application, i don't need to install additional software, just open it in browser and do anything with it.
- Frequency of Use: Usually i use it before start sprint on the development phase, i use it for breaking down big task into smaller piece, so i can work on my sprint smoothly

- Performance Issues on Large Boards: When working with complex sprint breakdowns, the board can get sluggish.
- Limited Free Plan: While the free version is great for small projects, advanced features require a paid plan.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm as a team member of development team, can collaborate easily when working with small to large of teams, because of the flexibility about creating board without any additioinal software on my computer. Also, since it's web based application, and every integration are autosaving to the cloud, i dont need to worry if i lost connection or my computer is trouble accidentally because it will auto save on our last work immediately.

Review of Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro helps to have hybrid work and to have shared working space with team members who are located in different geographical places. Another beneficial feature is updating and changing stuff in Miro in real-time.
Integration with other apps gives smooth user experience and create kind of addiction to this platform.
I also like templates and tools provided by Miro for brainstorming to project managment.
I experience interface is a user-friendly which is another big plus. I find tools I need very intuitevely and navigating across tools in Miro is very convenient.
I always had difficulties with able to visualizing ideas and find Miro as a good support for that.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that the pricing model can be a bit steep for smaller teams. The cost was a barrier for me when I was managing project on my previous work and could not afford to buy Miro because of the limited budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After COVID we started to work remotely and hybrid is a new reality for many organisation and companies. We use it as a additional support in bulding our projects over countries.
I am not working as project manager any more, but could se from talking with my manager that Miro still pays a crutial role in providing a certain level of control over project implementation

Great Visual Planning/Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an excellent tool for collaboration, brainstorming, and visual planning. I love the wide variety of templates and the flexibility of the freeform design options, which make it easy to get my thoughts and plans down in a visually appealing way. The collaboration features are top-notch, allowing teams to work together seamlessly in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback I’ve experienced is with the iPadOS app—it doesn’t support the squeeze feature of the Apple Pencil Pro, which limits some creative flexibility. Despite this minor issue, Miro remains a powerful and versatile tool that I would highly recommend for both individual and team projects!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to have a simple-to-use, pretty-to-look-at collaboration tool that you can use across a variety of platforms (desktop app, website, mobile app)
Great addition to the Operator's tech stack
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive and easy to start using - things just work how you'd expect them to work within Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is 'another tool' - even with all of the integrations you can use it can become another silo for documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use Miro to map our business processes. It is much easier to use in this way than google suite or other solutions and makes collaborating easy which is important since many of the people I work with are in a different location. I feel like it allows me to put complex processes into a format that can be more easily understood by stakeholders, which is helpful for documentation and even training/onboarding.
