Miro is helping our team get its work done
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been a helpful space where our product designers have been able to do a wide range of work. We use it as a space for exploring ideas individually, between peers, or as a whole group. It's also a useful self-documenting tool -- that is, no need to create a separate Confluence page to describe the outcomes of a meeting. For example, today I was onboarding a new team member, and it was easy to pop into a Miro workshop board from several months ago to discuss how our team had worked toward an OKR objective/result in the Q1 of 2021.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle selecting an item to edit it and then inadvertantly selecting another tool with a keyboard shortcut. That's because I can double click on an object and think that it's in an editable state, but it's not immediately clear that whether the object is or not. If it isn't, but I think it is, then as I start typing, keyboard shortcuts will change the tool to something unintended. I run into this issue repeatedly, even though I try to avoid it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro often to clarify thoughts that I have swirling around in my head. I use a mind map to get my ideas out of my head, and then begin to structure them. I've used that approach for project planning, or simply organizing my day.

Not clear about the integrations with other tools.

What do you dislike about the product?
The tendency to pick up a frame when trying to move around a board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a consultant working remotely during the last 15 months, Miro has been an invaluable tool in my successful delivery.
I have used Miro to create a visual Gannt style chart with one client as a collaborative project plan that staff from both companies used to keep track and focused on a time-pressured project.
It provided an excellent collaboration tool for another client when we used it as our meeting space, ideas repository, and design aid to create a range of training materials for external rollout.
It has provided an excellent visualization and ideation space for designing new curricula and process prototypes which I have used to present ideas to clients.

Never ever had any issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, if I have a big board it can be slow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is not about solving problems it's about mapping thoughts, processes, design and creating alignment between teams.
This is a creative tool to create things rather than solve problems.

Fantastic Little Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
templates, the easy UI, ability to share with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is a little learning curve. after that it's great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we're solving all the problems, really. it's so easy to collaborate with so many others at the same time.

Initially difficult to grasp, yet a stunning visual board
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is one of my favorite apps because it is readily available on all platforms and accessible from anywhere via an internet connection, regardless of whether the device is a mobile phone, a laptop, or a desktop computer. Furthermore, I can engage visually with my coworkers while working from home, as if we were all seated at the same workstation at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The versioning of Miro boards is one of the biggest problems I see. It's mandatory to replicate panels if I need to retain a copy for reference before making a substantial change to the board.  Also, downloading the files into different formats can be complicated because one must first pick and capture the frame before downloading the file into the desired format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We appreciate how effortlessly Miro allows us to plan, develop, and collaborate on our complete customer journey maps, business models, and project management. We especially enjoy how seamless it is to plan, create, and collaborate on our entire visual plans.

Easy to work with specially for remote teams
What do you like best about the product?
That you can use the boards for all scrum ceremonies
What do you dislike about the product?
That it has a limit of storage, I can't use the same board for all the quarters, I have to erase the previous information when a new quarter begins
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With remote teams we can interact with the board while we are in meetings

An excellent way to collaborate remotely and continuously
What do you like best about the product?
All devices and some great training matetial
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to get started as there are so many options until you've done a bit of training
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single place for a few of us new starters to join forces and compare thoughts and noted
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sign up for the intro training before getting started properly

                            My favorite work tool
What do you like best about the product?
The usability, the easy way to use the post-its, how it is collaborative. I use Miro for every project and in almost every step (brainstorms, planning, timelines). It is so easy to organize my ideas and make the projects easy to explain to my colleagues. I also like how I learned to use Miro very fast. The in-app communication is also a highlight, I always know what's new and it allows me to explore new features quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no easy way to build tables and I'd like to have the option to use different fonts and sizes in the same textbox. I think Miro could have more templates options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to be very messy with my projects ideas and now I use Miro to organize better every step of my process. I can see that this helped me a lot to present my ideas, follow processes and centralize every information I found in one place. Every time I had a new idea to show, it was difficult to explain without the visual part, and now, I can put all I need on a board and that's it. Miro really helps me to improve my productivity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure your whole team use Miro, it will help a lot to engage in projects collaboratively.

Miro is helping me to fill the space the physical office left in my heart
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Miro provides features that capture the atmosphere of what a collaborative work is, so my favorite pieces are the clock for setting the time for the dynamics, the play to put nice music that inspires people to collaborate, and the easiness to create the workspaces in a customizable way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I never use the templates, because I think I produce more if I start from scratch. I also think the zoom-in zoom-out dynamic could be even smoother. But both are details, not a big deal, Miro is perfect, I couldn't live without <3
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the biggest challenge we have this year with the quarantine but also the biggest challenge of design: putting multiple ideas together in the same space in a digestible way. We are simulating office dynamics, brainstorming online, and at the end create diagrams and getting the information organized and accessible to everyone. I could see the benefits of team building, a better understanding of business needs that saves time at the end of the strategic process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend to use Miro with an open mind, there's so many possibilities there that you will be surprised. Release the hand of the templates and go free with the incredible and carefully designed Miro features!
