After I started using Miro for most of my work responsibilities, things got a lot easier for me.
What do you like best about the product?
The comment part is my favorite part because if I'm going to prepare a presentation, I don't want long sentences in the presentation and I keep those articles in a comment.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a MacBook user, I am very used to using safari but miro does not work as well as google chrome in safari. I started using google chrome for miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I didn't have my computer with me, I had problems when there was an urgent work-related problem, but thanks to Miro's mobile application, I can update the tables I created anytime, anywhere.
Time Management Made Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Miro is to use and how elegant the design is. I learned it fairly quickly and I have come to rely on Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think that I dislike about Miro. I have used Miro on all of my major projects and I have yet to find a limitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it mainly for mapping out what I want to accomplish. It paints a clear to first myself and then to my stakeholders on what path we are going. We have found this visualization to be helpful and effective.
Powerful board for digital workshops and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Top functions:
- excellent digital version of a workshop done in a meeting room -> options to work silently (bulk notes), options to work together, ... It really makes me feel as if I was in the meeting room, even though we all connect from home
- easy to keep an overview even if multiple people are working on the document at the same time, adding own ideas, and contributing to points that others have published
- the tool seems to impress when we have joint sessions with external clients
Besides the whiteboard with sticky notes, the tool also enables to put in pictures, text boxes, tables, so it can replace also some other document tools, when collaboration is of a higher importance than document formatting, availability to print etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
Miro takes a while to get used to, and even then it can happen that a person by accident moves or deletes something that should not be changed. Luckily there is the undo function to fix these right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is regularly supporting our team meetings where we need to work collaboratively in a workshop, or work on a topic together over an extended period of time.
Miro has everything I need in one place.
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is the most complete tool for me, it has everything I need and more. I don't think any other tool has the same features as Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
Google Images plugin isn't working as it used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with design, so I use it for collaborating with colleagues and clients. With Miro, I can centralize all I need in one single place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You won't regret choosing Miro, it's an awesome tool that will help you a lot in your daily activities. It has a lot of different plugins to install and use to facilitate your day by day. I use it every day and have nothing to complain about. You can check it out and try it by yourself. The more you use it, the more you will love it. If you want to collaborate with others and centralize your links, documents, and discoveries, Miro is the right thing for you. Using Miro is very easy, and it is always getting better with new features and plugins appearing all the time. I tried other whiteboard tools and I can say that they don't have the same features as Miro has. It is a working tool that is also very fun to use, everything is very intuitive, so you always know where to find the features you need. The odds are that if you need a feature, Miro will have it to offer to you. Try it by yourself and you will understand what I am talking about, you will get addicted to Miro, LOL.
Miro is Visio on steroids
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of using Miro are collaborating live on the virtual whiteboard to create a chart or diagram. I've used other programs, and real-time synchronous collaboration is not as they say it is. I like the fact that there are many templates of diagrams to choose from and a good set of training videos to help you along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX is rather cluttered. For someone who has expert use in other collaborative software, initially, there is lots to figure out i.e., how to share the whiteboard, how to get help, what all the buttons and functions do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating storyboards for online learning collaboratively. Also, the opportunity to share ideas virtually with a geographically disparate team is useful synchrounously.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro has myriad ways of drawing charts and diagrams, and with that, you can collaborate with peers, so all the better.
If you love diagrams, mind maps, and all kind of drawing, then MIRO is what you are looking for
What do you like best about the product?
Ufff, their intuitive interface, and of course, the amazing templates library. Miro came into my life when I was looking for a solution that helps me to transfer what is inside my head into graphics, and I am so happy I found it.
More recently I loved the App for Zoom. Now I can use Miro to teach without needing to share my display.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything, I am very satisfied with Miro, but I would love to also use it to draw funnels so I don't have to use another tool for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am always buying sketchbooks to draw my ideas, strategies, and more. The problem with that is that sometimes they get erased or the sheets get lost, so I lost work. Last year I designed a very big flowchart for a project and for some reason I couldn't find it later.
Also, I am a teacher and sometimes I need to show my students things on the go. For that I use drawing since my brain works better in that way. When classes were presential, I used blackboard for that, but now classes are virtual I can use Miro for that, especially after they launched the APP for Zoom.
Now, for that kind of thing, I use Miro.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't get overwhelmed over all the options of templates. Just find out what you need, the goal and using that pick.
high value collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
it is very roch on free version features including great icons finder plugin and sticky notes recognition
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes its difficult for collaborators to get in
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
brainstorming, planning, visualisations. easy and professional
Recommendations to others considering the product:
just try it out and you will love it
Product Manager review
What do you like best about the product?
It's so intuitive. Miro really consider their users needs. Every feature I could imagine is within the platform and they all work as expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to share boards externally with people who don't use MIro
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross team collaboration / workshops to solve problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's really easy to use and simple to learn
Great tool for teams, consultants & enterprises
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using MIro for almost 4 years, first with a consultant profile. I was impressed by the ease of access for the external collaborators I invited to use Miro and the close to the non-existing on-boarding time needed.
The tool is equally suitable for wireframing, diagramming, brainstorming, and product discovery. My customers loved it.
2 years ago, the company I work for purchased Enterprise licenses after a comparison with Mural, LucidSpark and FigJam. The flexible licensing model of Miro is really good, and allows us to grow the usage on a pace that fits our budget and needs. After 2 years of usage, we are still happy about this product and especially happy about the constant user-centric development that always keeps the product fit for our needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
Miro offers everything that could be considered a must for virtual collaboration. Nevertheless, there are several areas of improvement that Miro team could work on to make their product even greater:
1. Jira Cards integration is done on a team level, not on Enterprise subscription level. We have 15+ teams in our enterprise subscription, meaning we need to do the integration 15 times.
2. Some competitors are more focused on Agile flow support & Jira integrations and offer Dynamic backlog management tools (LucidSpark and Stormboard), so it will be great if Miro focuses on this in the near future.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Miro in several directions:
1. Goal Setting (Objectives and Key Results), their set-up and tracking in a collaborative model;
2. Quarterly planning events and workshops;
3. Product discovery sessions.
4. Roadmap planning & Roadmap updates.
The main benefits we get from Miro are ease of communication, visualization of progress, transparency, and enhanced collaboration between teams.
The integration with Jira helps us automate part of the flow of planning, removing the need to transfer information from a whiteboard to the planning tool!

I use Miro for work, writing projects, and even to organize my personal life
What do you like best about the product?
Miro allows seamless collaboration for multiple people. For one project, even when I was with my stakeholder and team in the same room together with a whiteboard, we still chose to use Miro over using the physical whiteboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing except that maybe the boards load quite slowly when I'm switching user accounts. Because after work I have to switch from my work email to my personal email, and load the boards again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great at organising information during a creative process. The ability to move ideas (stickies) around far more easily than any text editor is invaluable. If you're interviewing users, rearrange the notes from their answers to really bring out the Theme of the message they were trying to get across. If you're writing a novel, drag and drop to reorder your chapters.
