  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like this online tool, because make ease to manage dashboard and create things in a collaborative way with the other person of the team. I think it was created well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find nothing relevant that is not ok inside this tool. Maybe the only one thing is that can be added some new feature to have more appeal, rather than other software doing the same thing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issue that the online tool solve is capability to work together on the same page. That's a beautiful thing if we need to collaborate in creating dashboard, tables, create a map of activities to do (like a breakdown). Very powerful tool in my opinion.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the clean UI and collaboration features. We have been using Miro for a couple of months - the in-app guides are helpful to get up to speed with the application and its many features
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, Miro works well for my team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work virtually. We use Miro to brainstorm within the team (more ideas, in lesser time). We use the same board to chalk up prototypes, test them out and make executive presentations

Great tool to brainstorm and collaborate

What do you like best about the product?
-Miro makes it ridiculously simple for teams to work together on projects and interactive workshops in a hybrid work environment. The applications are nearly limitless. - Miro's large canvas allows me to utilise the same board for numerous sessions and return to it for reference.

- Miro's presentation mode is an excellent tool for taking charge and presenting to the entire team.

- Small yet important features like voting and timers boost efficiency.

- Work on new ideas and workshops involving each team became easy.

-Great choices of templates to start working and initiating ideas
What do you dislike about the product?
-it's more difficult to discover a certain tool you want to use, but with a short search on Google, you'll readily find it again and never forget.
-tracking history functionality, allowing collaborators to directly change someone's work while displaying what has been changed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables interactive instances with a large number of people, it is used for product presentations, research activities, it is used to have a canvas grouped by projects, and it enables free management of canvas permissions to add external to the project. Considering the way we can share information having a work from home structure almost like we are in there, having those tools that aid to increase communication, we have our project planning meetings done very rapidly with this.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I facilitate all meetings with Miro. We create our Opportunity Solution Trees in Miro.

Brilliant planning and strategy tool

What do you like best about the product?
Miro has templates for most planning activities. I use the empathy map and tables quite a lot to plan user journey aspects in the form of a matrix.
While there are a specific tools dedicated to each practice like UX design Miro, is my go to tool that meets most of my product management needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The team and project management aspect usually comes in the way of inviting new users although within the same org. That experience could be better but, thats a minor con.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it enables me to think and visually map ideas and seek contributions. Some of these are just text, sometimes links, plans from other teams and managers. Miro can absorb all of it and arrange nicely. It also enables copying and pasting from excel in the form of sticky notes. That's amazing when you are trying to consolidate large planning matrices.

Realtime sharing of cursors and live editing if much more engaging and performant than a screen share.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability for creative collaboration during meetings. I know conduct most of my marketing workshop meetings using miro and so it is a great way to ideate and experiment as a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
More integrations with google would be helpful. Also look forward to a day where more people are using it as registering new colleagues can sometime be a bother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Somwtimes it can be diffciult to ideate and experiment digitally. most of my job is now working from home, but miro allows for creativity in a hybrid working model.

Very happy with Miro to empower me to do proper business analysis

  • November 16, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro makes working together on one board so easy. In addition, it's versatile: I use it for presentations, brainstorming and workshops.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides of Miro is the inability to summarise information (in my case: business analysis) in a structured manner for people who have not yet been introduced to the topic to read. Today I use Confluence for this purpose. It could be, however, that this is possible with Miro, but I don't know yet how.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Miro is solving for me is the ability to workshop with colleagues online. In my work, it's crucial to have all stakeholders onboard to get to a proper problem definition.
