Great flexible platform I highly recommend
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a great platform for building visual workboards and whiteboards. The ability to create your own boards, save a template and share with others is something I really value in the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have more customization in how you view items in the main menu...for example the ability to locate a visual board and sort by date modified and created by a coworker would be nice to have improvement with how the searching can be done in the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building materials to support marketing, like mapping out complex campaign workflows, mocking up tech requirements and supporting technical data diagrams. Visualizing and capturing these needs is a great use for this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to invite others to collaborate real time. I also like being able to use it to be more organized and efficient especially in planning my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about Miro. However, there have been a couple times when the application was not available and we had to post-pone our meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work remotely. Therefore, Miro helps me to connect easily with others.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy and fun to use. Features to uplift the environment in meetings (for example, stickers). Excellent customer service if you need help with anything. Unlimited space in the whiteboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team has found adding line arrows a bit frustrating from time to time since it doesn't let you make a 90-degree turn; there is no option to make rounded edges sharper, which I wish they would add at some point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is a fantastic tool to bring co-workers together from their homes. It lets you interact in real-time, making brainstorming more efficient than other platforms. It provides many tools to suit everybody's needs.
Amazing visualization tool for our company and personal use
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is our go-to tool for collaboration or any visual aid discussion we wanted to have. It works wonderfully with all the different stakeholder beat product, business, tech or customer support.

What do you dislike about the product?
When the miro freezes a bit on the increase in the number of collaborators.

Way of presentation and training has totally changed with Miro in my case and recommend for all
Miro - My Favorite for Workflows and Diagramming!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and collaboration. A broad range of templates to help across a wide variety of use cases. I use it at work to create complex diagrams, and also for my personal use to help track my workouts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can take a while to get used to how everything works, but after you do, it's smooth sailing! Sometimes the arrows do funky things on my workflows, but I can usually figure it out!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to solve complex business workflows. I like that I am able to create my own templates so everything can stay consistent for workflows across my entire company.
Multifaceted Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro allows a 'mind-dump' using the bulk sticky note feature. You can get all the things on your mind out - from work to home to projects. This feature allows you to then sort, organize, give details to, break it down and prioritize. I love how this makes my mind clear for then focusing on the highest priorities.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it seems a bit overwhelming to use, and to know how to implement it successfully without loosing time in the transistion. But there are a lot of instructional tutorials to help you, it just takes a little investment of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows a personal integration of mind-mapping, presentations, brainstorming and team organization into the daily workday. It also allows all team members to see where each other is at, which eliminates duplicate work.

How to make meetings less boring and more engaging
Miro is very helpful for planning and running strategic workshops.
What do you like best about the product?
I love this collaboration tool. It's intuitive, making it very easy for non-techy people. The templates are handy. Potent, simple, and well-designed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit pricey but worth it. Nothing else.

Mostly workshop planning and brainstorming. The timer and the voting are very helpful.
Miro for the next Millennia
What do you like best about the product?
Once you know what a tool does, they are fairly intuitive to use. The hidden features that display when prompted create a clean interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a time period of learning what and where the tools are prior to being able to start creating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Miro for online coursework and it provides a great way to create, share, and view other students' work.
