Invision is great for remote working

  • January 19, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
That I can view designs and wireframes online without having to use a physical whiteboard. I can easily work with my design team when shipping new features to our product.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be slow or buggy, for e.g. it can take a while to load sometimes. I don't have many other complaints about my experiences with InVision at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can view designs and wireframes created by my colleagues without having to physically see them, and the designs are professional. It helps us to see multiple design options easily before we create them in our actual product.

A great App to Brainstorm and Share Ideas

  • January 19, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how the application captures the feeling of free-handing ideas on a whiteboard within a digital space, as well as allowing the seamless integration of other important applications to those ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
After using this app I cannot say there have been any downsides or limitations to use. Perhaps allow for customization of key bindings? This may be a feature currently available, but I am unable to access it or locate it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is taking an office whiteboard to the next level! Adding sharability, organization, and free flow thought that is available everywhere, anytime, wherever there is internet. Super beneficial for remote team collaboration.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The most important thing for me is that the platform responds quickly, and doesn't crash during use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need more templates, with more content, the possibility of using it in Spanish as well, since we use it in Chile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
variety of platforms available for remote collaboration

A whiteboard for post-pandemic needs

  • January 19, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We started working Freehand during middle of Covid-19 pandemic, but we are still using this in hybrid model in our company. We tested two major competitors as well (M*), but simplicity and feature selection were the best with Freehand
What do you dislike about the product?
There are 2 things that we miss, however we see they are available at competitor solutions - community templates and option to use assets created by other users. And number two - lack of dedicated mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freehand enable us, the teams, to replace the physical environment that we get used to work pre-pandemic for efficient digital whiteboard with like-real-life experience

Collaboration with customer and colleague on shared interface and getting feedback online has helped product development really fast with quality.
It helped in growing up of customer involvement with product development.

Freehand is comparatively awesome!

  • January 19, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of tools that help me with my UX research, testing, and mind-boarding. But the issue with most of them is that they are not full-fledged UX tools. Some platforms only provide mind mapping, and some provide brainstorming. But Invision is full suite as of now.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly like how you design stuff overall. And yeah, I really hate that if you set it up for a trackpad it's really an issue to switch back to mouse-friendly accessing.
But in general none of these issues are that severe and once you are friendly with it, it works like a charm.

As said in the recommendation selection above, I'll still suggest it to every one of my friends, I have a lot of requirements for such platforms and there's a lot of innovation we are able to see fortunately with these new products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It obviously is helping me with what it's built for, like mind mapping, brainstorming, a little of wireframing, and sometimes for random not UX concepts that I can talk to the team with. Like whiteboard can be used at scale for different requirements during a conference team call

Free Hand is Awesome

  • January 19, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I the brainstorming part. Even though everything like User testing, Roadmaps and all are good features. But brainstorming in general is something that I don't usually find somewhere else as properly implemented as on Freehand
What do you dislike about the product?
It hard to say what I dislike because for what it is built it's doing it's job greatly and I appreciate that. But since it's not means for full fledged designing that can be a thing that many people might not like, but I obviously don't judge so hard
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is filling the gap of my UX journey. There are dozens of tools that can help you with UI, Figma being the top one as of now. But all these platforms lag in terms of user testing and even brainstorming.
Freehand is helping me deliver great results to my clients as I am a UI/UX designer
