Miro is the best tool for remote collaboration ever invented!
What do you like best about the product?
Realtime collaboration. Infinite canvas. Useful tools and integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of....Miro is awesome. I've been waiting for better guest collaborator tools and now you have them in beta. Amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asynchronous brainstorming. Living canvas for project ideas/designs. Keeping remote teams engaged.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Lots of great tutorials and training all available for free. I definitely recommend reviewing to learn great tips/tricks not just for the tool itself, but also how to leverage remote collaboration tools.
Awesome collaboration tool for remote teams!
What do you like best about the product?
It's a really good replacement for the whiteboard, you can pretty much put anything on it and organize really well. It's great for running standups, brainstorms, feedback sessions, planning exercises and anything in-between!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get quite slow if you have a lot of stuff on the board or if you have a lot of collaborators working on it at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've replaced all our Whiteboard group activities with Miro during WFH times, it's quite useful, especially if you want to follow up and share the results with people (which you can't do well on the whiteboard).
We also started using Miro for a lot of organizational purposes, recently adapting it for running a 35ppl team standup & retrospective.
Beyond that, we've also switched a lot of meetings that would be just a conversation/review with some notes taken in OneNote/Email to Miro, so they became more visual with references, images, links, mind maps, etc.

Figma for Architects
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to communicate, live whiteboard in these remote corona times up and down the work pole to the incredible amount of detail needed across functions - Software and Machine Learning Engineers, PMs, Data Scientists. No more mind maps, concept graphs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish one could inline embed specific areas(specify grid focus basically) of a huge MIRO
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing architecture, design, data flow, threat model, conversion funnels, data pipelines
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just use it, you'll never look back!
A Must for Remote Work
What do you like best about the product?
The ability for my team to work together as if we are at the same white board in a physical setting. Because of Miro we have been able to continue our Lean initiatives while team members work remote. Miro support is great and very responsive with any questions; lots of great training material to get up to speed quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
so much functionality; can be overwhelming to a new user
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of Covid my team was sent home to work; without Miro we would not have been able to continue our Lean initiatives
Sharing in a virtual world doesn't have to be virtual.....
What do you like best about the product?
Eat of using pics, building collaboration spaces, Miroverse , Agile processes and Programme Boards....
What do you dislike about the product?
From a FIS perspective need Rally Feature bi synchronous stings... also want an ability to claw back data that has been deleted in error quickly...

Big room planning and Visible BVIR's
excellent experience creating the er diagrams and flow diagrams for project analysis
What do you like best about the product?
with the different shapes and ease of using them one can express his finding ans thoughts in more of a pictorial way with help of diagrams and flowcharts
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i am creating work flow diagrams of an analysis about a certain project
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are more into presentations and project planning ,collaborating over a project with other team mates , this tool will make you collaborate better and express your thoughts better
Miro for Live Collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is super easy to use. When they say "live collaboration," they mean it. You can see the mouse cursors of your colleagues moving around the board at the same time. Very neat.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Miro isn't great at presentations. That's really the only thing that falls short. That said, they have voting, activity timers, screen share, and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving ways for organizations to do "continuous improvement" projects better and faster in a virtual environment during this pandemic.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at Mural as their primary competitor, but Miro is the better solution. In general, Miro is providing us with exactly what we need, when we need it. Lastly, their pricing plans give you many options. For us, we needed something that could integrate with our existing service solutions while simultaneously being available to new clients and restricted between clients. Miro provides that with their "consultant" level plans.
love the templates that you offer
What do you like best about the product?
well explained templates and its easy to pick and modify a template.
What do you dislike about the product?
bump up the security levels, lots of clients are worried about stuff that is hosted on public cloud platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
remote collaboration, quick comments, feedback and modifications to designs
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great for collaboration, remote workshops, ideation, and joint working sessions. However, some clients have expressed security concerns, I guess we'll need to know who/where the 'guests' are logging in from - especially when we share a link that allows anyone to comment view or edit the boards.
Best app for collaborative projects
What do you like best about the product?
Since I am a visual thinker, Miro is like the app of my dreams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ideally, more board styles would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is ideal to brainstorm projects and to organize the collective mind. I've benefited from Miro by presenting a collaborative project to the research team. Besides, the display is very well design and attractive to the most exquisite eye. I love it!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a very useful app to write down ideas and plan projects in a very nice fashion. It's very intuitive and easy to share with others. Ideal for visual thinkers!!!
