Miro is great for all kinds of visual thinking. No matter if you are creating the wireframes for your new website, analysing user research or creating a marketing strategy for your new product, Miro's got your back. It's powerful enough so that you don't feel limited when expressing your ideas - in fact, Miro, can help you express them with the variety of tools & plugins it supports - but also simple enough that you don't feel overwhelmed and can focus on the work.

I don't see any downsides for myself - but it can be difficult to onboard others into Miro, especially if they are not that tech-savvy OR have older computers since the tool can be pretty demanding performance-wise.

Planning research, analysing it, putting together strategies, using different design frameworks such as the Opportunity Solution Tree, and creating mockups - all of this is done easily in Miro, and I consolidated several tools I used before that into just one.

A decent online collaboration platform for remote work
What do you like best about the product?
The most notable feature of Miro is its digital whiteboard which allows users to easily create visualizations of their ideas through diagrams, images and videos. Through this feature it’s easy to share plans with others in real-time by simply sharing a link or inviting them directly into your workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro can be expensive for small businesses or those on a tight budget. Users will need to invest in training in order to get the most out of it - an expense that adds up quickly if team members are spread out geographically or have different levels of experience using the program.

A beginner with good results
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very intuitive system, simple to use the basics, where I have already started sharing a drawing and having interaction with people from the work group with great ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be interesting to have a presentation mode where the zoom-in areas of interest could be pre-programmed, making it easier to navigate during a presentation, i.e., just by clicking on a certain "button" the area that should be explained becomes evident in a large size on the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I need to explain a complex problem and start with small details, I usually have trouble getting to the big picture, in MIRO it was very easy to do the explanation because I started showing the big picture and then started the detailed explanation in each piece according to the customer's curiosity. It is a less structured presentation, but with a better level of customer satisfaction.
Miro is a chameleon tool - can be used for many different occasions - I love it
What do you like best about the product?
I am really excited about Miro. I have used it before, but since a couple of months, I became an extensive user as it serves so many of my needs. I use it for brainstorming on my own or with my team, we use it to collaborate with our remote team for many occasions - just recently also for team building and fun activities like games. I enjoy facilitating remote workshops with the tool. There are really a lot of usecase. Another one that we will try out in the future will be to track and visualize our OKRs. Looking forward to use Miro even more in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the board is loading really slow when collaborating with many people at the same time. I miss to be able to cluster more items, not only Sticky Notes - e.g. Cluster by Shapes. Also one more thing - I would love to be able to tag everything. As tags are so helpful in different scenarios.
