What do you like best about the product?
I'm using the free version at the moment as we are yet to purchase a licence. There are tons of features which I really like - some of which I've already used and some which I'm yet to try. I really like the templates available - there's a good variety and they are easily adaptable if you need them to look a little different and you can insert as many as you need onto the one board. I also really like that when you arrive on the board, changes are highlighted in Pink so you can review them before dismissing them. The mapping features are smooth and visually pleasing - the post-its (sticky notes) and connector lines especially - the look is modern and dynamic. I like the call to me function on the board, if you want to gather people around the area you are demonstrating or working in. I'm looking forward to being able to share boards more widely and collaboratively using the paid version - at the moment I'm using Miro for workshops where I'm leading and a colleague is scribing so I haven't tried using it with multiple users all interacting with the board as yet. I like that the board is infinite so you're not confined for space. I also like that there is a feature to transform real live post it notes from a photograph into sticky notes on the Miro board - I'm yet to use this but it looks very cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only slight issue I have found is that, when using the mapping tools, the connecting lines sometimes seem to jump, without me having rearranged any of the boxes, frames or post-its, into a slightly strange place. Easily corrected manually but a little annoying when you log back on. Also I haven't been able to find a way for users to contribute anonymously to the board yet - this would be very handy as a feature for certain scenarios - but this might be a feature of the paid version that I'm not aware of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Miro to record the results of Process Improvement workshops - which involve Fishbone diagrams and other collaboratively created visuals like process maps. Miro has been indispensable in delivering these workshops when everyone has suddenly been working from home during the Covid pandemic and meeting in the office to produce collaborative pieces like this just hasn't been possible.
Miro Review - Good Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I use the Kanban board and it is great for giving you a visual overview of your projects, tasks, what you have achieved, what you still need to do etc. I like that you can colour code things, set due dates and set assignees. I use it as more of an interactive / combination, online diary / time management / project management tool and it works well for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there isn't a start / end date. End date can be achieved using the due date feature, but if you have a project running or a task that nees to be done by a certain date, but you can only start it 5 days before (as an example), it becomes complicated. By have a Start date, you can order your tasks etc. in chronological order and know what you need to start on on a daily basis. By have the End / Due date you will also know that it has to be completed by this date.
One small pet peeve - When going to view the width of the board, any stickers or secondly board we have in the same workspace is included and the whole thing is very small. I'd prefer it to zoom to the width of the actual board I am using and not include anything that may be on the sides.

Being a Management Consultant, we have various clients, with various projects on the go at all times and each of those projects is broken down via the Kanban board to show the tasks that need to be completed in order to achieve the project outcome. Miro allows us to see at a glance what work is still outstanding on each project, when things are due and who is responsible for each task. It is a visual representation of what is going on with each project and helps us tremendously.
The right tool for team collaboration & brainstorming.
What do you like best about the product?
The ready-to-use templates are available makes it very much easy to brainstorm right on the go without having to design elements and components from scratch.
Apart from the templates, as a part of our organization. we have conducted focus groups to understand our customer segments and have found very insightful results.
In addition to my college-related activities, we had the opportunity to teach school/college lecturers & professors to use Miro after which, there's been a considerable increase in the engagement in the classrooms due to a very intuitive and inclusive environment created.
Last but not the least, the ability to paste anything and everything from the web has been a lifesaver when it comes to quickly paste it on the board rather than taking the trouble of downloading images or videos from the web, store in the local storage, and then drop it onto the board.

What do you dislike about the product?
Primary concerns from my end revolve around the dashboard which according could be way more organized when it comes to an individual being on multiple teams.
In my opinion, I've found it to be less organized and often find it hard while navigating. In addition to this, I also would prefer the thumbnails on the dashboard to be updated in real-time to make sure that as a user it often becomes easy to pick up from where you left off.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As from Miro, I have not only been benefitted by following Industry Standard Frameworks through my design process but also making sure that during these tough times, there is an inclusive environment in the team created, while remotely working.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of options which has similar to Miro, which would intuit you using their features. If you are someone looking to get a brainstorming and whiteboard application, I highly recommend Miro to anyone and everyone, not because of its features but more importantly how they've built their product keeping the experience of users in mind ranging in various age groups.
We just love this tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's brilliantly easy to use and offers everything for internal use as well as with customers, especially in the new age of distributed working to create ideas and work out a common picture.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I regret is not having had the idea for this tool myself :-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it very often for workshops, meetings as well as retros.
Miro has changed the way my team works
What do you like best about the product?
Miro gives an unlimited and creative space to store, view, reflect, and create. Our team loves how easy it is to all work together at the same time on the same boards, without the need to share screens (which keeps our computers running smoothly). The endless white board space is addictive, and now it's hard to be refined to PPTs or use any other methods for our team to store data, create overviews, or brainstorm new ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
When working together on the same board, it's still necessary to have a call via Teams to be able to talk to one another. Could be nice if it was possible already to do this in Miro, to require less programs open at once on the computers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are no longer restricted to one slide, or a word document. The format of one endless white board allows us to create amazing, unrestricted overviews, and still have everything in one place for easy reference.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try and you won't be able to work without it any longer

What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing policy is not so clear (and quite expensive), there are sometimes double couting of users when they belong to several teams.
Limitation of number of rows in tables is too low for me.
The notification system could be improved (not easy to see all the open comments addressed to me)
Miro is not easy to use without a mouse (don’t rely on your touchpad)
Exports of boards to standard tools (Powerpoint...) could be improved, even if there are some possibilities
Miro can be slow to load for very large boards

Incredible collaborative platform
What do you like best about the product?
The endless interactive board, collaborative interface and the dynamic user experience
What do you dislike about the product?
The iPad integration is a bit buggy, waiting for it to smoothen out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved our brainstorming issues. It's really hard to brainstorm remotely but now we can thanks to miro
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it, it's amazing!
Miro help us get communicated and quality deliverables especially when WFH
What do you like best about the product?
Miro helps us get in touch without being in the same room. The remote whiteboard is perfect for working sessions or just to gather all the ideas in one place. The video chat and integrations are awesome and they should be adding more and improving them. There's no one perfect platform to do everything, but if you can connect all your tools this comes pretty near.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new history feature is useful but a lot of our team members are using the kanban board. That just has to be improved, regarding task tracking, start and end date, and progress of each task. Also people get confused and suddenly they want to do everything in Miro, We still have to make the differentiation between an open workings space, a task manager and a calendar manger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not being in the same room is not a problem anymore, actually is more convenient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it as a blank space and watch the tutorials on Youtube, the quality is amazing and it helps a lot to understand how to use the product.
Try the template library there are huge and a lot of the works can be reused. Also, don't spend a lot of time working on your own, it's is a collaboration platform so it's more fun when a lot of team member is working at the same time.
Try using the video chat feature, is super helpful to see your teamates while working on each board or frame.
