A quick, lightweight, and great collaborative whiteboarding service
What do you like best about the product?
Quick loading times, large board capacity, sharing options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Prototype view and functionality is not as good as other whiteboarding/wireframing tools — add more color options, shapes, and layer control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing processes for leadership and management — it gives form to live notetaking and makes the ordeal more interactive
Freehand has become an extension of my mind
What do you like best about the product?
Freehand is extremely simple and intuitive to use. It's easy to express my thoughts, create product wireframes then bring people to share and refine rough concepts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't used Freehand to its full potential. Currently using it as a thinking and collaboration tool. Haven't utilized it as a hub for my org.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me communicate early thinking, as basis for refinement. Alternatives feel too formal or too cumbersome to use.
Miro is a great working tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everyone can work in it at the same time. Its a live document and you do not have to wait for someone to save and sign out before you can go in and see live updates
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a bit of time to load up. Also I find multiple post it notes confusing and easy to miss a note.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, it is acting as a catalog for all design history to be found in the same place. It is a one stop shop for all of my coworkers and I to view the same information with live updates that everyone can see at all times
Miro: The oxygen of life
What do you like best about the product?
When I found myself exhausted from using Mural and Jamboard, I chose to give Miro a try. The ease of use was immediately evident with the clear labels on its tool menu and an array of options at hand. In addition to being simple in terms of navigation, another aspect that attracts me is how fast it runs – this helps keep remote meetings smooth without any performance hiccups slowing down my work progress or growth rate. When looking for something reliable yet user-friendly in organizing virtual workshops or brainstorming sessions within teams -Miro's intuitive interface has been invaluable!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am frustrated by the inefficiency of Miro's PC application update, which has blocked me from my message boards and homepage (using Single Sign-On). Rather than providing access to these features, it switches to intoscreensharing mode that does not load my intended content. I understand needing an updated version occasionally on occasion, but it is inconvenient compared to other platforms, such as mobile devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently utilizing MIRO to its fullest potential by using it for meetings. With this platform, I can easily collaborate with other members virtually to draft meeting minutes and document any user research that may take place during the session while also allowing me more creative freedom, such as writing stories or further refining presentations.
Simple and versatile
What do you like best about the product?
Freehand provides a way to work collaboratively with teammates and explore ideas quickly and easily. I find I live in the Freehand space as a UX designer ideating and making quick and dirty wireframes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we have upgraded to V7 the ability to layer objects as been a blessing that was sorely missing before. That said, I would really like to rotate objects! It would also be nice to invite guests to a board to show them work as a view only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a collaborative space where my team and I can not only parse our research but also workshop together. It also allows asynchronous work too. I often will send a board to someone, and they leave comments that I can come back to later.
Amazing tool for collaboration and creativity
What do you like best about the product?
I love that there are no restrictions. I can create shapes, lines, icons, etc. to my preferred liking. I also LOVE the wireframes template!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything bad to say about the product. It has met my every need so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving us time and money by UX diagramming lo-fi wireframes and UX flows in order to quickly understand user problems and solutions before spending money on dev
Great improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Live share/view with your peers. Different people can work on it at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to have scroll to zoom option
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team can collaborate on the same project and I can see changes happen live.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, but the logo used in invision can be downloaded as image like png , but it would be great if all the logos are segregated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a software developer who worked on UI, the designs were provided by the designers and invision made easy to understand design
InVision Freehand is key to our success
What do you like best about the product?
Freehand helps enable cross- team collaboration naturally and brings synergy and focus to our projects. With the ability to work real-time or offline and sync across regions is a game changer and key efficiency driver. With a simplified interface our team is quickly able to mobilize and get full value of the tool with a great shared workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to others the design options are somewhat limited and not as mature. There is a good range of integrations (Jira is key) but find that it is not as extensive as some other platforms which may limit some of the efficiencies of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest one is the ability to offer shared workspaces and realtime collaboration which has improved our communications and delivery cadence, ensuring alignment and cross team involvement.
