Revolutionize remote teamwork with Miro.

  • January 12, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly, versatile, and flexible Miro is, allowing teams to work together synchronously and asynchronously. It also integrates with other tools, such as Jira and Slack, making it a robust tool for project management and workflow. Its collaboration features and real-time meetings have been game-changers for us working remotely. I highly appreciate the whiteboard feature as it allows us to create visual diagrams and mindmaps to organize ideas and brainstorm new concepts. It also has a wide range of templates and visual elements that can be used visually appealingly. Miro has many templates and icons to help us express ideas visually appealingly. It is also easy to track progress and prioritize tasks using Miro. It is an excellent tool for teams looking to improve their remote collaboration and ideation efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is a robust tool. However, it is lacking in some areas: The search functionality has a lot of room for improvement. Also, when dealing with larger screens, there are performance issues, sluggishness, and projects may also lack structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Miro in different ways. We use it to create visual project plans and roadmaps, allowing teams to collaborate and track their progress. We have even integrated it with Jira for easier workflow management among groups. Miro facilitates us to work on the same document and share ideas remotely through video conferencing, chats and whiteboarding.

What do you like best about the product?
Infinity board is fantastic for me. I can keep all my ideas and notes in one place. And easy to share with my colleagues. And, of course, the Jira add-on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Miro "freezes", not often. And that happens only on a giant board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborate with colleagues, keep ideas, and perform brainstorming with a team.

Easy and useful tool for work and everyday

  • January 11, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly way to develop mindmaps. The fact that you can adjust after you've noted down the main points was very useful for my work. I also like the fact that I can change the patterns of the lines to suit my varying needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer if I could change the colours and placement of the location of text boxes more easily. It would be good if my collaborators do not need to have an account to comment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me mind map my work-related issues. I am a visual person, so this has greatly benefitted me and made me more productive. Not only has this helped my performance but also as an overall team it has helped my supervisors understand where I stand and my progress.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is easy to use and has nice features. I like the way how you can put all your ideas together in a mind map and share this with friends/collegues/family.
It gives you a very nice overview
What do you dislike about the product?
On the ipad its more difficult to use. I always have to search for the tools I like to use.
Sometimes it's difficult to move small arrows into the correct place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to get a nice overview of my business ideas, plans, etc. In the earlier days I use a lot of paper and lost it in time. Miro keeps everything together.

Miro is simply life changing.

What do you like best about the product?
Endless templates that are pre-populated or not based on your preference. The simplicity of getting a group into one page to brainstorm, and the pricing models are fair.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I spend too much time trying to find the perfect template for what I am trying to do. It would be magical if you could just pull out an AI that would help us narrow it down ;)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming in Microsoft suite of apps is horrendous, so Miro fills that major gap.

One of the most helpful tools for ecommerce companies

  • January 09, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Quickly putting together my thoughts, aligning everything with my colleagues and conducting remote workshops (which often IMHO works even better than onsite workshops).
What do you dislike about the product?
The Miro tools/features sometimes don't work together very well. For instance it's impossible to draw a line between two frames. Another example: adding screenshots manually to a mindmap is possible, but when moving elements of the mindmap, the screenshots will be removed. But what I dislike the most is the lack of structure in the projects. There's no hirarchy, no levels, folders etc. and the search is also not ideal. You can easily get lost when your company has tons of Miro boards, especially when people use different password for the boards etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically Miro replaces a lot of manual tools you would use in the office, to enable you for an (almost) ideal remote working environment. It's a great tool to collanborate between different stakeholders like POs, UX and many more.
