A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words
What do you like best about the product?
Easy. Colors. Drag & Drop. Super convenient and frequent, live online training for beginners.
I can click on my teammate's icon on a giant Miro Board and "find them" easily.

What do you dislike about the product?
My teammates don't use colors. I wish the colors were more obvious so that users who hadn't attended the training could benefit too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My Team has never met. We work all over the continent. We use Miro boards to explain ideas to each other. Great tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro offers an excellent program for those who want to try before they buy.
Awesome tool for remote collaboration, brainstorming and prototyping.
What do you like best about the product?
The best of Miro is its ease of customization and power to quickly get the points across, working collaboratively with product folks and stakeholders. Users can join boards and projects together and draft requirements, wireframes, and more.
I use it a lot for wireframing, quick brainstorming, and even research tracking and documenting.

What do you dislike about the product?
It might be somewhat overwhelming to new users as it has many interesting features, that are at times not really needed to be available to everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote collaboration, requirement gathering, workshop facilitation. It helps with being aligned with product, business and desgin. During remote-working times, there's much you could do using other tools, but there's so much more you can do while using Miro.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it and learn; it's great to start with a simple project but can also be tackled with a way more extensive project. Miro can accommodate huge amounts of data within multiple or single board
Game Changer for us
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has many advantages for visualizing processes and todos while still being ultra-flexible when customizing and working with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the desktop version seems to "stop" working for some time, but then I switch to the online version. The immense advantages outnumber this minor disadvantage by far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task prioritization, project planning, mind mapping and many things more
Great tool to collaborate with Team
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to drag and drop photos, documents...really anything that you need to show your team in one space
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the notes section could be included in an export of the Miro screen/board
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Startup life is hard to find the documents or data needed to gather the info you need before a business review. Things are stored in multiple areas and it gets difficult hopping between different platforms to get the clear information you need. Now we can gather the info that we need into one spot and the team has a clear board on what we are all focused on and can be on the same page with the same vision/message!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have fun with it! Test out all the options to see what works best for you and your team
very intuitive, rich in functionality and super flexible
What do you like best about the product?
The many templates and the drawingpossibiliies. for me it is even better then working on a real whiteboard.

Flexibility for creating different kinds of flows, mindmaps, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Only 3 boards in free personal plans and dashboard interface are confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote dynamics for product teams, create flows and easy way to create processes
I had a very hard time getting on my Team's account, but now that I am on I enjoy using Miro
What do you like best about the product?
The simple icons and the limited menu make for a friendly UI
What do you dislike about the product?
The size of the boards. I know they can be enlarged, but I have a hard time knowing which direction the boards are supposed to go if there are several on a page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce automation workflows and Lead workflows from Salesforce and other integrations. documenting these flows in Miro saves the time of building the workflows in the Sandbox first
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you invite the people to the team that you want to see the Board

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm lucky enough to have a corporate account with unlimited boards, but I would say that five boards for a regular account is very small.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Collaboration with UX team
- Easy to keep element up to date, because it's fun and easy to use (ex: digital product plan, roadmap, priorities, etc.)

must-have for a remote teams -- more than ever!
What do you like best about the product?
The pre-built templates helped our team solve difficult business problems as well as hold casual, productive virtual meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Organizing the main page can quickly become out of control when people start creating a lot of boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving client's business problems in consulting context.

Took us from a 100% f2f workshop led business to an integrated digital/f2f business
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to design a really impressive looking virtual storyboard that we can take clients on a journey through during our workshop. We avoid all the issues of crappy post-it handwriting and save hours in final report transcription. Easy to teach clients the basics and have them join in. The follow me function is also helpful to shepherd people to where you are. We combine Miro with Teams so that we can see each other as we work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's sometimes tricky on a bog board to help participants find their way around - we create maps of the workspace and a ruler bar across the storyboard so we can say "hey, head to point 4 on the ruler and you'll see your workspace right below that". Would be good to have a video function so you can see others as you work together. Find it tricky to write on notes sometimes - especially if we have pre-created 2 headers on a note.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used it to run positioning strategy, innovation and insight sessions. We can have clients participate full in creating the workspace. less transcription errors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Nominate someone to explore fully what functionality exists - we keep discovering new things all the time
