I use Miro for EVERYTHING!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is the most flexible and collaborative tool I have used to date. So many templates to choose from to solve almost any problem at hand; for work and life.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a simple checklist ability (even though I've found an amazing workaround within the tool).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have had several successful retrospectives with teams, prepare for presentations, created a communication plan structure for DEI work, planned an out-of-state move (and an interior design board), made my first beauty product strategy, and I've created meal plans.
Best tool for collaboration and brainstorming / whiteboarding.
What do you like best about the product?
The pre-set templates, community templates, ease of use and all the cool features that make workshopping a better more fluid experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as intuitive for a new novice user who's never utilized Miro, or any similar tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workshops, whiteboarding, brainstorming, collaborative sessions.

GREAT TOOL FOR DIAGRAMS AND PRESENTATIONS
What do you like best about the product?
It is useful to put all my class content, my diagrams and charts, I love how easy it is to understand its interface and work with the tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't afford a membership because it is too expensive in colombian pesos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I found luckily found Miro 2 years ago and I started teaching online during the Covid 19, to be honest I found google jamboard's interface so boring It was catchy for students, Miro has helped me a lot with my classes even though I'm back to the classroom I'm still teaching with my Miro boards I'm saving a lot of money I used to spend on markers and It also helps me summarizing all my class content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool to share charts, and diagrams and summarize content with an easy use interface, providing real-time collaboration.
Very useful design collaborative tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and share designs and thoughts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, instead I like Miro as a collaborative tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Design Collaboration and sharing ideas
Great collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the collaboration board. It let's multiple users or groups work together with ease. We mostly used it for mindmaps or for brainstorm sessions to solve difficult challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
The board to work on can get quite a bit messy. A tool to organize it would be extremely helpful. For example, people keep adding sticky notes to the board and it would be helpful if you can organize it with 1 click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were working on multidisciplinary challenges. Miro was a good collaboration tool to share our thoughts and progress. It was mostly used for brainstorm sessions or for voting of ideas
Recommendations to others considering the product:

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if Moro could be hosted onprem
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distance collaboration
The most useful tool for students and entreprenurs
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is one of my favorite apps because it helps me to create interactive boards, creative mind maps, organized schedules and it is really easy to use. So I always recomend miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can't add many members to your team if you are not premium. I don't like that free plan users can colaborate only on their 3 mos recent boards. But overall the platform is really good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I currently used Miro to create mind maps, brainstorm, and dashboards with my teams, it makes all my activities easier. Thanks to miro I can be more organized and more productive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro is a great tool, it would make your teamwork more effective and creative
Exceptional for Collaboration with Room for UX Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro seamlessly integrates with other tools like Azure and Office365, which enhances our work collaboration significantly. The platform's ability to sync with tools we already use is invaluable, making Miro not just a standalone tool but an integrated part of our tech stack, which feels essential rather than supplementary. The template options in Miro are particularly helpful as they provide a structured way to organize and revisit information, making meetings and thought processes much more coherent and manageable. This structural capability of Miro reduces the risk of chaos often associated with digital whiteboarding, ensuring that we can track discussions and make sense of them both in real-time and afterwards. Moreover, the widespread adoption of Miro within our team gives it the critical mass needed to feel like a cornerstone for our collaborative work rather than a secondary tool. Finally, the initial setup process was straightforward, thanks in part to our company's infrastructure, which further demonstrates Miro's user-friendly nature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find scrolling and resizing or zooming in and out to be a persistent challenge when sharing a screen or moving around on an iPad. I primarily use an iPad for my work, and if the tablet experience is difficult, it complicates my workflow. Ideally, the interface should be seamless so the focus remains on the information, not the tool. Additionally, I haven't found effective mouse or hotkey options for navigating the screen, which makes the zoom or scroll experience less intuitive. These user experience issues, while minor, are frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for visualizing collaboration, organizing thoughts, and integrating with tools like Azure and O365. It provides structure through templates, facilitating asynchronous idea sharing and effective planning.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As with anything, the discipline you apply to organizing your information plays an important role in your ability to resurface it. With great power comes great responsibility...you know the drill. Miro doesn't seem to limit any form of creativity, so press into the cool features and let them know when you do something uniquely cool so that they can help the rest of us figure out how to apply it in our situation.
Great tool for collaboration & Brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
Live collaboration and access to quick templates makes miro an attractive tool for designers and project managers for working and supervising. It enables remote research analysis as well. Brainstorming is a breeze where everyone can just pour in their thoughts.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to exporting the work done in a particular format, confidence is less. If a preview option is there than it would be great because looking at a document all the time with a lot of zoom is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All design and user research related problems are getting solved for me through miro. The biggest benefit is the capability of remote research analysis that researchers get.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool to collaborate and brainstorm.. specially for a team of designers. Go for it.
