It is a great software that allows creating whatever you like. As i mentioned, it is a free play field not only limited to 1 person but open to numerous collaborators.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until now, I haven't experienced any negative side or a part I did not like. There are also updates quite often to improve the tool and bring new functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me create an overview of any topic to see full perspective and address the issues quickly. To able to collaborate with collagues and create ideas as a whole team brings more value.

Collaboration and communication tool for creative design.

  • April 07, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to create hotspots using this tool, and I plan to transfer all of my ideas and drawings into InVision. It's also simple to add notes/comments to the screens I want to enhance, which helps me figure out what I'm doing wrong. I believe it is an excellent program that provides the materials required to develop a successful corporate image. It is superb program with all of the required resources. It inspires me to develop even more artistic ideas, which InVision makes so simple. It improves commercial opportunities by giving the company a more sleeker and modern look. Anything may be customized to meet your individual requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Normally, InVision is extremely sluggish, and integrating other applications is nearly always problematic. There are also significant file upload difficulties. The interface features a graphical user interface, which is both annoying and difficult to manage. It is also quite sluggish the most of the time. Most of the applicants have issues with the choice to include them. It is also unable to upload very huge files. It's also a little annoying because it's harder to abuse. Concerning the prototypes, I just do not like the device's meager features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now it appears like my clients sharing the logos are having a good time. I create high-tech templates to convey the merchandise's future to potential customers and stakeholders. This manner, I may escape the burden of having a finished project while starting a model in a short amount of time. With this program, we can also create a broad selection of very artistic designs. Sharing prototypes is now much more appealing to my clients. There were several benefits. InVision creates prototypes for users, managers, and other people of the company to exchange information. Furthermore, it is the sole approach for writing and final flows that our website and mobile developers employ.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The program is one of the finest for concept sharing. InVision has a lot of potential to create business outcomes. If you are uploading huge files, I recommend that you do so manually. InVision is unquestionably the best approach to deal in a variety of business industries. It's not as excellent as a drawing, and it's not as specialized. It is very straightforward to integrate, and the support crew is really helpful during the integration process.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike. But maybe the mobile version should be easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Life problems and work
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Explore with joy and patience, and use as much as you need.

Incredible collaboration tool with a very good training and support model

  • April 06, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The free flow ability to go 'north-south and east-west' (a seemingly endless tabletop upon which to work, is especially useful. Without boundaries, I am able to let the thoughts and contributions of a project or meeting or idea flow freely and Miro keeps up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found that the limited size of the text box (it's unclear the exact limitations, but suddenly I encounter a warning that tells me that I've reached the limit of the text box size) is limiting. But I work around it by creating another text box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far, my use of Miro is focused on two areas. First, I use it to track minutes and actions (including a connection to Jira) of workshops and projects. Secondly, I use it to quickly create workflows (technical processes, or mindmaps).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly suggest viewing all the training videos and going through the Miro academy.

The perfect platform for "a bit of everything"

  • April 06, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
the flexibility to have different types of discussions within the same tool. In my daily job, I need to jump from brainstorming to architecture diagrams to long-term planning several times per day. Miro proved to be such a good tool on all of these and more fronts, that I already open Miro by default the moment I start a video call.
Also, it is very visible how much attention is dedicated to the growth of the platform, and that it is constantly aiming to make it more supportive, connected and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the best things that help me about Miro is how it helps me present my brain regardless of my unstructured way of thinking. This feature is not shared for the management of boards. I find it clunky and obtuse the process to store, search for and look for the different boards I create. I wouldn't know how to describe it other than "is not as intuitive as the tool itself". And the more I use the tool the more this becomes a problem
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visual communication during meetings. Is extremely easy to go from a discussion into something more tangible than an executive summary, in a way that is transparent for a bigger group.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a hybrid/remote way of working as part of your company, then the adoption of Miro can be an important factor in improving collaboration, communication and transparency, all topics that we know are some of the main challenging in companies of all sizes.

Excellent for brainstorming and planning

  • April 06, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the ease of collaborative work. We usually use when we need to find solutions, or develop projects that need previous discussion as a team.
Also, It's very visual, and has lots of tools and templates pre-made that are really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, I think there could be more elements to add in the boards, for exemple: stickers, to-dos, etc. (if it already has those features, I didn't find, so it could be more easily placed)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we start a project or a indentify problem that needs a joint solution, we use Miro to make a mind map and come up with solutions as a team. I feel that after we began to use Miro, our meetings have been more productive

Fantastic way to minimize duplication of documentation

  • April 06, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The board size is unlimited - I can easily move sickies from one board to another.
What do you dislike about the product?
Add more shapes - standard flow chart, lean, and agile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning how to use it - An advanced tutorial would help.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
With this, you do not need physical whiteboards.

Miro democratizes access to whiteboarding

  • April 06, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
With a physical whiteboard, there is usually a facilitator who documents on behalf of the group. This approach can inhibit contributions from more junior staff or people with self doubt. By giving everyone access to an easy-to-use online whiteboard, everyone can write their thoughts instead of speak them. This opens access for all in a way that is more egalitarian.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much. I actually use it by myself to work out my thinking on everyday topics. I did try using the app, but abandoned it for the web-based version, which I found easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do all of our discovery projects with Miro. We're beginning to use it for formal presentations now too. It opens up so much more flexibility than PowerPoint or Google Slides.
