A wonderful platform to make creative ideas come alive.
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is the most wanted whiteboard platform we have been waiting for. From product development, customer discovery, strategy mapping, workshopping visualization the list goes on and the best is the templates and which can also be customized according to our requirements which is a great help for people in our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro has fully loaded with all the tools a business needs but it's on the high end when it comes to pricing where a small-scale business or a new venture cannot effort alone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro was a lifesaver during the pandemic and we as business were able to run our business in the comfort of our homes and remotely. Also, this was able to keep our team together sharing our views, decision making and prioritizing.

It helps us keeping trace of brainstormings session and working with remotely-based teams
An awesome product with few improvements required
What do you like best about the product?
The availability of templates and tools to ideate plus intelligence built in at certain areas. It is a well-designed product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There needs to be work done from the engineering end the flow can be more smooth, sometimes what you build the moment you try to resize everything changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is like intelligent notes for me and a space where I can brainstorm and share the same with other people.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to have multiple people drawing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some UI elements are not intuitive, like changing pen colour, changing the size of items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability for multiple people to contribute to the same architecture discussion.
Best tool for many tasks
What do you like best about the product?
We use Miro for quite a number of tasks. We have some interesting Retro templates for our Agile way of working as well as using Miro for our planning and virtual team engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Selection of areas to maintain is often difficult. The mouse recognition could be upgraded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this for Agile team work - everyone is still working from home.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, the interface is so simple and intuitive, it has many useful templates and collaboration just became easier with the chat and video tools. Moderator superpowers allow me for a dynamic session and highlighting the contents I wish to talk through
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel that the sticker notes texts become a bit small if adding too much text. Also I really like and use the tagged field to classify notes but it's hard to use many of them specially if they overlap in a visual format and there is not much chance to nest them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of remote engagement of teams and I benefit from an interactive and agile experience that includes visual thinking tools and frameworks while enabling collaboration
Great tool for collaboration and creation
What do you like best about the product?
Great way to collaborate with people in my team and company, on different projects. There's flexibility to create different things depending on what the project requires, which allows it to be successfull.
What do you dislike about the product?
It mostly works great! I find it a little confusing to understand the layout at the beginning, especially finding my boards and understanding how the groups work. With a little time and experience, you get used to it though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a place where we could create process flows and rough drafts of projects and could all collaborate together and Miro solves exactly that in our team.
This is a great software if you know why you should use it.
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has a lot options in terms of creation, meeting and more. You will find what you need, that's for sure! Also, it is easy to learn how to use it with the forum, the webinars and the blog.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is really easy to lose yourself trying to use every features, be sure to know why you are using Miro. Personally, I use 2 % of the tools on Miro and that's more than enough.

It helps us to create and facilitate virtual workshop. Also, we use it to plan our internal process with diagrams.

Pre-made templates, group interactive features, endless space on a board

Not a critique of Miro, it just takes time to figure out how to best make use of it with a big team.

Collaborating over complex business problems to find implementable solutions; ability to show our work in the process. Adds flexibility, creativity, visualization.
I love everything about Miro!
What do you like best about the product?
I llove it has a comfy UI and an intuitive UX, even with a lot of features, all is well organizend and uncluttered, and I love Learning Center. All competitors that I tried are years behind.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sad that I have to create a public share link to make my collegues withou license at my company interact with the board. They do not create, they just need to intaract!

Make my meeting more interactive, collaboractive, and fun! Team are more engaged and productive!
