Amazing tool for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is no limits to the use case for Miro. I use it for meetings, ordering my thoughts, workshops, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say anything negative! The voting plug in didn't work once, but that's about it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating together with remote teams and visualizing concepts helps our team be aligned.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it's free version. If it helps you, then upgrading will give you a fantastic experience. Use their proposed templates to save some time when possible.
Incredibly user friendly and fun platform for collaborating with your team!
What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly user friendly, everyone that uses Miro for the first time can easily understand what they need to do. There are also a huge amount of templates and different layouts which help guide your planning and brainstorming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a little tricky to move sticky notes and they end up duplicating instead. Only a very small thing but a few of us internally have had similiar issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to collaborate better remotely. Some of my team are based in the US and others are in Ireland. With Miro, everyone can collaborate and be involved. The built-in features like a timer also help to keep a brainstorm more structured which is sometimes hard to do!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a go and trial with a few different teams in your organisation.
helps a lot to our organization, specifically during the pandemia working remote
What do you like best about the product?
that it makes our crossfunctional processes more eficient, alowing us to work at the same time and share info in a simple and playful way.
What do you dislike about the product?
that sometimes it takes a lot to load the images. regarding the tools, the arrows creation is not that easy and they moved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are solving areas planning with different functions, working in one layout all together. The benefit is the efficiency it gave us to the processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
do the trainings and investigate all the benefits it has.
Collaboration made infinite
What do you like best about the product?
The infinitely scaling workspace. the shared nature of the space. It's like being in the same room, but the room is the matrix, and instead of guns you have post-its
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing access to boards is tricky to get right the first time, making it a major friction point when engaging new stakeholders
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
user research - capturing feedback, synthesis, communicating results. all in one document
Intuitive and Ultra Creative!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is the perfect tool for enhancing the interactive elements of my workshops and presentations! It's also super intuitive. I'm the kind of person who, after joining a new site, installing a new programming, or buying a new piece of equipment, will throw the manual away and click "skip" on all the tutorials. With Miro, it's easy to skip those tutorials, but as I go along, it seems to sense when I start struggling, and offers key bits of advice just when I need them! But for the most part, I don't need them; the controls are super easy. So much so that when I invite guests/trainees/collaborators, I hardly have to give them any instructions. Even people who self-describe as "usless with technology" seem to get the hang of it really quickly. I'm so impressed!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a few tiny ideas for improvements, but my main issue at the outset is I haven't figured out just yet how to collate and export data from boards that end up acting more like documents. Maybe if there were a sort of "expert" control panel that allowed more integration with something like Excel, something I could do a tiny bit of programming like with macros.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MASSIVE improvement in the feedback/evaluations from my workshop attendees. I'm now reaching the kinesthetic learners as well as the visual and auditory learners! Also, when I use the boards just for myself, it's such a simple and easy way of getting my ideas down and moving things around so I can visualise my thoughts. Fantastic!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get the cheapest Pro version you can first, and give it a test drive, before investing in the bigger packages. The Enterprise packages are worth the bells and whistles for a good price, but you want to make sure you know exactly how you're going to be using it and who you need to buy a license for (you don't always need a license for everyone).
brilliant tool for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Mind mapping, stickers, and sharing among the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to copy desk from a free account to own desk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Amazing dashboard for a team
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that the entire team can post dashboards and notes on the same board while everyone continues to view it amd updates it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the part that sometimes it gives errors while logging in
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That everyone in our team at a time uses the dashboards and notes on a single platform. We paste stuff during our discussion on the platform and hence it solves major problems as sometimes people get conscious to speak up in meetings but they can write whatever they wish to on the interactive MIRO board.
miro is an awesome support in our hybrid work environment
What do you like best about the product?
The flexible scalability of the worksheet, how easy it is to embed objects
What do you dislike about the product?
moving around objects and connecting objects is sometimes not intiutive and leads to move wrong layers or sth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
online meetings, every use case we worked with a whiteboard back in the office era.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
A really good collaborative tool for small and large companies.
It's good for tables, to do lists, help to simplify the overview
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to view the planning of a project as a to do list and also the ability to import/edit pictures, allows us to better communicate certain aspects of an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version offers minimal features and more or less forces you to upgrade to a paid plan. It's easy to learn the basics; however, it is challenging to master.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Miro to perform brainstorming sessions, as well as a planner for upcoming projects. Having multiple people on a board is great, as we don't have to make changes in an individual environment.
